It was very nice, arrived to find out it was Handicapped room. The site did not mention that.

This would have been a glowing report as it is new, clean and the staff person was awesome but there is a major design flaw with the room ac. It blows on the bed and the t stat is so far away that you either freeze to death or turn it off and cook. It wouldn't be an easy fix. I won't be back and that's sad because it is otherwise nice.

Beautiful new facility! Only complaints were lights on sensors that turned off and on at will and lack of ice machine for the building. Every room has an ice machine in the freezer and they forgot to tell us to turn it on. Otherwise, a great place! Definitely would stay here again. Desk staff very friendly and helpful.

I have not been to an extended stay hotel in a long time. I had more to adjust to than the hotel.

The cleanliness of the building and friendly staff. The noise from above, we stayed on the second floor but it sounded like the individual above was in the room with us.

I didn't have a pet. but is was welcome. Great location for shopping mall close by also

We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good).

The staff was amazing. The room was nice. We had a king sized bed so there was a couch for tv viewing which was nice. The cons: motion sensor lights and barn door style bathroom door. I had work to do and had to keep getting up to move around to get the lights to turn back on. Also no going to the bathroom in the middle of the night without being blinded by the lights coming on! The barn door style bathroom door didn’t offer a lot of privacy either.

A new hotel with friendly staff and clientele. Soft and comfy beds. The only thing that drove me crazy were all the motion sensor lights.

Property is nice and new Advertised as a $10 pet fee. But they added another non refundable $54 to each pet. So an advertised price of 129$ turned into over a $200 bill. Not happy with the unannounced cost. Also had a room with a street light outside. Great for the parking lot terrible for my sleep. Curtain wouldnt think about stopping the light

Nice gym. Friendly staff. Large rooms. New property close to restaurants. Very accessible. Some obvious cleaning spots missed. Floors felt greasy in rooms and elsewhere.
