    I did not expect to pay for breakfast, nice touch to be catered. The facility was nice. Was expecting the room to be be cleaned, but when she staff told that they clean every other day, it was ok since she brought up fresh washcloths and towels and emptyed the cans.

    I put insurance on a room. Double Room king bed with hot tub. They gave up my room and ended up in a handicapped room with no tub. Construction everywhere. This was supposed to be romantic for my husband and I. It was completely ruined. Bed was hard. Stain carpets. They wanted to charge for anything extra. Normally it's free.

    Also I was always told to travel with cash! So I only had cash! The front desk when checking in wanted my debit card to hold for 50.00! I had no 50.00 on my debit card to hold! I offer cash! Customer service desk told me I had to leave! My sister and I had our reservation paid through Expedia so no refund! Luckily my sister had 50.00 dollars on her debit card to hold! So Thank the good Lord we stayed! Also to use their kurieg to make coffee! They had coffee in the room but to make coffee you need water! There was water in the room it said free in big letters if you wasn’t a awards member it would cost 2.00 a bottle in tiny print Thank the good Lord he lead me to bring our own water! Also a bug in the room!

    I picked a spa tub on the website and when I got to the property they told me they no longer have them in the room. I showed up to check in and the manager kept making excuses as to why the room wasn’t ready so finally at 4pm we got into the room my husband was taking a shower and there was no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. And we went to go walk around to look where the laundry room and pool was and they were out of prosper. Everything we wanted we were told it wasn’t available. The manager tried to make it up by giving us breakfast. But we asked to take some off the bill and he said he couldn’t do that. And when I called Expedia they told me the same thing. The hotel is junk and it smells really bad. I will never stay at this hotel again. Very poor customer service..

    We stay in this hotel during winter because it has the warmest heated pool. Lobby is very nice as well. This hotel is in bad need of renovation. It’s in an embarrassing shape for a Hilton.

    I have pictures of the unsanitary conditions of the "disability" room I was given...why was I in a disability room? So much mold in the bathroom and bathroom doors. Would never get in the moldy shower. Will be happy to send pictures. I am going to contact Hilton directly as I wasn't able to even take a shower. Upon arrival, exterior doors were propped open, when it was dark, by the construction workers. I told the front desk I felt unsafe. The construction workers were all on the 3rd floor where they placed me. They were loud in the halls with slamming doors. Then hammering started in the next room with our adjoining door. I hit the door after an hour of it and said "stop". I went out in the hall and that door was also propped open with construction going on. I had just driven 10 hours from Wisconsin and was exhausted. It was unsafe for a female senior traveler with a small dog to take out.

    Upon arrival, it was evident that the room had not been updated to a level consistent with Hilton’s typical design, comfort, and presentation. The space appeared dated, lacked modern finishes, and did not convey the sense of quality or refinement that guests anticipate when selecting a Hilton property. Even during renovation periods, guests generally expect a baseline level of consistency, cleanliness, and brand representation, none of which were adequately met during my stay. I value the Hilton brand and the reputation it has built for reliability, professionalism, and elevated guest experience. However, this particular stay fell notably short of those standards. I hope this feedback will be reviewed to ensure that room assignments during active renovations remain in alignment with Hilton’s brand

    The air unit was broken in the room we stayed in. And it was hot the whole night. I didn't make a big fuss because of the front desk person was really nice and she waived my accidental fee. But I still felt that we should've gotten half price on the room. Because you get your accidental fee back anyways. When I'm in that area again I won't be staying there again.

    Room needed work. Seemed old dusty and beds need upgrade. Hotel coffee maker never worked. Staff was nice. You had to pay for breakfast and bartender did not know how to make a long island ice tea. It seemed she through bunch of alcohol in a glass like a mad chemist and it was strong but taste nothing like drink I ordered. Might as well have a beer in a bottle.

    Room was incredibly past due for updating. Shower floor was split up the sides in 4 places. Stained and dirty looking as well. Shower doors were almost inoperable. Face of vanity was deteriorated press board. Orange scum around base of sink handles. Breakfast area carpet in need of repair/replacement. Terribly worn and stretched with several large bubbled areas. We were told they were in the process of updating but had we known this in advance we would have chosen a different hotel.

    Basically, it’s an OK hotel. The beds were comfortable. We always had fresh sheets or towels, and the housekeeping staff was so wonderful and friendly that I hate to put down anything negative about them. Everyone there realizes that the hotel does not meet standards and needs to be redone. This was not what I expected staying in a hotel such a high name of Hilton. We make yearly trips to Tennessee and always need a hotel to stay at. I’m not sure if we will be coming back to the Hilton or moving onto a different brand.

