    It was right off the highway, but the motel itself was disgusting It was dirty upon check in, bugs, stains in sheets and walls, no service done to the rooms, mirrors were disgusting,,,, just gross, all of it gross.

    Location was good The room was absolutely filthy like someone was just living in it. The tub and sink were filthy and dirty. The floor was absolutely filthy and left black smut on our socks, like the cleaning person used the same mop water all the way down the row. There were spider webs with living spiders inside the room over the door. The sheets had smudge spots like the hadn't been cleaned.

    The room was clean but did not have the sofa bed like we had seen when we reserved so we ask to be moved to one. When they moved us to the second room it had a big puddle of water in the center of the floor which was coming from the AC. They offered to clean it up but it’s obvious the AC is leaking and probably not working well. We ended up cancelling and getting our money back which took 5 days to get credit back. Rooms are old need to be updated and place looks so sketchy. Ended up going to La Quinta by the airport and way better.

    Did not have breakfast but if I did it would have been horrible due to the conditions of the lobby/breakfast area set there boxes laying around floors were dirty and a horrible smell that smell like a dead animal. Low liting that you could hardly see anyone Horrible place to stay. Looks like a motel just to have sex for 2 hours, hotel is trash, they should charge by the hour, my room had cum stains on the bed and headboard. Floor, shower was horrible and the smell would make you vomit No one should stay at this motel unless you're homeless

    The bed was confortable with a big tv. The bathroom was awful and the fridge was broken. Went to breakfast early morning, they had no eggs. We had to wait for the guy on the counter to cook them, no orange juice, they forgot to put it on, it was frozen and said we had to wayit 25 minutes to thaw out. Overall it was a 2 star hotel

    The location to north beach wasn't to far and food placed were close. It wasn't too clean and for a family of 5 they only gave us 2 face clothes and 2 big clothes i had to ask for towels twice. The toilet was broke before we got there. The overall cleanliness feel was off.

    Pool was not enjoyable. It was cloudy n looked dirty. Room was clean and smelled great however found 4 bugs silverfish under pillows n sheets. Tv was not working n rooms were full so we couldn't move to another room. Pillows were to soft but bed was comfortable.

    Last min booking or I probably would have looked else where. From the moment we walked into our rooms it was 1 thing after another. I always check my rooms when traveling because bed bugs and all....and though I didnt find any in our room when I was inspecting the room I found the area by the TV had crumbs and was not cleaned, floors same not cleaned, like they fixed the bed from last guest added a few towels (that weren't that clean looking and that was it. Room has mold. Door looked kicked in.....big gap that u could see out under. The room had a conjoined door to another room that didnt look all that secure. Beds are not queen maybe full size at best. Our ac in the room worked for a bit and would cut off and the outlet it was connected to was not even connected to a wall it was just laid out on the floor tucked under the unit. Asked for new towels last night there as house keeping didnt come by to exchange towels and was told no towels and the towels we did have that were clean were stained and didnt smell clean at all. Do not recommend unless it all thats left and u need a place to sleep (if u can)

    This location was the worst place ever. The rooms were not ready on time, my daughter waited 30 mins outside for her room which check in is at 3:00 we arrived at 5:30 so it should have been done. My other daughter’s room was filthy had blood stains on sheets and marijuana in the drawers and dirty bathroom. Note that we complained when we got there and they were gonna clean came back 4 hours later and nothing was done. Do not go to this place

    One of the staff members also lied to me. Before checking in, I asked about the pool because it was important to me and one of the main reasons I booked this place. I was told it would open at 10 a.m. the next day since it was under maintenance at the time. However, when I went the next morning, I was told the pool was actually closed until further notice. That was very frustrating because the pool was a big reason why I chose this hotel in the first place. We also had problems with the door key not working. We had to walk back to the front desk twice before we were finally given a different room where the key worked properly. Breakfast was okay, but overall the experience was disappointing. Honestly, I would not stay here again. This will definitely be my last resort if I ever need a place to stay.

    At the first guy on reception asked my credit card for deposit, l was ready to swipe, but he asked to have just card itself to take all the information from my card, that I find unacceptable, so I had to go to nearest gas station to get cash for deposit. All the property and room are really dirty and in terrible condition. There are two unsecured dogs walking around without any lashes, which I find definitely unsafe and unacceptable. Unfortunately it’s late night and I have no time to find a better place.

    Very strong odors in the room that smelled like cleaning products had been used to try to unsuccessfully cover the odors up. When we checked in the desk clerk would only speak to my male partner and noticeably ignored any interaction to me as a female. Have stayed at other LaQuintas in the past with good experiences.

