We didn't get to do the kickback in the evenings, unfortunately, but I thought that was the coolest thing, never been anywhere where they do that. The breakfast, however, was amazing!! The first night I didn't get any sleep. The neighbors were screaming and hollering all night, but that's not in the hotel at all. I would 100% stay here again!!

The lobby is absolutely beautiful with an elevator that allows you to look out as you’re ascending. Also, the staff are incredibly nice and understanding, they helped me with billing confusions to which I’ll always be grateful for. I wish the bathrooms were a little bit more spacious but they do the job just fine

We had a great experience at Drury Inn Charlotte. The amenities are amazing, especially the complimentary Kickback food and drinks, which were a huge bonus. The pool was a little cloudy, but it smelled clean and was still perfectly usable. Overall, everything was excellent—from the service to the accommodations. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great value. Breakfast and evening meal on all three days was very good. It makes a difference when you don't have to spend $50 a day on meals at local restaurants IN ADDITION TO your hotel stay. There was nothing to dislike. I give this the highest of ratings. I will be back.

I have stayed here once before and enjoyed it the first time we stayed here but this second time was a different experience. Our room smelled horrible, very very musty and there was a constant high pitch noise. It also must’ve been next to a maintenance closet because early in the morning loud bangs and a door slamming shut(many many times) went on for hours. The food was nowhere near as good this time as last time, the staff wasn’t as nice, the pool looked like it had a filmy layer in it, and our room wasn’t very clean. I wouldn’t try staying here again unfortunately.

We always love Drury Inn. Staff was great. Hotel and rooms were clean. The free drinks, supper, and breakfast are always good. We didn’t particularly like the location, but the property was gated.

The hotel is older but very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. I felt safe due to a gated parking lot. The breakfast was a huge variety so each day you could have something different. The evening food was good.

Beautiful hotel decor, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had an accessible king room on the 5th floor. It was very large and had very good accessible features. Nice selection at breakfast and appetizers in the evening. The employees were exceptionally professional and friendly. Cars are parked behind electronic gates.We will be staying at this hotel from now on while visiting Charlotte.

Convenient to venue and they were accommodating with switching our room from a king to 2 double beds. The gate access was awkward. When we went to leave, we had to ring the front desk for departure, and the associate was not very, well, friendly.

There was only one time that housecleaning attempted to come to our room. We could have used more bathroom linens. Our door also did not properly lock and we struggled with it every time we left to make sure our belongings were secured.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Charlotte area. It was very clean….our room and other parts of the hotel. We had lunch and dinner there. The food was amazing. Best part of this hotel though is the amazing and professional staff. Definitely will stay here again!

Rooms were extremely clean. Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Refrigerator didn't work and we had to throw away the baby 's milk. It was a waste of milk ( witch) is expensive and if we hadn't caught that it was bad it could have made her sick. Indoor pool didn't work. Water was cold they were waiting on parts to come to fix it.

Came during a busy time apparently there was a sports tournament going on that weekend. The staff was very accommodating but there were a lot of kids there and pool area was very crowded. Still a comfortable stay and the rooms were quiet.

This might actually be one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at aside from a couple of five stars. But the employees were awesome! The bed was fantastic! They served a light dinner / snacks! If I am ever in an area with another Drury Inn, if they are all like this I will be a customer for life!

Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff extremely friendly, lots of food offerings. Popcorn in the lobby, drinks and food at 5:30pm and breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and stocked. Only two negatives. The pillows are horrible and the gym was lacking. Didn’t use the pool but looked in and it appeared clean and other people were enjoying it. Great location with a TGIF sharing parking lot. Would def stay here again.

This was easily the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Every area—from the lobby to our room—was spotless and well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The secure parking was another huge plus, especially in a large, unfamiliar city. It gave us peace of mind and made us feel very safe throughout our stay. The staff truly stood out! Everyone we encountered from the front desk, housekeeping & the dining staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the beds were perfect for a great night’s sleep. We felt relaxed and well-rested. The food was another highlight. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, with plenty of delicious options. The evening reception with free drinks and popcorn was such a fun bonus and really set this hotel apart you don't often find this included in the price of your hotel stay! Everything about our stay was spot on. We will absolutely stay here every time we’re in Charlotte and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was meh. Stayed there for four nights. Two of the four, the bed was not made. There was food stain on the bathroom light switches which was not cleaned at all during my stay. It would be nice if they wiped down the handles, switches etc. with antibacterial wipes.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay after we saw the Harlem Globetrotters. Very comfortable room and i appreciated the little things like popcorn in the lobby and the afternoon kickback with the drink coupons. Great price and close location off the interstate.

