I love the hotel but hate that only have one elevator and for the breakfast the potatoes want cooked and need more fruit and juice was watery

Clean rooms. Comfortable ac. Safe. Needed key to access hallway that goes to rooms. No knives at breakfast. The tile floor in bathroom and common area was oddly slippery. Probably a cleaner residue. Room had a odd smell ro ir.

The staff was helpful but was unable to provide a remote that was missing until it was pretty much too late to use it. I have no issue with how the staff handled it other than they appeared to lack any assistance. I asked for accommodation for my disability but was placed in the middle of the long hall and had to walk too far. The company is ableist and I would not recommend it for anyone with challenges. I couldn't open the soap and had to leave without a shower, plus no shampoo or conditioner was provided. The parking was horrible because there were only two handicapped parking spaces and they put the ones for their higher level members closer to the door. Just don't go there unless you're young and healthy.

They should clean the pool. They also should look into getting tap pay for the laundry rooms. Other than that, its a nice place. Breakfast everyday. Housekeeping is nice. No problems.

Loved the room and the staff and water gets hot in the shower more than Luke warm.. the only things was that no towels was in the room but I called and they sent me some to my room

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was great. The only thing that might be a small thing is that the bathroom tile felt slippery, like the soap from when it was mopped last wasn’t fully cleaned up. Other than that, it was perfect.

This is our second stay at sleep inn located in cedar hill Texas. It was not good. We entered inside the hotel and there was an overwhelming smell of sewage. It did not start off well. We enter our room and my wife immediately notices three small cockroaches moving across the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned to my liking and the cockroaches definitely was not a welcome site. We inspected the beds. They were clean Ish next the AC was turned off and the room temperature was about 85. It took several hours to bring the room down to a comfortable level again. Please keep in mind the cockroaches in the beginning of this review, we decided to go ahead and stay because it was prepaid and we had no other choice. We were there for four days total and all four days we had visitors the cockroaches they we’re only seen in the bathroom on the first three nights however, our fortnight I witnessed them myself in the area where the refrigerator is. I also witnessed two in the refrigerator itself and the refrigerator was down to cooling temperatures. I am so very disgusted with what I saw I will never ever ever stay in that hotel again so please be advised what you could be getting yourself into.

Everything else was amazing, big and clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Workout area and breakfast room. Staff was amazing!! The nice lady waited for me to check in after I called a few times, super fast and easy to check out as well

Lobby was super small but looked okay, and when we arrived about 20 other people were checking in, literally. The two gentlemen working the front desk handled it like pros, and got us through quick. So kudos! They also gave us the option for the bottom floor which I loved because of hauling all our softball equipment. Our room smelt super clean, and looked super clean, as well as the halls, shower was super nice as well. Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast. (I didn't eat but my kids did.) So they would have got great reviews from me, if about 30 minutes after being there, my friends daughter killed what she said was a aunt on the wall in our room, she's 7. So I didn't think nothing of it. Really just figured it was a ant. Woke up the next morning, a baby roach was running up the wall, the same area the "ant" was killed in, so obviously there was a roach problem. And that completely ruined what any good review I had to give, because I felt disgusting after that. Room 128.

The hotel very clean. Staff went above and beyond to help us out with more accommodating room due to my daughter and son in law were in a motorcycle accident and were released from hospital before I could arrive to check in. One on crutches and other on walker with broken ankle. Bravo to the staff there. Breakfast was an issue during week with some many out of town workers. The workers would clean everything out in dining area and it didn’t get restocked on Friday. No fruit, bread, coffee was empty, no coffee creamer that my daughter set could have to to allergic to hazelnut, 4 little chocolate Mimi suffices nothing else to choose from, no sausage and very few eggs and potatoes. Left us and out guess complaining to each other. Hotels needs to post edict rules for letting hotel room doors just slam and talking so loud at 2 and 3 am after drinking, can hear conversation several doors down the hall. This has nothing to do with hotel but with people. Would be nice for them to post it on a big poster board by elevator door. Outside of that it was great. I can over look breakfast I’m thankful the staff were so accommodating to our situation. Parking was great for me but I have handicapped plaque. But with so many trucks from workers I can’t speak for everyone else. Easy on and off freeway. I would stay again. Koodo’s to hotel staff.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, friendly staff, very helpful, rooms clean, full breakfast. Our favorite place to stay.

