Quite old and no choice for amenities in toilet.

The location was excellent and the Aircon was cold. The hotel also was good about providing water every day. The toilet was low pressure on the flush. It would sometimes take 2 or 3 flushes. Depending on the time of the day the shower wouldn't have enough hot water. The light switches were on the bed head board so i would accidentally hit the light switches when sleeping. The elevator was on the 2nd floor so you had to carry your luggage up the stairs one floor to access the elevator.

The location in Nimman area was perfect! I was working remotelty so I was more than happy to have Yellow co-working spaxw5right next door. The twin room was spacios and clean. There is a bar across the street with a really loud party every night from 22:00 to 01:00 so if you are a light sleeper I can't recommend this hotel. I slept with ear plugs quite comfortably.

Excellent location. The staff block lift and hallway with all dirty towers from guests. Even they saw customers cannot walk, they still don’t move all those dirty staff away.

The location is good, close places in Nimman. There are nice returants and places close to the hotel. Its walking distance to good bars and coffee shops in Nimman. The staff were unwilling to allow for an early check in, and though the hotel wasnt busy would not allow early checkin. In my experiences in Chiang Mai in other hotels this has never been an issue. I had a very early flight, and was hoping to have a quick shower before going for a meeting, which I wasnt able to do. They stuck to the policy which they have a right to, and i feel its doesnt help customer experience. The room was adequate, the bathroom was OK, once again the age of the hotel tells. The staff were polite but not helpful. This place has certainly seen better days. The breakfast was very basic I am certainly not going back.

Great location. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet AC. Good value for money. Breakfast a little too processed for my liking: juice drink instead of fresh fruit juice; instant coffee instead of real coffee; chicken ham and chicken frankfurters instead of unprocessed protein. It is nice to have the salad and fresh fruit, but in Thailand, fresh fruit should be easy to get!

Location! I could see the Yellow Co-working space from the lobby. I had California meetings so working early and late. The location is ideal! The bed was soft and comfortable! So old Water damage Musty bathroom Crazy shower that got water all over the floor Disappointing breakfast

Great location, surrounded by a lot of bars, eateries, and cafes. Convenience stores are nearby less than 3 minutes walk. Shopping mall MAYA is at a comfortable walking distance. Getting ride-hailing service easily. room facilities are a bit old, and the lift lobby on the second floor

It was close to main shops and bars in Nimman and walking distance to university (30 ish mins) I wasn’t leaving the hotel until 6.30 pm but there was no opportunity to have a shower after my day in chiang mai and the lobby toilet facilities are poor. Not much choice at breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful, even if a little slow to help and clueless. Asked for an extra 300 Baht to check in early despite requesting through Booking.com. Rooms did not match the description at all. Rooms were dingy, hot, and the mirror was just propped on a table. Not a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was lacklustre.
