Comfortable and clean. Water pressure was great and the water hot. Bed was comfortable If we had been staying longer , I would have liked to have had a larger room with more space.

The room was clean enough to sleep in. Empty place but yet they stuck me on the room right next to the highway with a broken tv and the WiFi did not work most of the night. The shampoo was half empty Boyle in the shower. You get what you pay for hard to find a hotel that is clean for under $100 a night.

I had no fridge or microwave in my room. Barely any of the channels worked on the TV.. And they charged me for checking in an hour early. I stay at Red roof inns all the time. Never been charged for checking in an hour early. Never had to put a deposit down. It was a very poor experience.

Property was right off the interstate and close to a few fast restaurants. My room was spacious and very clean.

The room definitely could use a good, deep clean. The floors were gross, the room had a smell, and there were stains all over the walls. Thankfully, we saw no bugs/signs of bugs…and I checked extensively. We got in late and had a very short stay, or I probably would’ve just found a cleaner hotel. It was fine for a night.

The room was clean and neat. The only staff that we interacted with was the front desk. The front desk was friendly, helpful, and professional. There was plenty of parking.

They have pet friendly rooms with laminate floors that are excellent for our fury friends. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Stayed here because I was facing major surgery the following day. So I wanted to get a Jacuzzi room so I could relax ahead of time. Did jacuzzi was in the bathroom area which is quite small but private. And it is an actual jacuzzi tub! The room I was in had a beautiful pink tub with jets that you could move to fit the spots on your body you needed them to. Was very comfortable to lay back and relax in. I appreciated that it was a smoking room because I am a smoker. So I expected it to have a certain smell and maybe be older because the hotel itself is an older Hotel but I was blown away when I opened the door and saw the beautiful hardwood floors and decor and fresh smell and how clean it was. Had a nice chair that was comfortable and plenty of room in the actual room. Has a little refrigerator and microwave and everything that you might need. Nice big screen TV and everything is very modern on the inside. I would also like to compliment the desk clerk. He was very helpful in getting me checked in and giving me good advice for around clarksville. Since I don't live that far from there I might actually just go back there to that same room just to enjoy that private jacuzzi and relax! Plus it is located right in the heart of everything so you can actually walk to things. Couldn't have had a better experience there

When I checked in the registration agent was lovely. She further more was helpful by providing me with plastic eating utensils when my Door Dash was delivered without them. My room was clean however the bed was saggy and uncomfortable. Lastly the walls were thin enough for me to hear a screaming match next door that lasted early into the next morning. I’m faulted in that I was too tired to call the front desk and complain.

I’m sad to say our stay this time was not as good as the previous time. We found bugs in one of the rooms we booked. The room was clean in appearance and staff was fantastic, but bugs are not acceptable.

It all began with check in. Going to our room, we were meet with a dozen policeman and cars. They were investigating a possible group of underage beging held against their will. Ok, we moved on from this and into our smoke free room, were we constantly had to deal with the smell of pot. I have asthma and so I contracted the office. She said there was nothing she could do because it was sold in their smokes shops. Well first off there is no smoking or vaping in the area, so who cares what they are smoking, she should have investigated it for us. Then she said she could move us, but why am I being punished? I was already unpacked and ready for bed! Move the people smoking in the non smoking area. All night long there is banging on doors and people shouting in the parking lot. The best thing about the place was the jetted tub. The people at check in are very nice, but the accommodations and property lack a peaceful stay.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful, nice and professional. Sorry, can't remember her name. Kids playing in the parking lot upon arrival. Rooms were loud, meaning I could hear the cars on the interstate driving by, people walking outside by the room, next door room, could hear when they open and closed the refrigerator. My floors were filthy, and the pillows on the beds were a joke. Like not even half of a full size pillow. Door to my room showed light from the outside through it around the frame.

My privacy was respected and was left alone for my 3 day stay. The tv remote needs to be replaced as the batteries were loose and didnt make good connections. The room was muggy a bit. Shower head was outstanding!

The room was okay, but there were no amenities. Had to pay extra for a coffee maker in the room, no type of breakfast whatsoever, only coffee but with powdered creamer :( The coffee supplied in the room was awful.

