Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Easton

The room was very clean and neat, the hotel itself was clean and the staff were super nice!!! I enjoyed my stay. I saw bad reviews and got nervous but we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness or the location. On night 2 our power went out in the room but since we were returning from a concert anyways we just fell asleep. I think there was something wrong with the breaker. We called the front desk and she was super nice about it and sent maintenance up the next morning to fix it. It was slightly inconvenient but honestly things happen and it was fine. I wish they had free breakfast

location to easton mall the entrance wasn’t open, our original room had an ozone machine in it and stunk so we had to ask for a new room.

The location was right by the highway. There was only one person working the desk at all times there was always a line. As soon as I mentioned we were there for a baseball tournament someone came from around the back talking about a waver. We asked for three keys and they acted like we asked for a million dollars. When we get to the room, there was a stain on the comforter. On the same side of the bed it looked like someone either spilled or threw up. There was a stain on the carpet and the side of the bed. We didn’t have time to stop at the long line at the front desk to tell them we were pretty much in and out. My husband slept on the other side of the bed and my son and I slept on the other bed. I get up in the morning to take a shower and there is hair everywhere in the shower there’s mold in it. We had no hand soap, in the bathroom no bar or liquid but they made sure to put a little bow on the toilet paper! I received a text asking about or stay I said it wasn’t good. I then got a response what is a good time to call you and I said anytime and never received a call! For 500 dollars for two nights go somewhere else!

Check in time was 3 and we paid 415 and change in advance for the room. We got there from out of state @3:10 walked in and the lobby was full(later to find out they were all waiting on rooms to be cleaned) once we got to the front of the line to be checked in we are told that there are no clean rooms so we couldn’t get checked in asked how long she had no idea. Husband says check in was at 3 she said that it’s a round about time not a definite check in time. Gave her my number and sat out in the car. Didn’t receive a call or text and had been waiting for over an hour and a half so we go back in. She was able to get us a room paid $100 for a deposit. Woke up the next morning to another $131 taken out my account, go down to see why. Same lady says she doesn’t know why and can’t help me with anything. So for a total of @$600 we got to sit outside in the car for over an hour a bed to sleep in for 2 nights and no breakfast because I didn’t read the fine print that you have to pay $10 extra per person in advance. So all in all not a great experience with the people side of it but the bed was comfy

The main driveway was blocked off. The computers charged me twice for incidentals. The staff showed that they only charged me once. But my credit card showed they charged me twice.

The outside of the hotel was absolutely beautiful! The room itself was gorgeous, modern, and clean. The bathroom was spotless. Woman at the front desk when we were checking out the following morning was unfriendly. She was aggravated due to someone's card being declined. The GPS directed entrance off the main road was blocked off, had to find an alternate entrance.

Pool was packed with non staying guests, we couldn’t get in.
