Really cool hotel, unique architecture, has a library, an art gallery, and fantastic food options just across the street.

Big room, very clean, convenient location. The Eatery on the grounds is a cool venue and nice place to relax and have a drink or casual meal Saturday the hotel was having an event and the parking garage was full so we had to park on the street.

The hotel and restaurant people and food was fantastick The kitchen for room service was horrible. We ordered a pot of coffee and after 2 hours we canceled .. we tried again the next morning. Still nothing. Because of this I rated the hotel 9

We enjoyed our stay. Some positives were the spacious junior suite and the comfortable bed. The young valet worker in the mornings was very kind and prompt. Some negatives were the bathroom needed a good deep cleaning, it was just surface cleaned. Also front desk couldn’t tell us a time for hotel offered yoga classes. Staff was kind but we had to ask about our credit we were given and had to ask about extra charges that we were told “happens sometimes we don’t know why.” Overall a good stay but for over $300 a night not in the best location i would expect a bit more.

Clean, modern, nice sized rooms Room not ready at 4:45 pm. Although some staff were amazing, one front desk person was dismissive when asked whether we could get an additional bottle of water when heading out for the day. No water filler stations were easily accessible that we were aware. Parking is difficult to secure, parking a minivan is almost dangerous in some parts of the garage.

This was THE best stay. We loved the hotel. Took our two puppies and they also agree. Very dog friendly area - the rooms and public areas are 5 star. ⭐️ clean and modern with very helpful polite employees. Parking is included in an attached garage with plenty of space. Beautiful place!

Our visit largely due to the Summit was perfect ! The front desk staff was so accommodating every time we needed something , the room was very clean and the location for walking to restaurants was ideal , DEFINITELY staying again when we visit Cincinnati !!

Didn't have robes as promised on the room description. Also I think my vehicle was damaged at valet.

The room was spacious and clean. The art gallery and lounge areas were nice and welcoming. Not a lot of noise on the floors. The only draw back is the lot. There are lots of cement pillars in the garage, with narrow parking so you have to be very careful pulling in and out.
