    everything the room had a full kitchen staff was amazing Camille and Samantha did great and the breakfast bar was amazing I will definitely be returning i wish we could've stayed longer but hopefully next time we can I loved the rooms facility and staff and I stayed with 4 kids the only thing I will say they need to fix the second elevator and do better with pool maintenance its supposed to open at 9am but didn't open until almost 11

    Programming when we arrived. That took several trips to the front desk to resolve. One of the elevators was out of service the whole time we were there. The pool was cloudy. The room was nice and had everything needed for a few nights stay. The hotel is located close to restaurants. We were able to walk to Chili’s.

    Rooms are absolutely disgusting. Stained couch, chair and carpet. Smelled like pee. The carpet was sticky. We had two children with us and this was absolutely the nastiest experience we have ever had and we trace a lot.

    The Breakfast Buffet was very good. The rooms were spacious (as was to be expected). We were traveling with a toddler, so it would've been nice to have a bathtub. We didn't want to book an accessible suite and take once away from someone who REALLY needed it, but i recognize that's kind of a niche issue. No fault of the property; I suppose there was a youth sporting event or something happening nearby. The pool area and workout area were absolute pandemonieum when we arrived at 2030. It would've been nice to be able to use them, but that's just life sometimes i guess.

    Clean room, excellent staff, good breakfast. The AC was really loud and made a lot of noise as it turned on and shut off but otherwise a great room. Unfortunately the hotel is in a very busy area and was very noisy. We could hear people yelling outside, cars racing by all night.

    BREAKFAST WAS AS EXPECTED. FACILITY WAS KEPT VERY CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HAVE LIKED FOR THE POOL WATER TO BE CLEANER, HOWEVER THE WATER TEMP WAS GREAT! THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, COMFY BEDS. THIS WAS MY 3RD STAY WITH HOME 2 SUITES & I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE CONSISTENCY THUS FAR WITH THIS CHAIN OF HOTELS. POOL WATER NEEDED TO BE CLEANED...IT WAS CLOUDY.

    The pool was not working, the fridge did not work on the room. The fridge would not get cold, so our leftover fools spoiled. Despite the air, our room was extremely hot. The air would cut off randomly. We received a call from the front desk the day of checkout and asked when were we leaving because the people under us were complaining about the noise. However, I had a child with me. That was very rude and not professional. The only nice person was the lady at breakfast that helped us with ensuring we got what we needed

    It was nice kind of dormitory feel. The bed was comfortable and lots of space. Simple breakfast selections but decent. Cordial staff but became disappointing when we had the issue of the loud noises coming from the next room over. We traveled over 30 hours and were jet lagged. The first nights were great. No complaints. The last night we got lest than an hour of sleep due to the unexpected party next few rooms to us and the staff at first being dismissive. My husband went down to the front desk and complained… finally sent security upstairs which didn’t help so they moved us to a different floor. When we finally re-settled into bed, we were awoken by a couple next to us engaging in domestic violence! My husband called to send security upstairs to intervene and they came. My nerves were shattered and we just waited until a little later to check out. We had a three hour drive to take and had a scary instance of fighting exhaustion but we made it. We were told that we’d be given points but lady checked? I did not see any awarded. Very disappointed and I will reach out to corporate.

    The toilet wouldn’t completely flush, management handed me a plunger to unstop it but after my boyfriend and I tried to unstop the bowl it still wouldn’t completely flush and management accused me of putting too much paper in the bowl, there were no more rooms available, management wasn’t able to discount my stay because I booked through a third party, and management was going to give me 3,000 points for the inconvenience but I have not received it.

    Everything was very nice, and very clean. The only thing that I was very disappointed in is that, this particular home2 did not have streaming services. Every other one that I have stayed at, has Netflix, prime, and things of that nature but this one did not. So that was quite disappointing for a television buff like myself. Other than that everything was nice.

    When we checked in, the first room didn't have ac and then the second room had a very loud ac and then we couldn't enter the third room because the key didn't work. Finally we got into a 4th room. We switched in and out of 4 rooms. This is totally unacceptable. We made a reservation and expected a room to be ready for us. There seems to be a lack of communication between staff about what rooms are available for guests. We were so tired from our trip and didn't expect to be treated like this.

