The room was clean and comfortable! Had everything we needed. Staff was very nice

Not very clean. There were crumbs on the carpet and a sock left on the floor, clearly did not vacuum after the last guests. In the hallways trash was left on tables and on the floor. And overall seemed dirty. The walls were very thin and we constantly heard other guests during our stay. The floors in the hallway were completely uneven as well. Did not feel that the cleanliness and quality of hotel measured up to the price we paid for one night.

The hotel lives up to its reputation as a Marriott. The location is convenient; however, it was anything but quiet. Just outside our room a group of men were singing karaoke on a patio with loud music. At 9 pm I mentioned this to the front desk attendant who said he was going to stop them at 10 pm. Fortunately, he gave me a new pair of foam ear plugs to use.

Attentive and friendly staff, the location is convenient No scanning from phone to pay. The corners of the room were dusty and dirty. The door handle to the bathroom sliding door fell right off upon the first touch, they were very quick to fix it though. Couldn’t use the pool one night because someone dropped a glass into the pool and it shattered, closing the pool early.

Room was great, breakfast was crowded and ran out of things. Coffee was not hot. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We came to Columbus to attend Sonic Temple Festival 2026. We had an issue with the bank on our end and we were able to call and figure out a solution with the front desk and manager. The other staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and aesthetically appealing. The room was perfect for us, there was so much room in the bathroom and closet. I liked the little living room area with the desk. There were 2 flat screen televisions that swiveled out from the wall and easy to use. Complimentary breakfast food was served everyday and we enjoyed that very much.

Location of hotel was perfect close to the mall, restaurants etc. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. And breakfast was good.