    The staff were helpful and friendly. The first room we were given had problems. The bathroom sink tap had a constant drip and the A/C was stuck at 66 degrees and would not shut off or adjust. Happily the desk staff , Lillian, was very helpful and assigned us another room.

    The overall room itself was nice. The check in process took over 30 minutes because no one was at the desk for the allotted time I got there. (3PM, when Check In is Allowed). Hot tub was closed down (No Notice of this upon booking) and Pool room was closed and had to have someone from the desk to open the room, which I wasn't going to try to do because of how long it took them to check me in. Luckily I had the Whirlpool Room, which did work and the wife and I enjoyed our evening in it. May or may not stay here again. CheckIn should be easier than this experience after driving all day.

    Not the best Hilton experience I’ve ever had. The pool was locked and when I did get inside I decided not to go in the pool. It just didn’t look like it was a good place to swim. The furnishings in the room were dated and the carpet was worn. All was clean and the air conditioner worked. Didn’t feel like I was at a Hilton and there were no cookies! Overpriced for the accommodations.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I booked this hotel because they advertise a hot tub. It was out of order. So we tried the pool, which might as well have been a cold plunge. So we tried to go back to our room, we were promptly trapped in the elevator. The alarm button did nothing. Thankfully another patron heard us & alerted the front desk. At this point we decided to just call it a night. When my husband pulled back the blankets, there was a bed bug. Soooo back downstairs I went. He ‘upgraded’ our room for all the problems & assured us he would talk to management to refund the cost of our room, but really just put us in an ADA room, which was like 80°, so then it took hours to cool off enough to sleep. We haven’t received a refund or a call from the hotel, and they won’t respond to our inquiries. I’m going to have to dispute the charge. Terrible experience. The Hilton name used to mean something.

    There is no free breakfast even though the website says there is. They want you to pay $9.99for continental (cereal and oatmeal) The room is outdated and moldy on the bottom of the shower. The shower doors are difficult to open and the toilet was not flushing properly. It ran all night. The AC was freezing which I appreciate but it was not adjusting to the temperature you tried to set. I would rather just spend a bit more and stay across the street at a newer property. The staff was friendly but you get what you pay for and it wasn’t much.

    I waited behind a customer who hadn’t received notice of a change and it took an hr to resolve just to be seen at another counter. I waited when there were three ppl working the counte just to be seen at a different register. Then I didn’t get my king bed I had to take a dbl queen instead. Horrible service. I mean they literally made me wait and I was patient thinking it was just one register and then after they say, “ she will get you at the other register.” What!?!

    I loved EVERYTHING, but the bed. It was SOOOOOO hard, and we woke up in tons of pain. We even debated just going home because of the bed. We had a whirlpool tub that was such a great thing to take some aches away, but that mattress needs replacement! Plus, that bed frame sticks out and we ran into the corners repeatedly.

    The girls at the front desk were very nice, even though it felt like the air conditioning was not working in the Lobby. It was hot and humid outside as well as in the Lobby. My room was cool and clean. I felt sorry for all those in the Lobby. The little old man mopping the floors had his entire shirt soaked through. Gotta love the staff that will keep on working regardless of the situation.

    Very nice lobby. Lots of seating area. Restaurant on site for breakfast bar on site for those who care for that kind of thing. Check in was fast and easy. Housekeeping is only every other day. We had an accident and on one of the beds in one of the rooms and they would not come and change the sheets. They brought clean sheets, but we had to change the bed. The pool access was broken so we always had to have the front desk glass in the pool, the hot tub is broken in the pool area. The rooms were rather dated. Definitely need an upgrade and aesthetics..

    Very old and outdated. It was clear they didn’t care about cleanliness. Our room felt dirty and dark. We found a total of 3 bugs/spiders IN BOTH BEDS! We took pictures and told the front desk staff the next morning. He wrote my name down but manager never called me back. I called again a week later and was left on hold. Very disappointing, don’t stay here. It’s dirty and they don’t care that it is.

    During check in they didn’t have rooms clean (this was 6 pm) they “found a room available “ when we went into the room it was as if housekeeping just threw the blanket on the bed and none of the dirty towels were picked up.     The hotel needs some updating. The standard wifi is absolutely awful. The rooms need some updating. The staff was very friendly but i stayed for 7 days and my room was only cleaned once. I had to go to the desk twice to request the room to be serviced. When it was finally serviced it was my last night. They have a guest laundry but no quarters to exchange, this was pretty inconvenient.