    Being in a hurry, we forgot to pick up our Tempur-Pedic pillow, which was unmistakable compared to the pillows used in the hotel and also was in a pink silk pillow case. Only about 30 minutes after checkout, we called to ask if they might set it aside for us, but our expensive pillow had magically disappeared. There are cameras in the halls and probably in the elevators as well, but the management told me that we must have dropped the pillow on the way out. We know better. I advised the manager that they have a thief working for them and asked that they make this right by replacing the pillow. They refused. Yes, our mistake for forgetting it, but if you cannot trust the staff to have some integrity and to be honest,....??? Someone should have been fired, or at least the hotel should have made this right by replacing our pillow. Instead, the manager praised the housekeeper as a "very honest housekeeper." Again, they have cameras. They could find out who stole our property instead of gaslighting us, telling us that the pillow was not there so we must have dropped it on the way out. We know exactly where it was in the room. We just forgot to grab it on the way out of the door with our bags.

    Check in was confusing, beds very uncomfortable, we stayed for 5 days, no one ever came to empty our trash, replace linens or make the beds. We were told we had to get our own linens from front desk, and they never had enough. Our room keys never worked we had to ask 4 times to get new ones with one only ever working each time.     Horrible experience. The power went out at 12:45 am and we were without power until checkout. Power came on as we were walking out the room to check out by noon. The entire night we were without power. Thus, no A/C, no hot water, unable to keep food in fridge cold, hotel of course was unable to provide breakfast. While we understand things happen it wasn't until we were pulling out that we realized there was a generator next to the building. Total shock as during the power outage there wasn't any emergency lights in the hallway or stairwell. Given the situation we would have appreciated an apology for the experience of the stay. The front desk staff didn't even attempt to acknowledge what happened or show any concern which was appalling. We understand "rain" but the weather conditions didn't warrant power being out for almost 12 hours. Never again would we consider this particular hotel.

    The rooms are spacious and clean. Be aware that, unless you ask, beds are not made and towels are not replaced, and garbage cans are not emptied during your stay - that was our experience. There was a power outage during our stay, following a storm, that lasted from 1:00 am until 11:20 a.m. The included breakfast is very good with many options.

    The rooms were great. The indoor pool was absolutely freezing. It was unbearable and my kids were disappointed. The breakfast was awful. I don’t expect too much from a free hotel breakfast but it was awful. The microwaveable breakfast sandwiches weee still frozen in the middle. The coffee and juice were out the entire time we were eating. The utensils and plates were so cheap it was impossible to cut a waffle. Just leave the perks off and charge less is they are going to be terrible.

    The room was clean except for stains on the couch and the floor. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent and included in the price. We were there for a concert so we didn't have much time at the hotel so can't comment on the pool or the gym.

    Front desk staff were not only pleasant but very knowledgeable. They were able to give great recommendations on activities and dining in the area. Ashlee and Vanessa were awesome. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was typical continental but everybody was fresh and plentiful.

    I was assigned to 3 different rooms, the first one had roaches, second room pubic hair on the bed linens, and the last one had a very strong smell but there was nothing else according to the clerk. Advertised with kitchen no stove, this is a nice hotel but not even with lack of staff it should be this bad, breakfast good.

    Ashlee was wonderful upon check in. We stayed for a concert and she was kind enough to offer suggestions for us. She checked in shortly after we checked in just to make sure our room was suitable. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

    Service and room were top notch! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was pristine and so spacious. The hotel was very busy while we were there for our three nights, and the common areas could have gotten a little TLC, i.e., trash cans, parking lot and front entrance.

    Everything about the stay was easy and comfortable. Only had one issue that i mentioned. It wasn't taken care of like they said they would, but the place was completely booked for multiple events taking place. So i understand. Other than that, perfection 👌

    The property was nice. However, when we arrived we didn't have any power. We had to get dressed and ready in the dark. We had to walk up three flights of stairs to our room. When I requested compensation for the inconvenience, I was told by the manager that they told us the power was out when we arrived. Well, of course you did because you couldn't hide it. I was then told we could have left and stayed somewhere else. We prepaid for our room. So we were expected to lose our money on this booking and then pay for another room somewhere else. After it all, I was compensated with hilton honors points. I didn't pay with points. I should've been compensated how I paid. Customer service is at an all time low. The property was nice one the power came back on though.

