They charged our card soo many time we go locked out. Each time it was charged it was a different amount. After the first day we told them, nothing happened. Which led our car to being locked by our bank!! It’s very frustrating to say the least.

Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives.

There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly any parking downtown Chattanooga.

Clean, great location, staff was amazing Valet gave my car keys to someone that was not even on reservation nor did they have a valet ticket

There was no parking other than valet, but it's located next to a pay lot. They let me park in the garage anyway since there were so few patrons - I stayed after they had only been open 2 days. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 for the staff as a few people didn't have answers to some basic questions. I did run into the Chief Engineer as well as the Sales Director and both were beyond friendly, professional and interested in nothing but my quality of stay & how to improve the hotel. The gym is nicer than most. The rooftop bar had AMAZING food (I don't drink but most everyone else was and the service, wine & cocktails were top-notch). Room was small but very comfy and convenient. The smart TV had the most wonderful options; I had meditation, yoga and sleep sounds! All top-of-the-line as well (Master Classes, Peloton, HeadSpace etc)... Course, everything I touched or used was brand new so it was luxurious but I will definitely be back and see how well they stretch their legs and settle in!!