    The website say they have a hot tub but it was out of order. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The overall hotel is run down. The sheets on our room had stains, room service did not replace sheets every other day as promised, or replace items that were used up.

    The overall condition of the hotel itself was what I expected. However, we chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub amenity. We purchased swimsuits and were really looking forward to spending some time relaxing in the hot tub. When we arrived to check in we were told the hot tub heater wasn't working and hadn't been working in 5-6 weeks or so. We would not have chosen to book this stay had we know that amenity wasn't working. We wouldn't have been as disappointed if it had just broken within the last day or so but when we heard it had been broken for several weeks we were very disappointed. We really feel as if the hotel didn't make any attempt to offer anything but they sure didn't mind taking our money.

    Location was close to family and stores! The site shows that there is a hot tub and that was my main reason for going especially from coming in from out of town and when I got there, there is no hot tub. There was no complementary breakfast. The bathroom and the room itself stinks. Mold/mildew in shower. Didn’t refill conditioner and broken from wall. Trash under beds. My check in time was supposed to be 3 PM. My room wasn’t ready until after three when I arrived at 2:46 they said my room would be ready in 15 minutes when I re-entered the building at 3:06 my room was still not ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes to then find the said above items the conditioner and the trash we’re still not taking care of.

    Location The room smelled. There were others at the front desk with similar issues. Some could stay in the room they were assigned. The bathroom shower was dirty. For the high price, we were very disappointed.

    Very tired and dirty! The shower was full of mildew. Housekeeping came back to clean it but it didn’t help much. The hot tub was out of order and left in a dangerous state (see pics). I would not recommend staying there.

    On arrival I checked in the staff was nice enough, but not overally friendly, which was fine - they were not rude in the slightest so that is a win. I was given my keys and as I made my way to my room and walk in, it hit me. A stench I am not sure I can even put into words. It simply smelled old, musty, maybe it had been smoked in, but at any rate it has a stench. You know what I am talking about when I say old. The bathroom was even less appealing. The shower doors were dirty, just caked with what seemed like montha of filthy soapscum. The wood in the bathroom on the vanity were delaminating. This place could really use some upgrades. The tv picture quality was a literal flashback and there I was back in the 90's all over again. So, there you have it. A hotel that is highly outdated, but still pricey. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel to anyone, unless yiu are desperate.

    Arrived at the hotel and went to my room and I was not happy with the cleanliness of the room. I called the front desk and they immediately moved me to a much nicer, cleaner room. I was only planning on staying one night but because of how well they took care of the situation and made me feel comfortable and valued my membership I ended up staying 2 more nights. Everyone was great and I plan to stay there again soon. Thanks to each of you for taking care of me.

    Our checkin was for 3PM. We had to wait in the lobby for 1.5 hours vecause our room was not ready. This caused us to miss or distiliry tour and the play we had scheduled.

    Check-in was a breeze. Front desk clerk, Thomas, was quite hospitable. He was professional and polite. Without ventilation, the bathroom reeked of moisture. The exhaust fan was inoperable so the bathroom’s air was very stale. The shower curtain was torn and barely hanging in one of the hooks. I would go so far as to say- most bathrooms here need renovating as I remember staying here a couple of years ago and had the same experience. The 1 night stay was enough… Thanks Hilton for delivering an exceptional experience, every time.

    The faucet in our bathroom tub constantly dripped water. It is just an old, worn down Hilton Garden Inn. Not the worst HGI I have stayed in, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

    Check in was a breeze, the attendee even gave us a discount on morning hot breakfast since he saw we were rewards members. Breakfast omelet was absolutely the best I've had, Potatoes were piping hot. My wifes eggs were perfectly done. We will be staying here on our return home

    We had trouble getting the key to work but the staff handled it quickly and got us another room. The bar and food was good and it was nice not to have to go out again after a long drive. But the bed was not comfortable the coffee maker was broken and the lotion in the bathroom was empty. We will tell them once we get checked out.

    I was a sales manager for one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world. I traveled all over the United states for approx 32 years. I stayed with one of your competitors for most of that time and now I know why. I never saw a hotel bathroom shower so filthy. Both of the units that you gave me had shower floors that were moldy, cracked and stained. I have pictures if you would like. I can't belive you put a guest in these rooms