Part of the first floor appears to be updated, all other floors and areas are showing a lot of wear and dirty. Our room on the 3rd floor had dirty carpet, sticky door and headboard and hairs in the shower. Room also had a strong moldy/musty smell. We chose to not stay the night. Staff did apologize and made it right.

The pool didn’t have hours for us to use it. We had planned on getting up early to get some laps in and relax in the hot tub before our long drive home only to find it doesn’t open until 10am and check out is 11am.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We were there three nights to do college tours and go to a Hornets game. The staff was amazing. Every single person was friendly and welcoming and accommodating from beginning to end. The amenities were perfect including the indoor pool and hot tub when it was highs in the 40s to the free hot breakfast AND dinner AND complimentary drinks daily. We will definitely be back when we are in town!

First of all, the hotel smelled great and the room was very clean! The pillows and bed were so much more comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, too! The towels were really nice and it was a great shower with nice smelling products. Included in the room rate was dinner and two bar drinks, a soda machine and popcorn in the lobby and a fantastic breakfast with both waffles and pancakes! The front desk was also very helpful and kind. I joined this hotel chain loyalty program based on this stay, look forward to my next stay in another city.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a nice and convenient location. The hotel building was not as clean as previous Drury stays at other locations with dirty flooring in much of the hotel. Smoke smell was previous in the rear entrance as well as the rear elevator. Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

We had issue wiith our door not closing when leaving room. Lock would automatically pop out so couldn't close door from outside. Had to use key several times. We tried to tell housekeeper but don't know if she understood. She replied she'd tell office. Second day we tried eating breakfast tgdre but food rock hatd. We ended up going to iho

I stayed here because my usual hotel was booked out. I thought it might be an upgrade since this one has a higher price and hotels.com rating. In comparison, the Drury was run down and noisy. So grateful I brought earplugs because I could hear at least two adjacent rooms. There was hardly anywhere I could set anything down that wasn’t on the floor. I had a few hours of work to do in the evening and the desk was annoyingly small and the chair was uncomfortable. No trash bags in the trash can. Teeny bathroom. Breakfast was just okay, but the seating was totally over crowded and other guests were rowdy and sprawled out in their pajamas. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but I probably wouldn’t be back unless everywhere else is taken. The guy at check-in was the most positive aspect. Friendly without being insincere about it.

Breakfast was great, food seemed fresh, made to order pancakes were a plus along with the make your own waffle machines. The combination indoor outdoor pool was really neat, the kids really enjoyed swimming under the glass wall. The hot tub for the parents was also nice.

Friendly staff, the room was small and very clean. The hotel is an atrium style which makes it feel less private. Dinner with two drinks per guest is included until 7. And breakfast was good. Great location and I would stay again.

The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable! The lady that ran the breakfast area did a jam up job!! Staff at desk were friendly and welcoming!

I didn't use the pool, breakfast is ok. Staff is very good. The one issue I have is to many car windows being smashed in the parking lot.

The room was clean and smelled good. Staff member was out picking up trash first thing in the morning. And the breakfast was delicious they had real eggs with sausage. Waffle with real maple syrup

The indoor pool was freezing cold. The weekend pool hours close too early. People have things to do & can’t get back at 10pm to make it to the pool. The cost is too high for the room not to be spotless. The floor was dirty & there were handprints all over the furniture which means it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Do better, housekeeping.

We usually love this hotel chain but the clientele was a bit vulgar this trip. Lots of cursing and not enough food or utensils for the Sunday breakfast. Toilet was overflowing in the public restroom and could not find staff to address it. Saturday to Sunday was not good. The other nights were fine.

