If your looking for Ritz Carlton amenities good luck. The place was decent had a musty smell but thats due to humid conditions. Bed was comfortable but shower needs an overhaul

The rooms were clean and functional. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed being able to do a seafood boil by the pool. The mattresses were dated but still decent. The pool wasn’t kept as clean as it could be but it was nice. If there would’ve been a skimmer by the pool I’d have cleaned it myself.

It was nice and was in a good location. Pool was a good decent size. One of our beds had mold on the blankets and mold in the restroom.

The air conditioner was cold, and the property felt safe and pet-friendly. The staff was great and friendly, but the room was quite old, with mold present throughout. The bathtub was also very dirty.

The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home.

The property said they would refund me as when we checked in the shower wasn’t working properly and then the toilet was wasn’t working. They allowed me to check back out and gave me a receipt of my refund but I still do not see it in my account.

Room was very neglected , bathroom had uncovered vents , beds had roaches and bed bugs . Smoke alarm was covered with plastic bag. I’ve been to other red roofs and this was a nightmare.

This property is disgusting. The floors weren't even mopped. Rusted furniture and broken remote controls. My daughter like to run around barefoot and her feet were black to say the least. Microwave was dirty. Just an overall filthy room. I only.stayed because we had a long day of work and didn't feel like traveling any longer at that time it was 11 pm at night. Hotels.com I would really recommend you removing this property from your app. It's embarrassing.

There was black mold in the bathroom and half of the room. You could hear everything from outside. People smoking weed outside and all the smell went Inside the room, it wouldn’t bother me if I was alone. But my kids were there. None of the surfaces were clean.

It smelled so bad, as soon as we opened the door to the rooms, their was cockroaches and it smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room.

Everything was outdated needed a lot of cosmetic work for the room, it took me about 40 minutes to check in cause nobody was at the front desk until finally somebody showed up

The room was clean sheets were clean. But outside the room were a lot of gangsters smoking weed and drinking beer was over all very scary but slept like a baby. Will continue to stay here.

1. Quality of floor cleaning was poor. 2. The small couch was worn out = threadbare. It should have been replaced a long time ago. 3. One of the light covers was missing. 4. I was afraid to use the shower as it showed a lack of maintenance. There was paint on the side of the tub and the black stuff along the tub top was deep into the surface of the tub rim. I could not tell what it was. 5. There were black marks on the tiling. 6. The front desk was frequently unmanned. They had a cute dog left by itself in the am.

The floor is COVERED & LAYERED in dort you cant take your shoes off. The drain was dirty and still had hair from other people.

The room was in very bad condition, there were holes in the walls, it was dirty and smelled bad, not to mention that the bathtub was even peeling off its paint.

Upon arriving we saw what looked to be a deceased person on the floor outside of the hotel. They were covered and police were already at the scene. We asked the manager and he said "I don't know." We still checked in. Sketchy people around the hotel gave us dirty looks. When we entered the room we instantly saw how dirty it was. Stains on the bed, clumps of hair on the floor, shower wouldn't work properly and there was a huge hole in the wall as if someone had punched it. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

It is a very basic hotel, but mostly clean. Staff is VERY nice, and the location is central to sightseeing. You're not going to want to hang out here all day, but if you just need a place to lay your head, and get a shower, it'll do. Best thing about it is the price. It was very well-lit though, and there were a lot of construction and other workers staying when I was. That made me feel sfaer than if the place had been empty. If you're used to the Four Season, you're going to be gravely disappointed. But if you just need the basics, it's a great value for the price.

Shower was not working in the room. Only found out late when trying to use it after basebell. Very dated but was to be expected as a budget night stay.

It was nice that the pool was open and the housekeeper was helpful. But the floor and restroom was dirty. As well as, the restroom door was slightly off it's hinge.

Luke told me if ANYTHING was wrong, if I called within 15 minutes, he would fix it or refund our money. We were given a room with a trashy couch and a filthy bathroom. The toilet was dirty inside and the seat was sticky. There was hair in the bathtub. I called Luke and asked to please have it cleaned. He said he would. We left and when we returned, nothing had been done. My Husband couldn’t get the diverter on the shower to work. Someone came up and made it work for him. I refuse to bathe in a bathtub with someone else’s hair in it. I told him what Luke said and he didnt care nor did he do anything. When we checked out, I wanted to talk to Luke. He wasn’t there. When Expedia called, he wasn’t there but I called 2 minutes after they did and I spoke directly to him. I want my money returned as he said he would as nothing was done to fix that nasty bathroom. I am being told they will not honor their promise that they would return my money or switch rooms which was never offered by anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE. We actually had 2 rooms. The other bathroom as unusable and the room was changed. This hotel should NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

The couch in the room was extremely disgusting, worn out, it need it to be trashed. The coffee maker didn't work, the freezer was full of frozen ice couldn't put anything inside.

