The staff in the check-in area did not give any greetings nor instructions. She just handed me the card. Also only one card was given so me and my husband would need to both go if we need something downstairs because the lights will automatically turn off if we remove the card from the slot. The staff with blue long polo sleeves staying in the entrance is more friendly and accommodating. There are only 2 pillows in the room and were too bulky and too high for the head when lying down. The air conditioning unit was so old that it does not cool the room enough. Turning the fan on didn’t help. No complimentary water or anything just the liquid soap but you can buy one at the lobby. The white towels are a bit dark.

Clean Room was too hot! We had to immediately transfer to Richmonde.

The location The room has a door which connects to the other room. Although it was locked but the occupants of the other room can be heard. Room is also a bit small compared to the other floor
