Good central location, easy to walk to bars and other places. Family room was large and spacious but a little bit outdated style. Breakfast was basic but ok. Air conditioning was not very easy to control, deco was a bit outdated.

There was not much I liked about this hotel. The location is pretty decent, but that might be it. The breakfast was pretty sparse and you had to ask for coffee, rather than making it yourself. The room size was very large, but most of the space seemed wasted, as it was not usable, just empty. As soon as I walked in I noticed the reception desk had 4 people seated, talking, or on their phones, and there was no acknowledgment I walked in. I walked up to the desk and someone finally said hello. After checking in, I noticed the restaurant was empty. I visited the pool and there were only 2 loungers, both empty. None of the staff ever appeared friendly in my one night there. I checked out a day early, as I was not happy staying there. The bed was not comfortable, and there are two locations where you can turn off, or on, all the lights, tiny buttons that you can barely read which indicate which switch does what. The place appeared deserted while I was there, only saw a couple other guests, but lots of staff. Most seemed to have nothing to do.

The room was especially nice, beautiful design, comfortable furniture, nice bathrooms, adequate drawers and closet, and nice city views. The location was also excellent for shooting, restaurants and walking. The staff was particularly helpful and very nice Everything was just fine.

The staff was really attentive. I had to work weird hours and sleep in the day, but was still able to get housekeeping done. They also returned something that I lost in the room. They went above and beyond to make sure it was handled.

The rooms were huge, location is perfect and the staff is nice. Good breakfast. I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but some of the features in the hotel are a bit dated. Swimming pool is very small, but the rooftop location is nice.