    This hotel was awful. The door would not close all the way. We couldn’t lock it properly. We were told maintenance would be sent to fix it and never came.The curtain had holes and white spots. The shower was dirty and had hair. Housekeeping was sent and the housekeeper was rude and slammed our door. The room smelled so bad from mold that our clothes smelled like it. It was an awful place to stay.

    The first night there were only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths when there was 5 of us staying. We asked multiple times over our 3 day stay for clean wash cloths and towels and did not have much luck getting them. When we finally got them there were only 5 towels and no wash cloths. We requested house keeping to clean our room and no one ever showed up. We went to swim in the hotel pool and the gate was locked so we went to the front desk to ask why and they said the pool was closed due to chemicals. There was no sign on the pool stating it was closed and the person at the front desk couldn't tell us when the pool was going to be reopened. We could not watch anything on the tv in the room because none of the channels were working. We found a cigarette inside of the couch that looked like it had previously been lit. We were in a "non-smoking" room. And to top it all off, the hotel had a main water break. It happened the 3rd day we were there. We were out most of the day and had came back that evening to no water. We went to the front desk to ask why. The person said it would be back on by midnight. We decided to stay since we had paid for the hotel in advance and didn't think we would be waiting too long for the water to come back on. We woke up the next morning to no water. We were told by the person at the front desk there was a main water break and they couldn't tell us when it would be back on. We cut our trip short and asked for a refund for our remaining 2 days.

    Horrible experience here. Walked up to the counter to check in. Employee looks me in the eyes, but doesn't say anything. I have to be the first one to say hello, I have a reservation. After that it was downhill the rest of the weekend. Just terrible customer service all the way around. Avoid this place at all costs. I've stayed in tons of hotels and never dealt with a group of employees who could care less about their job or their customers. They should really feel ashamed, but it seems they don't feel any emotions.

    I found and took pictures of black mold. I didn't even stay the 2 nights I booked, and never got my refund. I also told them to email me, and they never did. When I showed the pictures, the staff gave me an attitude. The place works like a scam. There was also black hair in every single towel and stains on every towel. Dead bugs, splash marks, you name it and I took pictures. Still I have not got my refund or heard from the property management, so I'm going to report this place to OSHA and the SEC.

    The service was excellent. They treated me wonderfully. I needed a baby bed, and they got me a new one. They were very kind. The place isn't luxurious, but it's not simple either. It's very well located; almost everything popular is within a 10-minute walk. I never imagined they also had breakfast. The waffles were delicious.

    Not the cleanest but it was ok. The neighborhood was kinda sketchy, homless everywhere. We only stayed because we had to find another hotel previous to this one because our hotel we booked had bugs on the beds, so kinda had no choice. The ac was broke but they replaced it and it worked great.

    Had friendly staff. I asked for more towels. Recieved non. Ask for room to be made up. None.trash in trash cans overflowing. In room coffee every package of condements preopened. A/C set to 70 maitained 75 to 80. Shut off when it was set to stay on. Stopped asking just left early to go home instead of stay the duration. Tried to go to website to get credit for rest of the stay havnt had any contact... found dog paw prints on comforter and bedding.

    The clientele they cater to is rough and dangerous. Their ice machine and vending machines do not work. Tv did not work the entirety of our stay and the blow dryer wss broken. Management on several occasions told me they would send someone to repair, never happened. Their breakfast is a broken waffle machine. Expedia should be ashamed that they have this property on their website given all of the negative ratings they have received. Ill never stay at this place again. I complained to Wyndham and all they could sy is "we're sorry".

    We chose this hotel because we had a great experience staying at a La Quinta in San Antonio, TX, but unfortunately, this location was far from what was advertised. Upon entering our room, we found hair on the bedsheets and in the bathroom. The bathroom walls were stained, and there were bugs on the floor, which was extremely off-putting. The front door to our room appeared to have been previously kicked in — the door handle and security latch were poorly repaired, leaving a large gap between the door and the frame. It didn’t feel secure at all. The ice machine was not working, and when I asked a maintenance staff member about it, she simply said, “Well if it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work,” without even making eye contact. The lack of professionalism and concern was frustrating. We had originally booked a two-night stay but decided to cancel the second night and move to another hotel due to the condition of the room and the lack of basic cleanliness and courtesy.

    The manager Peter was very unprofessional, rude, and not helpful. The staff was excellent. A lady was staying and had a dog that guests and staff had to run from and every morning she would come in and curse, make a mess. She called myself and my daughters b**** numerous times on every occasion. There was no cold water in the tub and shower. We showered in family room.

