Clean and peaceful environment! Great employees The shower had a set of ladies eyelashes left on the shelf. Simply overlooked when cleaning I’m sure, but nonetheless unexpected for such a quality place.

Bedding had dog hair all over the beds. Front desk man was very nice and polite. The room was a great size and loved the kitchen . Unfortunately both queen beds were dirty which ruined the experience. There's no staff there after 5 or so there was no one to tell.

I am happy when I can find a StayApt Suites when I am traveling. Very spacious apartment style.

We didn’t get in until 1am. So I don’t have much to review but I love StayAPT as we only have to get a box code and grab our key and go open our door. It’s quick and easy! we had a close room by the elevator and used a cart for our cooler and bag. It was very convenient! We love the full fridge/freezer and bed in the back of the room. Nice side tables and plugs for all our devices. We were out again at 930am so we did not spend much time there. It was just for a quick sleep. But enjoyed it and would stop there again!

The check in procedure was a bit complicated as the lobby closed at 5 and we were arriving after. I had trouble accessing a digital key. When I called, the person I talked to was very helpful and left us a key in the lockbox. So it all worked out. We would have liked to have had drinking glasses, a dish towel, paper towels in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and functional. It was quiet. We would stay there again.

Was close to family When we got there the first room we were assigned was not clean at all but the staff at the front desk made it right, right away and gave us a new room but ut was clean but still needed some work

This has been by far one of the best and nicest hotels we have ever stayed at, it was very relaxing, refreshing and welcoming wish there were some more!!