Upon checking into hotel floor were extremely dirty. Ac was amazing. But kept making a spark sound n would randomly shut off. Breaker was kicked a few times it was very frustrating. The refrigerator was very dirty n full of water, microwave was never cleaned. We ended up not even using it. Front desk staff gentleman man was kind and helpful worh ac problems but the over night gentleman was making rude faces having to come check rhe plug connection. The plug it self was a fire harzard. I really hope they fix it. When i tried.to reset it i got a zap. But was fine. N called desk.

Wow…. Worst motel ever. Phone broken, clock radio broken, toilet paper holder fell off, light burnt out, mattress filthy, floor soaking wet, windows filthy and covered with spray paint, couch was fake leather with no fake leather left on it, we wouldn’t even sit on it, hair all over washroom floor. The same pizza box on the walkway sat there for the entire time we were there. Amazing how a chain would allow for this deplorable example of a motel. Stay here at your peril.

Room had food in the beds

Went for a last mounties trip to the coast with my daughter. It was a great stay and a great price. We'll definitely stay there again. A lot close to it and not too far from a couple beaches. Plus there was a really cute Harry Potter coffee shop a few minutes away. 😊

The staff were great. We asked if wecould come in an hour early & they said it would be no problem. The price was wonderful. The bed & pillows were comfortable. But it needs a little help. The bathroom floor was really dirty. Most of the lights didnt work. The shower was fine. There is a fridge & microwave. Both were clean & in good working order. The walls were very thin. As long as we kept the fan running on the ac/heater, we didn’t hear anything. There were no bugs. Id stay here again.

We walked in and the floors were soaked with water. Went to the desk clerk. Showed him and requested our money back immediately. He said he would give our money back. But i see that i have been charged. I would like my money back from uou. Please advise. We never stayed there.

Only stayed one night. I was ok with the price until we got to our room. Our toilet didn't flush and the bathroom door didn't close. Everything was rusted. The bed was rickety and noisy. The floor was dirty and sticky. Walls are extremely thin. Other rooms next to us said they had some of the same issues so it might be a common issue.

This has to have been the absolute worst hotel I've stayed in. Not worthy of the Red Roof Inn name. The room had roaches and did not have hot water. We moved to another room and that room had hot water but was dirty. The phone did not have a cord to use the phone. And more roaches in the second room. They even charge for a late checkout. The front was dressed in pajama bottoms and a crop top! So very unprofessional! I will never stay at this hotel again! And I will tell everyone coming to Corpus Christi to never stay there either.

Room too dirty, floors, toilet, tub not washed, stains on sheets. I requested another room and was worse so we decided to stay in the first one and cleaned.

Every room smells clean but when you look around it’s dirty as heck and Mold is everywhere in every room. We checked in and had to switch rooms three times before we just gave in said I guess this is just how all of the rooms are. Dirty, mold on ac units, mold on walls , mold on ceilings, beds were stained and dingy, baseboards were torn to pieces and all over the floor, the floor was extremely dirty so dirty we didn’t even walk around with our shoes off, all of the furniture was rusted and moldy, shower had mold all over the ceilings walls and shower curtains, the refrigerators had leftover food in them. It was the nastiest and most extremely unpleasant experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. We had to clean and sanitize the room ourselves which was stupid because hotels have cleaning staff and we shouldn’t have to clean up behind the people before us and we shouldn’t have had to make sure the room was clean if the hotel staff did its job. In my opinion if it was a house an inspector would deem it poor living conditions so how on earth is this place getting away with seeking rooms in such an awful state?

The property was dirty, the rooms were unsafe (the border of the walls were coming off, the shower tub was dirty and there was a hole where the knob to drain the water was suppose to be at), the floors were dirty. While at the pool, we saw drug dealing happening, the front desk person came out of the room where the drug dealers were staying and he was on something when we checked in.

The room smelled horrible like if the housekeeper smoked weed inside the room. Then restroom was totally dirty toilet be tub with hairs all over.

The whole place smelled like sea water. The bathroom was one person standing room only and smelled like E6000. Said it was two queen size beds and they were full size. Thankfully it was only one night

The management allowed animal owners to let their digs poop all over and not pick up droppings. The room was clean, dog hair in ahower/bath tub, a whole in walls and ceiling, mildewed, and mold smell. We checked out early and never received comfirmation. This place needs to be comdemed until renovations are properly done. Only thind i did like is the young man was very friendly..

Interior of the suite was reasonably well appointed, though a bit shabby in a few spots. Bathroom fan didn't work (only the light turned on); one of the bed-side lamps wouldn't turn on (probably a bad bulb). The bath tub was in a truly sorry state: chunks missing out of it, and no drain cover at all. Looked too horrible, to even try taking a shower...
