The Assistant Manager, Ezra, was "Excellent" in delivering guest service! He exceeded my expectations and was very informative in sharing "anecdotes" about the area. He was providing "extra coverage" by filling in 3 nights in a row for an absent overnight auditor; however, it was amazing that he provided such quality while having to shift to cover overnights! The curtains could have provided less light!

Big Con- Bed was super uncomfortable- definitely no upgrades with the beds, mattresses, or pillows. Expect to have a hard bed, and very flat pillows (“feathers” have fallen to one side of the pillow/ pillow lacking any structure ). If you read reviews others will say the same- fix your beds Fairfield!!! I did ask for 2 extra pillows, and was told by the ladies at the front desk that they didn’t have any extra pillows for rooms without pullout couch beds. Breakfast- simple. They did have a few “warm” options like pancakes and sausage. Clearly these are pre-made reheated options. Big breakfast positive was Udi GF muffins!! I can rarely eat at a continental breakfast- so well done on the GF option!! The flavored water (cucumbers, lemon) at the front lobby is a nice touch. The hotel is near the college and IKEA. The Magic Sushi across the road (easy walk) is an excellent dinner option. There are other restaurants (like Chilis and TGI Fridays) in walking distance as well.

Parking can get a bit tight. Excellent breakfast offering. Good beds...having separate TV's was a plus...decent water pressure. Nothing noteworthy

Breakfast had a variety of options including gluten free and turkey sausage for those who do not eat pork. The whole hotel was very clean and the shower was very nice, big and had a little ledge so I could easily put my foot up to shave my legs! Staff was awesome and they allowed for early check in at no extra charge AND check out is at 12pm! They served powdered eggs for breakfast

The whole hotel was very clean and the shower was very nice, big and had a little ledge so I could easily put my foot up to shave my legs! Staff was awesome and they allowed for early check in at no extra charge AND check out is at 12pm! They served powdered eggs for breakfast ? and the bed/pillows were subpar at best. The bed was not super comfy and the pillows were flat. The pool was small.

I liked the location The room would have been wonderful, but it was near construction...although the hotel can't control that....however what they could control was HOW ABSOLUTELY UNBEARABLE UNCOMFORTABLE the bed was. It was a king bed that felt like a slab of concrete. There was no give of any sort. I hope this is not how all the beds in this establishment are....but rm 401 should be replaced immediately.