We went to Charlotte for a concert near PNC Music Pavillion, this hotel is conveniently nearby. They had a continental breakfast AND dinner AND they gave us vouchers for 2 free drinks from the bar each day of our stay! We got out of the concert so late that everything around was closed. Luckily, the hotel had a little market with frozen dinners and snacks! Drury will definitely be on the top of my list from now on.

It’s been several years since I was at this property. The area has become too busy and overrun by traffic and people.

Was unable to sleep had motorcycles racing back and forth in parking lot at 4:30 AM .

Loved the pool, hot tubs, and the evening reception. Food was good and the free drinks were even better.

the one down side is: I would say that the mattress offers no motion control. So every time somebody turns over, the whole bed shakes/feels like a trampoline. Otherwise the hotel is clean and the service staff is awesome. Great full breakfast, with a staff of four people making sure everything is hot ready to go.... and their indoor pool and gym looks fresh and clean! Feels just a little dated, decor wise... but definitely not run down. If they upgraded their mattresses to more of the memory foam/motion control type---I'd say the stay was perfect!

This was my first visit to Drury and I was very pleased with my stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was hot and ready at the times stated. You can even get a complimentary drink during happy hour! I appreciate the amenities offered! My room was clean and it was quiet though there were plenty of guests.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean, but I could tell by the condition of the shower it was showing some age making it feel less clean.

I feel we need to give this hotel location another try in the near future before never staying again. Breakfast was nice and accommodations were great. Overall we'd recommend this hotel.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Our king suite was very large and we loved our stay. The breakfast was excellent and wait staff were very friendly.

This is definitely our go to now when we travel to Charlotte. Great customer service and the hotel is clean. Stayed here twice now and it has been an absolute pleasure.

The bathroom floor was pretty dirty as if it had not been swept. One of the headboards had a questionable white stain that came off when scrubbed so they didn't scrub it down beforehand. The checkin staff was perfectly wonderful with smiling faces and friendly attitudes.

What I love about the Drury was the amazing breakfast. The happy hour and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. The hotel is a little dated, but it was perfect. It was clean. It was close to everything and I would stay there over and over.

Excellent place to stay if you are attending a show at PNC Pavilion. 5 minute easy drive to the venue

I expected it to just be another hotel stay, but it was immediately different when they gave me two free drink tickets upon arrival. When I came to cash in my tickets at the appropriate time, I was taken back by the "snacks" that were available. Coupled with the elaborate breakfast options, it was a very generous and unexpected addition. Indoor/outdoor pool was very nice. Hot tub was also. Plenty of nice chairs and tables surrounded the pool area. List of towels were on hand. For the price, I feel like they are going above and beyond compared to their competition.

Very clean nice hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice dinner and breakfast options and free drinks. Only issue the housekeeper knocked on the door around 9am seeing if we were out. I was going to breakfast..,, check out is at 11am. We got late checkout for 12pm. At 11am the housekeeper came back, didn’t knock on the door just barged in while my husband was in the bed naked and I was under the covers naked we told her we had late checkout, she stated they didn’t tell her but she still shouldn’t assume and knock on the door before just coming in.

Oh my it was so wonderful ! I do wedding planning and have a lot of experience in overnight weekend stays . My husband and I booked Drury Inn for a quick getaway and we were so impressed . The staff was amazing ! We just come off of a week long vacay in Destin Florida and we were so impressed about everything the Drury offered us in comparison to a week long stay in Florida !!! We will definitely come again and we have already spread the word to stay stay here !! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The bed was very comfy. If you do not like super soft squishy pillows then you may want to bring one from home. The breakfast had several options. There was complimentary dinner and 2 drinks for the night of check in. I am not sure if that was a special or regular thing there. Breakfast offerings were eggs sausage gravy biscuits waffles pancakes yogurt different fruit and bread options.

Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was a real hot meal. We would definitely stay again. The rooms were huge, we had a king room and there was a ton of space

Room was nice, the mini fridge was a little dirty. Toilet didnt always flush well.

Do not order from Toppers.It was highly recommended by staff and I was told do not get food out of the vending machines. The food never came and multiple calls made to find out where it was. I was told repeatedly it was on its way. I asked for a refund and Toppers transferred me to the hotels front desk for a refund which was very odd.

