First off wow this place is so Amazing from the staff to the decor to the layout of the room and best part the food. The rooms are so amazing and for the price you feel like royalty. The minute you walk in they greet you with so many smiles. Great coffee and cookies too. The restaurant is amazing as well. The view from the roof top bar is great as well. None

Modern, clean, and beautifully designed, the Amanor Hotel was a joy to find in Chiang Mai. I felt I was in a large city with its five-star touches, including the rooftop pool and bar. Since we were driving, the on-site parking was a necessary perk. The restaurant menu is extensive and top-notch. I highly recommend the Amanor hotel in Chiang Mai. Loved the modern design of the rooms, but they need to install a few hooks in the bathroom. There is virtually nowhere to hang a towel, robe, or travel bag.

Good location, great restaurants and shopping. The floor we were on was delightfully quiet! Our room was accessed through Jumi, the restaurant. The stairs leading up to Jumi could really use a handrail, as they are quite steep.

Amazing hotel with excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We were traveling with our 6-month-old baby, and everyone went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast is à la carte, and each morning I went alone while my husband stayed in the room with our baby, who was waking up late due to jet lag. The staff kindly allowed me to order breakfast for him as well and take it back to the room. They were also very accommodating in preparing food for our baby, which we truly appreciated. The location is great too—surrounded by restaurants, spas, and shops, making everything very convenient. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also exceptional. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious room(Manor suite 1076ft²), nice private balcony, amazing location, great breakfast! The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Loved our stay!!

Can't think of anything that would bring me back. Some of the staff were very helpful while others weren't. 15 minute walk to Maya Mall. Breakfast. Room lights need a PhD to figure out. Have to go through restaurant to get to elevator.

This is a hidden gem in Chiang Mai. An amazing room with large tub, a view of Wat Dpoi Suthep, awesome rooftop pool and bar, and outstanding location!

The entrance to the hotel rooms go right through a fancy restaurant so it is a bit awkward when returning from a day out shopping and sweating to lug your bags past people eating at their white tableclothed dinners.
