The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room and the lobby area were very clean and inviting. The pool was smaller than expected, which was hard as we were staying with a group, but overall a great hotel and experience.

My stay here was good, but not perfect. The hotel is well-maintained but fairly standard. On the positive side, my room had a separate shower and toilet area, which was very convenient. On the negative side, the sofa in the room looked dirty. Breakfast was also just okay—nothing special. A good 4-star stay overall.

Crazy good soundproofing. Maybe 30 feet from the freight train, and I never heard a thing, wonderfully restful stay.

We enjoyed our visit. The check in person gave us a printout of restaurants that delivered as we were to tired to eat out. Note: Romeo's deep dish pizza, to us, was great! My only complaint is when we had complimentary breakfast the following morning we had a guy come over and sit at the next table to us. He said he lived down the street. Then proceeded to talk to us about different things. Then got up and came over and asked us for cash. I was going to say something when we got ready to leave but forgot.

The staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Our stay was nice and relaxing even though there was a softball tournament going just like last year at the same time but everything worked out. We will be staying there again in the future unless something changes.

Luke was awesome! He helped us with charging cords and helped my son and I get some restful sleep by speaking with a family that were staying next to us that had were a little noisy. All in all a great experience!

SpringHill Suites OSU was a very clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel for our trip to OSU. Will be using this hotel again in the future.

Luke at front desk was awesome! Cleanliness was ok nothing dirty in room. Just needs some updating. Was perfect for overnight stay for surgery at OSU.
