The bedding, furniture and carpet felt damp and sticky We had no choice going elsewhere due to the WC soccer.

The property is dirty, old and raggedy. The first room we had was sticky and dirty. The 2nd room they moved us to was dirty as well. The whole property was extremely humid, very uncomfortable, noisy, and just dirty and gross. The staff however was very nice and helpful. 10 out of 10 for the staff. 0 out of 10 for the rest of the location.

Daily room service was friendly and efficient. M - F breakfast hostess was thorough. Other guests were friendly. I had requested a wheelchair assesable room. It turned out to be on the second floor. When we arrived at 10 pm, we were told the elevator was out. They would give us a full refund.I said we didn't want to look for another hotel at that point. I asked why they didn't call me to give me options earlier in the day. That would have been excellent customer service and endeared me to the hotel.

The hotel is pretty beat up. The room was old, the bathroom was stained, toilet and tub & it had an overall unclean feel. Staff was great! The room definitely seemed to be clean it was just old & had many amenities/areas that just showed so much use it made it all almost impossible to feel clean.

We had a wonderful trip and hope to come back soon! Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and loved the trip! Too bad the heater was busted on the hot tub! But still worth it!!!

The room on 1st look was very clean but it smelled like sweat and mold. I opened up the air conditioner filter and they were very disgusting and there was a box of food left in the fridge from previous stay.

I stayed 2 nights with my family here but I wouldn't be willing to go back to this place because for the price I paid I would expect a quality place like good looking beds and good clean smelling rooms but instead the whole place smells like old and humidity the breakfast it was so poor that I just grab a coffee because they didn't have anything good the staff was ok. I was trying to get a soda from the only vending machine they have and it only accept card so I used 3 different credit card on 2 of my card it changed me 40 dollars and the other one 20 dollars so I spent 100 dollars for a coke and at the end I couldn't get it because the machine never opened so I had to go and talk with the person at Front desk and explain what happened in order to get my money back. Definitely is a bad place to stay.

Many people, including me, are allergic to fragrance (artificial scents from cleaners, air fresheners). This hotel was saturated. My clothes were saturated. I have checked to see who owns this particular hotel, which appears to be a franchise within the Choice. A significant percentage of people have an allergic response to the scent molecules. It ranges from a headache to a migraine to inability to breath. It is a fact that added fragrance to any space is dangerous.

I did not like it. I did not stay. I was not there 5 minutes The room was nasty. Bathroom was dirty. Housekeeping had to come re clean. Which that should have been done before checkin. They were courteous though. Mattress was DIRTY! NASTY! under the mattress cover looked liked somebody bled in it. The side of the mattress had stains!! Why would the side of a mattress have stains??? That’s something that should have been replaced! I asked for a different room…. No other room available… not even an upgrade…. I don’t recall the staff even apologizing for MY INCONVENIENCE….

I liked everything. The room accommodated me and my family very well. It was very nice a big enough for us all to have our own space There was nothing that I didn’t like.

I had to be transferred to 4 different rooms. The 1st(308) door could be opened with a key, the 2nd room (315) a/c would t shut off( it was 60 degrees that night), the 3rd room(310) a/c wouldn’t cut on and finally after settling for the 4th room(302) cause it was 11 pm, I was so tired, I took whatever. Every disappointing experience. Would never go again

Location This is the second time at this hotel location and the smell of marijuana is very strong. The toilet seat was loose almost falling off. The carpet on the entrance of our room was torn.

The room was filthy. Several large, dark red stains on the carpet and the entire room smelled like weed. The mattresses were falling apart at the seams and looked like they were several decades old. The sheets smelled badly and there was hair all over them as if they hadn’t been washed. The bathroom was so dirty I didn’t want to use it. The tub was stained and had major surface damage with cracks and chips. I was afraid I’d cut my feet when standing in it. The towels were stiff and seemed like they hadn’t been washed recently. I should have left, but I was by myself, arrived after midnight and had to leave by 6am the next morning so it wasn’t worth driving around looking for another hotel. I was supposed to stay another night, but I didn’t return. I ended up driving 5 hours home Saturday night/ Sunday morning. I’ve never written a bad review like this and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels. It’s obvious the hotel has updated their lobby and possibly some rooms, because the website photos looked nothing like the room I stayed in. It was the second floor, but I can’t recall the room number since I’m writing this a week later. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. The positive reviews have to be fake.

