Bugs on the beds. No towels in the room and when we did get them, they were pretty dingy. One bed with no pillows at all. It said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast except for coffee. I would not stay at this place ever again.

Staff I encountered were nice and respectful and location was ok . The room had an awful smell,I end up buying a candle. The tub was damaged and didn’t look clean but I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned to my comfort. The room just didn’t feel comfortable overall.

Location was just off the highway The first guy we interacted with was friendly, how ever the other guy we saw the next day was not friendly, didn't really speak, and just shook his head. The facility does not offer free breakfast as stated in the booking. It was just coffee. The room was ok for the price, this place must rent rooms out to for weekly rate, one of the rooms had a dog that barked all night. We did not complain, people didnt seem very friendly and didn't want to have issues for the rest of our stay, so we just dealt with it. We have stayed at a lot of Days Inn, but this has been the worse by far.

It is in a less than desirable neighborhood. Random people walking through the parking lot and working on their vehicles changing break pads and rotors. Bullet proof glass in the vestibule to check in. Vending machines and ice machine were out of service. Short & curly hairs on the “clean” sheets. Back of toilet seat lid had fecal matter stuck on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Location was accessible and staff at the lobby was friendly. No breakfast, and it's advertised as it does. Parking was full of potholes. Curtains, bedsheets and towels were damaged and broken. No toiletries. Smell was awful.

The place was disgusting and stunk so bad and the employee lied to us about getting our refund!

The room was very dirty, the toilet looked like it wasn’t even cleaned and the shower had hair all over it. I had to go get my own cleaning supplies to clean it up just to make it through one night but luckily the front desk guy refunded me for the second night. I could not stay there any longer.

The room was very basic and smelled like stale cigarettes even though I chose a no smoking room. The blankets had burn holes in them.the toilet barely flushed. I had to flush several times to get it down. The sink knob fell off when I turned the sink on. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. Overall just a terrible experience. I originally was gonna stay 3 nights but quickly decided against. Only lasted 1 night in the room. Still waiting for my money back. Would not book again

The place was a Dump,filthy with Criminal activity going on on property bin the motel parking lot in plain sight,!! We Will be Reporting this Entire Experience 4/27/26 to the Proper Authorities of Cincinnati Health Department ,law Enforcement, Building code inspectors,Days Inn/ Wyndham,Ohio State Attorney Generals office of Consumer Fraud,As well as our Family Attorneys William J Scott Attorneys at law. This company Will regret the Day they attempted to steal $122.00 from this Veteran Senior couple.
