Very good

Convenient location. Room was able to cool down quickly which is important when it's 92 degrees out. Staff was helpful. Decently priced. Bed was extra firm. Pillows were way too soft. Room was surface clean but the hotel should invest in a scheduled deep cleaning for the bathroom floor and shower grout.

This is my preferred hotel when I visit Columbus. The location is great. The staff is great. The prices are very good. The breakfast is also pretty tasty.

Nice size room and bathroom The room was infested with ants! Didn't see them at first picked up food from local restaurants. I sat my food down using a side table in the room. I nodded out before I could eat. I woke up to ants crawling on my arm. Then I noticed ants crawling in and out of my food container. Ants were all over the table all over my dinner. I called the front desk, and I was told, "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do, I'm the only one here, and there are no other rooms because we are sold out! Now l, here I am, itching from the ants on me and hungry due to the ants on my dinner. I spoke to the front desk the next morning, but no Mgr was available. I would like some type of compensation for this inconvenience. I would prefer money back and not points.

Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down to get them as nobody was working other than the front desk person. Asked why no room service or at least necessities replenished by day 3 and they told us they only do room service after 3 days so would be there once we check out AFTER the 3rd night! Ridiculous. My wife told the front desk we checked in on the Hilton app and had the digital keys and asked for physical ones as well and they said “you’ll be fine with the digital ones if you just use them”. The room was so dark it was like nothing I’ve ever seen at a hotel. 1 of the 2 elevators worked the whole time. Not a massive deal but just compounded all of the other problems. Just really, really disappointed in this property and stay and feel for what we paid, we did not get our money’s worth and could have had the same treatment at a cheap dive motel for much cheaper! Certainly not Hampton Inn & Suites level quality, that’s for sure.

Everything was great. Location was perfect for shopping! Pleasant surprise finding the Easton Center across the street. Had no idea it existed.

Friendly front desk staff was prompt and efficient. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great and varied slightly one day to next. Very satisfied with my two day stay!