The cleanliness of the rooms, the upkeep of therooms, and the distance of the handicap accessible rooms from the elevator are deplorable.

The hotel for the most part is quiet and located off of a main road. There were lots of places to eat at. The breakfast was decent enough, just typical hotel breakfast. If you are looking for a clean, no frills room, for a nice price, stay here!

The customer service was amazing. They welcomed us with friendliness. The room location was convenient. It was close to many restaurants and off the highway. The room was clean and they provided a pool with curfew. The staff was friendly about advising of the curfew.

I think the room was clean, but the entire floor were we stayed smelled including our room. Probably the carpet. The hotel is not physically maintained. Lots of touch ups needed. The lobby was cute. The staff were helpful. It was a good price.

The front desk has been amazing. Very friendly and helpful, accommodating my several date changes. The housekeeping staff has been wonderful too. The room was clean and the linens are crisp and fresh. The air conditioning is nice and cold; perfect. Overall a very cozy stay.

Went back to the front desk and was asked if I wanted her to clean it up. Yes ofcourse I did. The young lady came up with paper towels and a plastic bag and cleaned it up. Really we expected more from housekeeping. I personally did not want to touch it to clean it up. But found it too gross to touch a giant roach.

Everything in the room worked as it should and the only repair that is needed is the shower head. It looked like it had been replaced but wasn’t securely mounted. Nevertheless, it wasn’t a problem just an obvious observation. The towels were nice and fluffy, the beds and pillows were clean and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were functional and the pool area clean. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

Abandoned front counter both times I approached. I had to say "hellooooooo" I'm never returning. This is the worst comfort suites I have stayed at.

The service provided was great. I asked for extra blankets due to my two nephews needing last minute lodging and was provided a rollaway bed. I thought that was so hospitable and considerate due to the situation. Everyone that assisted me in any way was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you guys so much!

I found that the rooms look old because of the wear on the tubs around the tub area around the baseboards area it just look old. Also there was a lot of dust like on the lamps and TV area the beds were clean but some areas could be better!!

This property was dirty, had a foul odor, the water did not get warm, and there was a very bright light that was shining in our room. The staff was rude and not helpful. I checked out and got another room without getting my money back because it was that bad!

Paid in advance for 4 days/nights. Otherwise we would have left after night one. Night one, just got into bed and found it was broken. Front desk had to prop up frame using paint cans. Another bed frame was brought in the next day. Broken toilet seat. Requested it be fixed but it never was. Toilet slow to drain when flushed. Had to keep plunger in bathroom. Room smelled musty and was not clean. Requested housekeeping service one morning, 11am, when we knew we would be out all day. Came back after 9pm and nothing was done, no towels, nothing. Front desk had to bring up towels. Lobby, from a distance, looks nice but when spending any time there the furniture is dirty and smells. They did a good job updating the exterior of the property but did not update the rooms or lobby. Jacob, at the front desk, was very polite, helpful and attentive. Jacob should be working in a nicer hotel.

It would appear the property needs a couple of upgrades. The flooring in the elevator worn looks like some type of wood material. The faucet in our King suite for the shower is very loose/ wiggly slightly detached from the wall when I tried to cut off the shower. I was nervous to push down to cut off the shower. I had to use some force, because I needed the bath water. The room size was comfortable as well as the couch. The bed was cozy. The check in agent was courtesy and friendly she explained the transaction process because I offered to pay at check in. Over all a good experience checking in and getting to the room.

One issue I had while staying here was that I saw a couple of roaches in the room, and it took a LONG time for anyone to bring up some bug spray and something to take it out of the room.

Customer service from the front desk was not yhe best either ipon check-in. I had to ring the bell more than once. My friend staying with me ended up with some gi issues from the lemon water in the lobby. Also no shuttle service was a drawback without a rental car.

The room that we booked, we did not get. The pullout bed in our a.k.a. suite had bedbugs, We booked this in advance. There was an event going on in the area when we checked out, we had nowhere to stay. Every hotel was packed. It was a horrible experience.

