The room we as immaculate, absolutely beautiful!. The location is IN easton , so you can walk to EVERYTHING! The staff was phenomenal.

Check in was fast! The room was clean and I loved the decor. The lobby is very inviting and huge. I loved the outdoor fire pit. Location is also perfect, close to so many stores and restaurants. I also felt very safe as security frequently was patrolling the parking lot all night.

Listen, this is a nice property and we enjoyed our visit. Our only issue is mid way through our stay of three nights our room was skipped by housekeeping. When we got in after a long day we called for service (just towels really) and had to leave a message because “no one was available to take our call”. No one responded and that was disappointing. We paid a premium for the three nights and expected clean towels for the duration.

Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The lady at the front desk so so nice. This will be our go hotel every visit to Columbus.

Location for our purpose was excellent. Shopping and dinning were right around the corner. Was in the more quiet section of Easton Shopping complex. Easy access on and off the highway. Jim was well equipped and clean. The lobby was a great place to hang out also. Nothing

I really enjoyed staying on the 3 rd floor. Over looking the Eastern Mall & restaurants was amazing!!! Will book again for sure. The breakfast menu could have had more choices.

Clean room, however not enough space in a king room. One person fine, two are on top of each other. You could hear everything above, below and beside you when people about about. View was great, tv was very large so great. I did not try out the breakfast bar. Loved the proxmity to the mall. Walkable. Staff was very accommodating. All in all the experience was really good and and I will choose the hotel again when I am in Columbus.

Room 🌟🌟 dirty and had ants horribly. Staff 🌟🌟🌟 pleasant but not helpful. Hotel🌟🌟🌟🌟 beautiful aestetics. Location 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 walking distance to anything you need. Breakfast 👎👎👎 as negative as negative could be. Litterally garbage! 3 day stay. I wouldn't book again.
