My only complaint is that the air conditioner was positioned directly over the beds, so the cold air blew right on us while sleeping. It made the beds feel a little too cold, especially with the air blowing directly down. A simple improvement might be to add an air deflector or vent redirection cover to help direct the airflow away from the beds. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was clean, bright, nice smells, very comfortable. I had a great night’s sleep. The updated shower was big and clean. The breakfast was varied, good and free.

There was a place for everyone and cozy nooks to read in. Breakfast provided many many choices.

The room was nice, clean, and decently priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area had plenty of places to eat. The free breakfast was meh but other than that I would definitely recommend staying there.

Clean facility, nice beds. Pretty noisy doors slamming every time some one went in or out of rooms and person in room above us walked like they were trying to put their feet through the floors so stay on top level. Shampoo and body wash not filled in our shower either had to call desk.

Locked out of room for 2 hrs. All our belongings in room. Wife's medical equipment in room and very much needed. She sat in extreme pain for 2 hrs unable to monitor her spinal implant device.

The room was nice and very clean bed was comfortable! The only problem we had was our refrigerator didn’t work and they said they couldn’t do anything about it due to the hotel being completely booked:( so unfortunately all the refrigerated food we bought was wasted . We had to eat out every night.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Good price for a place to sleep. Breakfast was good but there were too many people at 7:20am so things were pretty picked over and there was no coffee so that was a bummer.

Wonderful stay for a quick overnight getaway with my husband. Breakfast was blah but contintental so to be expected

Room was great but there was a hair in the mixing bowls. Staff was so nice and helpful. Loved the kitchenette and all of the supplies to cook.

Breakfast had excellent selection and was good quality. First room had a faulty smoke detector that kept pinging every few minutes. Staff attempted to fix it but was unable to but promptly moved us to another room. They were very responsive and we were pleased with the resolution.