The beds were very comfortable and house keeping came and tidied up while we were out First room the light wasn’t working in the bathroom and they wanted us to wait until morning to get a repair(light bulb) Second room was full of hair in the bathroom so disgusting!!!

The staff was friendly, room was clean, property had great lighting for safety and parking, cameras throughout the property inside and out, and great location.

The stay from check-in to check-out was great. Breakfast was good and the rooms were big.

It was very convinient for me.

Common areas were extremely warm. Luggage carts made tremendous noise because a couple of the wheels were damaged.

Room was not ready on check in. When I went into the room, the floor was still soapy, the carpet still has the previous occupants hair and sox. The Internet wasn't working so no TV.

The channels on the tv didn’t work, I had to go back to the front office twice about my room key wasn’t working & the elevator was out of service my whole stay

The pool wasn’t great. A hot tub would be amazing!

Close to freeway The receptionist lied to me saying she gave me room with tib I requested then gotten smart with me when I called service desk letting her know it wasn’t a tub told me you all was out of rooms non was available my smart watch is missing I had on night stand supposed to been none smoking smell marijunna all in hall way and room

Nice room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was underwhelming and two housekeepers tried to enter our room after check-in. Front desk employee reminded them the room qas occupied.

The location was very good. The room was comfy and clean. The hotel ran out of eggs during the breakfast shift and did not replace them after a customer requested them. The elevator was not operational. The air conditioning for the dining area was not turned on or was not working.

The staff here is great! Elevator was out of order but front desk let us know and gave the option of staying downstairs instead of up. Great little snack kiosk that was not overpriced.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn on Saturday night and we let the front desk know out TV didn’t work, we later realized the power and outlets didn’t work so during our staying we couldn’t watch TV or use the microwave. We informed the staff and they never offered us a new room or compensation.

Location Staff, issues with noise from other people staying and construction/maintenance working on the property. My room flooded supervisor never came for hours I had to reach back out he still never showed up on thanksgiving just told staff to go ahead and change me rooms which them my room was no longer accessible to me because I am handicapped I couldn’t shower properly, we then went for breakfast and was locked out of our room 2hr before checkout. I have called and called leaving several messages supervisor still hasn’t called back.

The staff was excellent! I met the front desk staff from every shift and they were Great! Well I was in room 129 the accessible room... The shower water went from hot to scolding... and nothing close to cool. That made showering almost impossible. So my 5 day stay was challenging. The Continental Breakfast was almost not breakfast.... very limited and incomplete. No eggs... Sausage but no home fries..... Home fries but no sausage.... I was told" we are waiting for the shipment to come in" that was Wednesday today is Monday still hasn't arrived.

These positive reviews are FAKE! The food is gross, the rooms were filthy and the walls were extremely thin. The elevator didn’t work and I was given a cup of cleaning solution to clean the bathroom myself and after doing so I realized that there was no hot water in the shower. Room 228 has been broken into before and you could enter the room with your finger!

I don not recommend to stay in this nasty place. I ask to be change to a different room and they refuse. I ask for my refund and the manager refused.

We got to the hotel and checked in our room and there was blood on the comforter. The young lady at the front desk, reacted quickly and apologetic and got us into another room. When we got in that room the sink had dirt all over it, as if it wasn't cleaned. The young lady apologized again and called the manager to let him know. He acted as if he didn't care about her telling him that the rooms were messed up. He just yelled and told her to get them another room. No apologie or anything. We just into the 3rd room. There was some blood on that comforter. We couldn't believe it. We were so tired, that we just took the comforter off and went to sleep. We were in town for my Uncle's funeral and were too tired to keep dealing with it. I want to thank the front desk clerk for being so kind to us. She was a gem. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel.

I likes that it was right off Hwy 67 with conveviences in Cedar Hill and Dallas. Close to shopping and restaurants. Not like that the pool was small, bo elevator for 2nd floor stat, and people was hanging out that were staying or put out or hanging out in the parking lot.

The company was still reinventing. The phone was not connected, the clock was not working, no trash cans and the tv was not working and and the microwave wasnt plugged up, the toilet sit was loose. They fixed the problems except for the phone. We had to keep walking to the front desk. The room it's self was nice and clean and well kept with the remodel.
