My stay was great. My son and I traveled to celebrate his graduation from college and visit family. The amenities are beautiful. However I prefer a shower curtain. The beautiful new design is shower only and no curtain. The shower was great pressure and felt great. Even though I like a warm bath to relax. I rate a 9.5 needs a shower curtain. I also enjoyed the finess center. Thank you.

Convenient location and very clean! Friendly accommodating staff too! The hotel rooms- though updated- lacked all typical travel toiletries, except for shampoo/conditioner/body wash. A coffee maker would have also been a great touch.

The location was great The towels were full of hair. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I was not able to sleep during my stay.

The Hotel was clean and very modern and updated. Staff was overall friendly. Location was easy to find and surrounded by many restaurants and stores. There was no complimentary breakfast. Our room was never cleaned . We asked to have it cleaned and it was not done. The front desk person stated well we have 87 check out so ill put you on the list fir a refresh but wouldn't guarantee it would be done. There was nothing in the room telling us we needed to call to have our room cleaned. Online it staed every 2 days it would be cleaned.We had to keep asking for towels. We had a huge stack of dirty towels that were never picked up and our trash was overflowing . Not impressed with the room cleaning at all. Honestly we will never stay at this hotel again.

The front desk on the other hand was ok. I didn’t feel the customer service was superb in fact it was average. I almost felt as if I was interrupting whatever they were doing in the back.

The convenience of not only a small “shop” to pick up a quick drink, etc. was complimented by the full bistro establishment- The hotel was clean, friendly, welcoming and well appointed- we will stay there again when we come next year.

Disappointed that the pool was not open. No free breakfast. Did purchase a snack (Tots) and there was no cheese on it as indicated. Brought it back to room and wasn't worth the effort to take it back.

Very friendly staff. Clean and modern with a classy vibe. The food was a bit slow since there was only one person cooking, however he was managing well.

Convenient to shopping the freeway and good restaurants the staff was remarkable and hospitality. The rooms were clean, pleasant and very quiet. It was a restful stay of six nights. It would’ve been nice to enjoy a Jacuzzi