Upon my arrival the check in was pretty standard. I have a teacup Yorkie so I requested a pet friendly room. Once I received the key I proceeded to the room and once I opened the door their was an odd scent and also, the bed comforter was stained. I did reach out to the clerk at the front desk who only offered to change the sheets. House keeping came in and changed the bedding. I had and event so my spouse and I Left right after that. Once I return to the the room my wife began to take a shower and noticed the bathroom vent didn't work. I once again called the front desk and spoke to the night shift clerk who immediately moved us to the room next door. This room smelled fresh. The furniture in this room was not damaged or torn like in The previous room. My wife and I looked at each and decided this would be our to last time staying at Red Roof. At this point I had many questions.why did the clerk not change our room in the beginning when we informed her about the bad scent and the dirty comforter? That just common courtesy And also, I wondered if I had of been of another ethnicity would we have been treated this way. I have stayed at this red roof inn a few times and never had an experience like this . I be coming back to Clarksville for labor Day. But I not be staying at the Red Roof ever again.

Turned the bathroom light on as soon as we got in the room and a roach ran across the floor. We left.

Okay for a short one or two night stay. Rooms clean. No breakfast, which we did know. Coffee was terrible. Refrigerator had no freezer compartment. Mattresses older, and not so comfortable, but not terrible. It was a quiet area and we felt safe. Staff nice.

Would not recommend. This hotel was chosen for its convenient location to the highway, pet policy, and positive reviews which I’m convinced must be fake. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the room smelled very badly and was definitely previously smoked in, which made it difficult to breathe. I was with my toddler who couldn’t walk on the floor since it had turned their feet black immediately. I was hoping to take a shower but the bathroom was unusable for us. Not a room I felt clean or comfortable in. Sketchy guests staying at the hotel as well so we felt unsafe. Only positive was front desk staff was very nice and pleasant.

The room was nice enough, but the surrounding rooms contained guests that were noisy and congregated and spoke quite loudly right outside my door. I would have preferred a room on the ground floor because I have sciatica and a bad knee but was told by the front desk clerk there were no rooms available "in my category" on the ground floor. I have stayed at Red Roof Inns before, but over the years their quality and trustworthiness has steadily declined. I feared that the room would be horrible and the surrounding clientele would be loud and invasive. This is probably the last time I will choose Red Roof Inn for my lodging.... the older I get the more I want upscale convenience.

Then the flap in the toilet was broken and it sounded like a cat was being hirt everytime it refilled the water. It ran all night long. They had no coffe in the room. The sheets were still damp from being washed. The pool wasnt even filled at all. Not that we would have used it but when you advertise it should be full. It was not a plesant stay.

I needed a hotel that would accomodate my dog and not charge a fortune and this hotel was a good option. The front desk was very helpful and friendly and the room was nice with a comfortable bed. I really liked being able to park right outside my room.

Beds need to be softer with better pillows. Rooms need to have less lighting after lights are out for better sleeping. Need taller stool in restroom for older adults or everyone.

Perfect for a quick stop to rest between Wisconsin and Florida. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Had coffee ready for us early the next morning.

A few restaurants are nearby. It's not far off the highway. It's a super place to stay if you have dogs.

There is no smoke smell in the lobby, which very happily surprised me. Even though the lobby is basic, it's very open and up to date. The person who checked us in was very pleasant.

I would like to make a suggestion if I could. It would be great if there was a magnet that people could put over the Pepe hole in the door when inside the room.

It was very noisy and a constant hum coming from inside the ceiling. It was cheap but won’t be staying there again.

It is neat & clean but not really modernized. It seems to be a good, clean, cheap place to stay if you are working in the local area or are just passing through looking for a place to sleep and shower.

Clarksville is a military town and at times the traffic can be insane! The facility is older but the staff keeps it clean. Free coffee in lobby in morning. Literally a dozen places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Located in a very active town adjacent the interstate. Pet friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised on how nice my room looked. The only issue I felt that needs to be addressed is the A/C Heater unit! Please have someone clean the filter and top area of the unit! Otherwise thank you for a very nice overnight stay!

I had requested extra pillows when booking but had to go to the front desk to get them once we realized it was missed. Would have rated a five star but wanted the booking agents to make sure in the future, requests are forwarded to the hotel.

Very friendly front desk clerk, the room was immaculate, the Jacuzzi tub was nice, but there weren't instructions on how to turn the jets on. A TV channel guide would've been helpful.

It’s conveniently located off the highway but we had to wear shoes in the room because it was peeling up and it was dirty enough to turn the bottom of my son’s feet black. Our room also had a broken security lock. Road noise was pretty substantial as well. No breakfast options are always a bummer.

Cleanliness was good however saw 3 centipedes and one large beetle that camped out under my shoe