    The first room we had, there was dirty water coming up out of the tub. They switched us rooms. The 2nd room there was still allot of things wrong with it RR door was coming apart and getting stuck, AC was barely blowing any cold air, refrigerator was barely keeping our food/drinks cold. Before we put our food in that fridge there was dead bugs/nats and what looked to be a spilled drink. I ended up having to to clean it out. The bed my kids were going to sleep on had dirty sheets which looked to be either a small drop of blood stain or paint? There was also a visible dog paw print. We had to strip the bedding off. Other than the inconveniences my family still had a fun weekend away but I will NOT be booking at this motel ever again and I do not recommend this place at all.

    The staff was unprofessional and took forever just to give us an answer.the room was dirty and we found a finger nail in the closet,the chair had brown stains on it and the sheets were dirty. When I tried to request a different room the guy in the front said these none available.plus there were homeless people everywhere and waiting under the stairs. Also witness a drug deal and I personally felt unsafe staying there for me and my family.when I tried to request a refund the man said no because it was 7:30 and we checked in at 6:50 pm. They also advertised a bigger room online and when we went it it was the smallest room I’ve ever seen. The check in process was long we arrived at the hotel at 6:26 and the woman in front said she was having issues with the computer then she left us for 20 min. A man came back and finished helping us because she up and disappeared.

    This property looks nothing like the photos. It looks terrible in person. Stains on the couch and it was all scratched up. Stains on the bedding. Just looks very poorly maintained. Outside it looked terrible. Dog park with overgrown grass, fallen down fence and looks terrible. By the ice machine there was water, trash and a ball of hair. A trash can thrown outside and room and an Ac unit that was open up land falling apart outside. Very sketchy looking area and questionable people walking around. Looks like someone got picked up in the back area. I do not recommend for anyone to book online.

    The 2 bath towel they did have in the room were very old and tiny. There were bugs in the room. Holes in the plaster. Mold around the tub. First night i had very low water pressure and only warm water. Secound night we had no running water. The TV only get 8 channels Very nosey as you can hear everything outside. There is a pack of 4 or 5 wild dogs living by the dumpster beside the building. Staff ignores any requests. Do not stay here ever

    This is not a La Quinta hotel. This is a MOTEL!! I have never seen a La Quinta as a motel, this place was dirty, run down, the area seemed very sketchy and the blankets on our bed smelled like pee!! Tub was dirty, furniture old and rusted, just an overall horrible place. They only gave us two towels for 5 people as stated in my reservation & it seemed to be an issue when I asked for extra towels. It was a last minute one night stay, but I never thought La Quinta would even have a motel-like place like this. Never again!!

    Adequate space in room for 3. Breakfast adequate. Thanks for eggs and bacon. Coffee available all day, and if none, would make more in 10 minutes. Room coffee horrible, too weak, but available in lobby all day . All employees friendly and helpful.

    Terrible place to stay. Room had no light and Terrible smell. Front desk guy was nice but dismissive and rude. We canceled the night and he ensured money would get refunded. I have yet to see whether or not he was honest.

    Room was clean. Bed was not comfortable because it was noisy and couldn’t sleep. There was no cold water in the shower we took a bath with hot water. The bathroom door was broken. Breakfast was good but the coffee was decaf only.

    We also had to constantly go to the lobby to get our 2 keys fixed, because they wouldn’t open the door everytime we had to go back to the room. Also, we saw a roach come through the top of the main door from outside. Overall we had a terrible stay and will not be booking again.

    The room was absolutely filthy. The floors were sticky, they had given us 3 towels total for 5 of us. When we asked for more they literally said “we don’t have anymore”. House keeper also never came by in the 4 days we were there.

    This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I wasn’t impressed. As soon as I get in the room, I see a bug crawling on the wall and there were flies in the room! There was no cold water at all! The shower knob was broken and only worked for the hot water side. We went to the beach so of course we needed to take shower but it was so difficult in doing that with only scolding hot water. I will not be returning to that property in the future.

    You get what you pay for. Very cheap rates which was great. AC was nice and cold. Bed was comfy. No one cleaned our room the entire time we were there which I thought was weird. As for the cleanliness of the room to begin with it was just ok.

    Windo curtains with holes and taped over, went to ask for towels wouldn't give you more than 2. Stayed there for 4 days and not once did they go clean our room. Never staying here again

    Our room AC wasnt working. We did get changed to the adjacent room but AC stoppped cooling around 3. We were sweaty and uncomfortable. Didnt see a point waking everyone up to move again at that our. Bathroom and shower where still unsanitized ....pubic hairs on walls and tub...gross.... Staff was friendly and kids had fun in the pool but everything else really needs help especially room cleaning.