It was clean, quiet and the staff were wonderful! It gave a very comforting/home-like feel that they also offered complimentary dinners! The only hiccup we encountered (which was promptly fixed by the wonderful woman running the front desk) was the fact we had called the previous day to ask of we could check in early due to being in a time crunch. We were told it would not be a problem, however upon arriving at the new confirmed time, we were told there was no note of an early check in. However, as mentioned, the front desk woman was more than willing to try her best and was able to move some things around and got us settled perfectly fine! We appreciated greatly the friendliness of the woman who helped us, as she showed no frustration or annoyance while trying to navigate through our predicament. Another very positive “amenity” of sorts was finding out even the lobby doors become locked after a certain time of night. You must scan your room key or call to the front desk to open the doors and enter even the lobby. A very nice (and new) touch for us! We will absolutely be back!

We booked this hotel for the convenience to UNC-C and they had a hot tub. There was a big pool party going on with lots of children and the hotel manager told me they shut it off because of that. So unfortunately we were unable to use it not because it needed services but because of the guest according to the hotel manager

Very nice room and staff was so nice!

However, my hubby left his ear buds at the hotel. They were expensive Samsung Galaxy pro 3. I called later that day to see if they had them, and they did. I made arrangements with the counter staff over the phone to have them shipped to me. Told them I would pay the shipping. Manager was supposed to call me back to make arrangements according to the front counter staff. Never got a call. I called several times and always the same song and dance. A week after, I do the locate on them, which they had been at the hotel the whole time, they all of a sudden showed up at an apartment complex a bit from the hotel. However, they were locked. You cant reset them for use once the person does this, so whoever has them from the hotel is out of luck. So just be warned theres a thief there.

Stay was amazing. There was a Slingshot gathering with incredibly loud music playing that lasted until about 10pm.

Clean room soft pillows as usual. 3rd stay at a Drury. Friendly staff and efficient. My daughter gets the Choc chip Tate cookies at every stay. Nice touch!

Overall stay was very good. Beds a little hard but that was just my opinion. Rooms aren't made up daily unless you ask. We left a jacket on the bed when we left and it wasn't turned in!

Everything here is always amazing. I stay here anytime I'm in Charlotte. What was not good this time were the children running down the halls all night upstairs. A suggestion would be for their 530 Kickback to post what the menu items will be for that night. The first night we opted out of local dining and participated in the hotel and had hotdogs and taco fixings which did not agree with two of my guests so we decided to dine elsewhere the next evening. We got in around 6:30 and saw what we went out for, Italian so were were a little disappointed. We did however sit in the lounge area for a little while and visit with other guests so it was still nice.

Exactly what I expected with a couple of free beverages and snacks everyday... jacuzzi brought us here and will bring us back. Wish the room cost was about 20% lower fits this location and building better but overall happy

It’s a Drury Inn. Enough said. Pricey but you get what you pay for.

It was great except for the VERY loud kids above us screaming, running the halls and yelling until 2am- think it was some sort of family celebration or birthday party.

The lady that checked me in was super friendly and cheerful. She deserves a reward! The rest of the staff was nice. My room was clean even if it showed a little age.

Very nice place to stay. Large room, lots of plug ins for devices, as we had many! Great pool according to my grandchildren!

The style of the hotel.

We had a great experience: friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, quiet. Lacked recycling and composting. Breakfast included freshly cooked food (pancakes, eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal) and different cereals, juice, etc. but limited options for people with dietary restrictions. Walking distance from a few chain restaurants and short drive from The Shoppes at University Place where we found great dining options, such as Boardwalk Billy’s.

The property was nice enough, but were missing an ironing board, blow dryer, limited toilet paper. It took awhile to receive those items so it slowed us down on getting on the road.

This property was clean and the staff was very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised at the breakfast AND dinner buffets.

Excellent. Comfortable place and clean. The staff couldn't be nicer, full breakfast Buffett, afternoon happy hour with free food and drink. Location is wonderful, near 85, restaurants, shopping, health club, and CAT. I didn't use the pool, but that was smart as well, indoor and outdoor. I never give a 5 rating.

Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location and loved the pool! Definitely recommend this hotel!
