There was no one around at all after 9. The door handle to get into the side door was completely missing and people were propping open the door so it felt unsafe.

Nice stay

I had a very nice, clean and spacious room at a great price. A little noisy from children excited to stay at a hotel and probably wound up from being in a car travelling all day that were staying in a room above me, but that can be expected. The only issue I had was there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Luckily I always bring my own, but definitely should be noted for those who don't travel with their own. All in all I had a great stay and would stay there again in the future.

New hotel, clean and I love the kitchen.

I found my stay pleasant, despite the google reviews. It is an extended stay and families are here, they do not bother ppl. The noise is normal, I mean no public place is entirely quiet. The building and rooms have not smelled like smoke, perhaps those who have complained had a window open near an outdoor smoking area. This did occur and I closed the room window. The staff are pleasant and I enjoyed my stay. Overall the area is nice and the rooms are property are very clean. Staff maintain this hotel very well. I appreciate this when traveling.

Great for pets. Not the fault of the hotel but people do NOT pick up their dog's waste.

The stay was not good

My reservation states check-in time as late as two am for the hotel to turn me away at quarter past mignight after working all day and driving eight hours. I had to find another place to stay. The general manager is very unprofessional and a liar. She told me to my face I would be refunded for her to then tell me I would not in a message on hotels.com. She avoided my calls after customer service had her on the line she switched it to office closed and would not speak with me. She then lied to Hotels.com about me saying I was coming back at three pm and would not approve my refund two days after stating she issued a cancelation and refund. I had to fight on the phone with customer service for over an hour and show the screenshots of her responses to prove she was a liar to be refunded. I did not feel safe there as a man asked me if I wanted to stay in his room with him that I have never met before. This whole experience was disgusting and the customer service is a joke. Do better "General Manager".

Staff was very rude and unavailable at check out. I asked for clean sheets the sheets had hair on them, the top white blanket was dirty. Floor was dirty with long black hair. Bathroom and counter top in kitchen area was clean. It would have been nice to know that it had an induction stove and that you had to pay to rent things. I spent money I wasnt prepared to spend.

This place is located completely away from commercial area. All I could smell was pot smoke to the entrance and pot odor in my bathroom. The room was clean.

There was an overbooking issue due to a concert that was in town, the staff went above and beyond to keep our reservation and never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The hotel was nice, clean and fairly quiet.

HORRIBLE!! We got there at 3:30 for a 3 pm check in. Rooms were not clean when we arrived so they sat our keys to the side and said when we got back they would assign us our room, when we arrived back they gave our room to someone else and now we are waiting for a refund.

Not soundproof. Low-quality bed

We made this reservation through Expedia for to property to check in at 3:45. 20 plus people waiting to check in due to none of the rooms had been cleaned. We told staff we would come back after our concert. Upon returning at 11:30pm the same staff explained to us all the rooms were taken and no rooms were available. This was done to several customers while I was present. This left us 3.5 hours from home at close to midnight with a child with no where to stay. The reservation was pointless. Why make. Reservation if you are not guaranteed a room. After driving all day and concert event all night; I drove my family 3.5 hours back arriving home at 3:30am tired and miserable. Horrible experience