    First off we booked a signal bed but were put in a two because of availability. No problem but the room was filthy and we didn’t get it cleaned until the next afternoon. Second we had to get our own towels from the front desk and they left sheets in the room if we wanted to change them ourselves. There more but those are the big ones. I would not recommend a stay here.

    Breakfast was 6-9 and we went down about 7:00. Usual breakfast of waffles, 2 muffins, lots of bagels, coffee, cranberry juice, and apple juice. No orange juice. No coffee cream except for flavoured sh*t. No sugar. We have never seen a hotel or motel run out of basic necessities. Why no cream or sugar? How can you not keep cream and sugar in stock?

    I felt very deceived by the brand and the picture on the site. This place is a rundown motel and NOT a La Quinta as we have come to expect. The rooms are small, the breakfast area has one table and is super small. The room was not very clean and the design is uncomfortable. The doors for each room are exposed to the parking lot. And to top it all off, after we checked in and left our stuff on in the room we went out to eat. Upon our return they had checked-in someone else into our room with all our stuff there! It took forever to sort out and get our things back. I have never had this happen before. Overall, a terrible experience in a rundown motel.

    Hotel was not the best in up keep. Stayed 2 nights never brought any clean towels . Bathroom toilet wouldn't flush properly. Entrance door was missing bottom weather strip which let noise and outside light in. Plus we could not park in right spots because other tenants parked in our spots. second day there our key cards wouldn't work. So had to get new ones. Not a place to bring any small children for sure. There was people hollering outside rooms when people should have been sleeping. Pool wasn't open.

    Rea was ok for people that goes to work at the refinance but the room that we stay was dirty there was a link in the restroom water all over the floor I reported it and all they say ok il let maintenance know thank you.     Feel more like a upgraded motel. Bad customer service restroom was dirty as well as sheets multiple stains. And if you are thinking at there is free breakfast think again. There were cardboard waffles or cereal without milk. I knew I would never go back again when apple juice and cranberry juice was out of service and the orange juice tasted like water with a splash or orange. Would stay again for $50 not worth the $95. Might as well stay in their next door neighbor holiday inn.

    The room did not depict the pictures shown when booking. Was expecting something much nicer and was very disappointed to see that the pictures are very misleading. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival, front desk asked how often I wanted the room serviced and it was never once done. Dead roach in the room. Microwave had no hot plate and was swelling at the side so extremely unsafe to use. While there, the power went out. Called front desk and they took 20mins to answer and then was asked to hold and I was hung up on instead. Swimming pool was out of service the entire time we stayed.

    Air conditioner not working. TV, no remote control to turn on and front desk didnt have any. Requested for the room to be cleaned and it was not done at all. I was going to stay 2 nights and decided to stay only one night and left. Bad experience for me and my family.

    I reserve to Reynolds. The first row did not have any sheets and it was nasty bathroom. Nasty second room sheets was nasty. Bathroom was nasty tub stuff was all on the floor and around the commode on the floor was nasty off I asked for a refund.

    Checking in was fine. The doors and windows at the hotel were either broken or poorly patched from being previously broken. The smoke detector was going off due to a low battery all night do it was tough sleeping comfortably. Beds and ac worked great though.

    I stayed 10 days for work they never cleaned my room. I payed for a late chek out and they called the cops on me because they said i was traspasing they looked up my payment and all they said was sorry after they had me take all my stuff out the hotell smells like cigarrets and weed and every one is smoking and drinking outside cant sleep thinking about my truck

    The room ac filter had not been cleaned for who knows how long. There was dust everywhere that's would be "invisible" (top of head board). The bathroom sink looked like it was falling apart. And the bed sheets has stains, as well as hair that was not mine nor my guest.

    This was by far the dirtiest room I've ever seen. We canceled & lost out on the room fare because of the filth. The pillow cases were all covered with some kind of mildew growing in the fabric, along with what looked like dirt-covered finger/hand prints all over the "white" cover. It was as if someone rolled around on it with dirt or soot all over them. Every surface seemed to be covered is some greasy substance and dark spatters. The bathroom mirror had something splattered all of it, so much so that your reflection in the mirror was smeared & greasy. There was black mold/growth all over everything in the bathroom. There was some kind of tapeworm-looking creature stuck to the wall. The furniture was covered in dirt/grease & stains. You literally didn't want to touch a single surface in this room. It was as if it had never been cleaned before in its existence. And there was a strange door in the room that led to another smaller room that appeared to have access up into an attic. Talk about creepy! No thanks. This was atrocious. Don't waste your money or time on this place!!
