Different hotel due to them Being over booked never got a phone call when o showed up there they told Me so I had to pay for Breakfast and parking at the hotel they sent me To and it was a bad hotel

Staff, facilities, and services were solid. Consistently good experience. Beds were more comfortable than I’m used to having in hotels. Room AC was set at 60 when we arrived!

Our room was literally infested with black ants. We ordered food and drinks and it was ruined. I have pictures. I think we should be compensated.

Had a good weekend stay. Breakfast, free parking, and location are a great. Spacious king room, comfy bed, nice in-room amenities (tea, coffee, mini-fridge, shampoo/conditioner, etc.), friendly staff, clean.

Staff was super nice and my room was clean upon arrival. Breakfast offered quite a few choices, I feel like everyone could find something to eat there.

The staff was beyond sweet and very welcoming!!! I had my 2 kids with me and they were a handful but the staff was a huge help with them. My youngest was fussy and dropped his snack in the elevator and they kindly cleaned it up; also when I requested my room be cleaned up a little they made it look so clean and beautiful the lady Melissa also gave my kids a delicious cup of fruit from the breakfast bar which was so nice of her!! All around beautiful surroundings and amazing staff will definitely come back again soon!!!

It was a beautiful location. Our room was so nice had a homey feel ti it and the breakfast was great!

A staff member was indifferent upon Check-In. Did not know how to properly confirm my reservation and after 5-10 minutes of aimlessly tooling around promptly walked away never to appear again. A second staff member came over and resolved the situation.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Starbucks coffee available in lobby. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking lot very convenient and safe. Close to shopping. No microwave in room. No extra blankets for the pull out couch.
