It was not the best. The reviews I read really made it sound great. The breakfast that was included was a sandwich and a coffee which we did not partake in. There were some dead ants in the bathroom, but overall it was enough for one night.

We had a one night stay for pride festival. The room was perfect. A short Uber ride to down town. Clean comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was great and the coffee was even better. I will be staying again my next trip to Columbus.

The room was sufficient. Two beds, a good shower, and the air conditioning worked well. The refrigerator was leaking water into the pan below it. The smell of marijusna seeped into the rooms. While breakfast at the coffee shop was included, you were limited to one of two egg sandwiches even though other options were less expensive. If you were not able to eat eggs, there was nothing for you that was included either your stay. Seems like a set price range could easily be included with the room and guests should be able to select what they want to eat. There was no elevators all luggage needed to be hauled up the stairs. Our room was not cleaned. Not sure why. The trash was not emptied either. Only one small bar of soap in the room. All in all it was sufficient, but, I would not stay there again.

Room wasn’t even cleaned. Bed was made and that’s it. Dirty floors, crumbs left everywhere. Spider web by the a/c with a dead beetle when we first arrived. Had a huge problem with ants everywhere. In our bed, shower, tables, floors and walls. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night with checkout Sunday morning. Addressed this issue Friday at midnight and the worker said that there was no manager in office at all on the weekend, and only a shift lead scheduled at 8am on Saturday. They said that they would leave a note for the housekeepers and that’s all they could do. Wake up Saturday morning with dead ants all over our bed towards the end of the bed. Came down to staff to talk to alleged shift lead around 10am Saturday morning and there was no shift lead on call, said that they just left. I asked again if housekeepers could come help with the ants and staff said they would leave a note again to come clean around 11am since we would be out of the room. Came back around 5:30pm Saturday and the room was not touched, left exactly how we left it and ants were still everywhere. We left the hotel again in hopes they would clean it, came back around 1am and still dirty. Checked out at 11am on Sunday and asked for a shift lead and refund, stated that yet again shift lead just left and that a manager would be in around 1pm. Regular staff was alright in handling this issue but very disappointed with the lack of management and care. Waste of over $300 for 2 nights

Absolutely no way the cleaning staff did not know the air was out. The unit was set at 60 and when we entered it was cooler outside than in the room.

Rooms were cozy and clean. Staff was friendly, check in was a breeze. And, can't beat a free breakfast sandwich and coffee in the morning from Crimson Cup

I found 2 bugs on my pillow. When I brought it up to the staff they seemed unbothered. There was also a bug crawling out of the sink.

2nd time staying here. Close to Ohio State campus. Room was clean and price was good. It is a motor inn so outside doors & some of our neighbors were noisy but not the motel’s fault. We had an issue with our key card not working and the overnight manager handled it quickly with a friendly demeanor. Free breakfast was a choice of 3 different breakfast sandwiches and a black coffee. Could get specialty coffee or other food items for a fee as it is an actual coffee shop on site. Sandwiches were tasty.

Room was clean. We did have one extra large black ant and one extra large brown spider of some sorts in the room. Shower door didn’t stay closed so we did have to use a washcloth to push in between the two doors to keep it closed. Otherwise room was good. Quiet and comfortable. Very over priced but was probably due to the cou try fest in town.

My daughters and I really enjoyed this cute little motel. The room was comfortable and the coffee shop was yummy. It was far enough outside of the city to feel secluded, but the drive to our venue was short and easy. Highly recommend.
