Good location in the center of Nimman, can walk around to famous shopping places and restaurants, cafes which is perfect for tourists. Pricing is excellent. Room is clean and facilities are sufficient and in good condition. And there is dedicated hotel's parking lot! The hotel aged and started to show with minor spots of aging room here and there which is mostly acceptable. The parking area is available but need a bit of luck to be able to park before it is full.

The breakfast is normally very nicely balanced in food options on the hot side. However, this time the hot food was not very nice. Fried eggs overcooked - and the hot food selection very average. Its not luxury - the rooms serve the purpose - nice and simple - clean and friendly staff. Thank you

Nice hotel for the price, with helpful staff. We enjoyed the complimentary refreshing Bael drink and snack in the lobby. The convenience of checking out various eateries, cafes, money changers and massage shops. Spoilt for choices even if you stay for a few nights. Mattresses are rather sunken. We (total 7 rooms) were there when the Earthquake happened on 28Mar25 n departed the next day. Tiles popped, cracked and fell off, cracked lines along many walls. Am concerned if the hotel gets professionals to ensure the structure is ok or get them strengthened and fixed.

Great location, spacious parking, and lots of nice places around - Planes flying to/from CNX are very loud from early morning till 1 am every day - The hotel looks way more rundown comparing to photos - Despite high cleaning standards everywhere, the bathroom kept smelling like sewage throughout our stay

Unfortunately the property is in need of a major upgrade Probably ok for an overnight stay, but it is very tired and run down. Did not receive a very warm welcome from the staff on duty at the time of check in. had booked 5 nights, but stayed one night and moved to another property, did not request a refund, hopefully they will use the extra money to perform some upgrades.