    Halls and rooms smelled gross. The headboard smelled like chemicals, and the AC was loud and rattled. China in kitchette was dirty, and a cup had coffee stains in it like it hasn’t been washed.

    The staff was very friendly, the indoor pool was great and the location was near so much which was great. The only thing I will say was that we were there for 3 nights and received no housekeeping. We asked and the staff said they only do it after the 3rd night even though the hotel suite advertising indicated it was every other night. Aside from that it was great.

    The air conditioning unit was so loud it was impossible to sleep well. It sounded like a vehicle was idling next to the bed. Also, the window shade was broken and would not go up or down. The bathroom was clean, but old and dated and could use an update.

    I love that the lock the doors after 11 and you have to use your room key to enter, it’s great for the security of not only the guest but the employees as well!!!! Awesome hotel and we will definitely be back!

    Check-in was quick and easy, Cammie let me know the pool was being filled and would be open the next day and it was! The room was big, open and clean. Each day someone reached out so I had everything I needed, thanks Cammie and Jelah. Will definitely stay again!

    When I checked in the rep gave me a room on the first floor I asked was anything available on other floors and she said no. I walked off and came right back and another lady asked did I need help, I asked how long before a room available on a dofferent floor. This rep found me a room right then. The heater/ac made a loud noise while running and I could feel cold air coming from outside even wen the heat was on. At the bottom of the dishwasher was very dirty, it look like mold. The plug attached to the shelf by the bed didn't work. The pillows smelled like smoke.

    After a certain time the outside door locks, even with someone at the desk they would sit there and watch you stand outside in the cold. Another guest had to open the door for me. Their facility indoor pool is out of services and this wasn’t noted on their website at the time of purchase. Days later after my stay I also saw an increase in charge for the rooms different from the charge locked in with Expedia. & the breakfast was nasty. Not worth the amount of money I paid.

    The noise level during our stay sucked. Party down the hall, party up above us well into the night. Our room had torn pillow cases on, no condioner, no tissues, and no hand or face soap. Good thing we pack those ourselves. Toliet seat was broke, Lamp shades where dirty and broken or missing bulbs all together.

    Cleanliness needs much improvement. Our room smells of smoke on a 100% smoke free floor. Stains on the carpets. Walls needs clean. Beds are hard the air conditioner is loud. Would not stay her again.

    Hotel was fine. Blackout blind was broken and wouldn’t go all the way down. There was mildew in the shower and the toilet handle was cracked but still functioned. A/C was loud. Could use thicker comforters on the bed. We could hear the people above us so the rooms are not very soundproof. Breakfast was average. The staff was very friendly and it was close to UNCC which is why we booked it. We usually stay at the Marriott, but it was full so this wasn’t really comparable.

    My wife and I came for a one night stay. We weren’t able to check in early but it took 30 mins after check in time for us to get checked in. We have 2 toddlers who were getting very tired because it was their nap time. Room was clean. There is no conditioner provided only shampoo and showel gel. My key card did not work when I was outside by the pool area. Luckily, my wife was inside the indoor pool to let me back in. Breakfast was good. Easy check out.

    Cars were broken into the last night we were there (not ours fortunately) and the staff was very nonchalant about it. The blinds in our room were broken; the air conditioning unit was ridiculously loud...and this was in the second room we were placed in. The first room was filthy and smelled like someone had been smoking in it and they tried to cover up the odor AGAIN with more air freshener. VERY disappointed with this stay! As Hilton Diamond members this was a huge disappointment.

    Air conditioner in the bedroom made loud whistle noise all night..we had to turn it off and spend the night in a hot room ..we called down again and we were told nothing could be done..a room change was never offered..both treadmills in fitness rooms had error messages..out of coffee cup holders at breakfast..very disappointing 😩

    This stay has been the best Hotel experience for me! I have been recently traveling quite a bit and this has hands down been the best stay! I plan to stay here again when I come back to Charlotte next month. From the kind, lovely people who checked me in, to the cleanliness of the hotel! Even the area was cute and I felt safe! I honestly can't wait to stay here again!