I called the front desk to ask for extra blankets, the plan was to sleep on top of the covers because the room cleanliness was sketchy. The front desk advised me that they do not give blankets to guests. I was very disappointed, but decided it couldn’t be that bad. As I was cuddling in to go to bed, I saw something move. I turned the light on and there were bed bugs in my bed. Still trying to make the best of a bad situation, I moved to the other bed; more bed bugs. I packed my things and left the hotel at 1am. On the bright side, the overnight front desk lady was really kind and apologetic. The manager also gave me a full refund, and was kind as well, which I appreciate. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was clean. We waited 5-10 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. It was windy and quite a bit of trash and blown into the pool. Overall, it was nice though.

I got in late and had one person a head of me. If the check-in lady could have stopped flirting with him, the check in process would have been a lot faster. The room was ok but had a bright light that shines under the curtains. The hotel needs some work as well.

ITS AN OLDER HOTEL THAT MAY HAVE HAD SOME UPGRADES BUT THE CARPETING WAS DIRTY AND THE HALLS AND ROOMS HAD A BAD ORDER. THE JACUZZI WAS COLD AND BOTH THE POOL AND JACUZZI WERE DIRTY. THE BREAKFAST WAS OK, NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

The staff were really nice. It was very nice and clean. It was very convenient. I had a situation with my toilet and it wasn’t a biggie, they moved me and my family right away. My stay was so lovely that I will stay here again.

Never received my deposit back and it’s been over a month. I stayed in on May 11-12 and is June 19 still no deposit they’re giving me the runaround. I’ll never stay there again.

I booked a room last month. I tried to check in and was told that they are out of rooms. This has never happened to me before and I will never use this site again. This happened to several people checking in and it’s inexcusable. I expect a full refund.

Positive Stay for the Occasion. Traveled for funeral and the funeral home was right next to hotel. Hot breakfast and hot tub made the stay comfortable. Cleaning staff was always ready. Maintenance handle things promptly and front desk folks were very kind and helpful. I was there for 5 days so I for an opportunity to familiarize myself with the staff

Booked and paid for the hotel then came to check in and they said every room was taken but the worst part of it was the clerk was a trainee by herself with no manager or anyone helping her. So unfortunately being tired we drove all the way home. Waiting on a refund sad situation I do not recommend this place!

Front desk employees were all great. Room not so much. Air conditioner did not blow cold air. Walls are super thin. You could hear everything happening in the next room and in the hall. We were put right by an outside door that’s used all hours of the night. It was extremely noisy. No one got any sleep. The beds are NOT true queen sized beds. More like double standard sized beds. They are not comfortable. The room was stuffy and smelled weird. Like it needed to be throughly cleaned. Carpet was nasty. The photos listed are very deceiving.

Convenient location

The tub did not drain in the shower so water was up to my ankles. Also, housekeeping walked in the room on two occassions without approval. One knock and the room door was opened. This happened the first time at around 9:35 a.m. then again 10:15 a.m. however, check out time was 11am so my husband and I were getting dressed. Very inappropriate.

Mr. Ray as well as the rest of the was friendly. Room 201 is needs some serious attention.

Ray at the front desk made me overlook all the negative in this stay. The rooms AC was terrible and barely cooled. The rooms are in need of repair, window was cracked and covered with tape, shower was dirty with mildew. We only stayed 1 night for a basketball tournament so it did the job, but over all felt dirty. One of the beds had crumbs on the sheets so I doubt they were changed!

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn, the service was good and my room was clean. However, the fire alarm did go off for no reason. The receptionist said it was nothing to worry about, yet the fire department still showed up. However, after a few minutes, they did leave. Unsure if this was a rare occurrence, but it seemed like this wasn’t the first time it happened. I would stay here again, but probably not any more than a week.

When I initially walked in the room it seemed fair but as I started looking around I noticed that the window had a huge crack that had been sealed up with some type of glue. As I further inspected the room, I noticed there was cracks huge cracks around the air conditioner, as well as on the ceiling right above my bed. When I went to use the microwave, it was not functional. The staff was excellent. They were attentive, and they listened when I complained about something and they made sure that I got a full refund for the remaining days that I had booked with them.

The manager was super accommodating when we arrived late at night.

It could use some renovations but it's well kept and the staff was extremely helpful.

Our coffee pot in our room was molded, no toilet paper, there wasnt enough breakfast to go around from the start, beds were hard and elevators were hot!

Front desk was rude for check in. My second day my card keys didn’t work. The front desk guy anppeared annoyed as well and told me it was bc my card was in my wallet, or next to a magnet. Which neither one was near. Both different men were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help! Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 7am and it wasn’t. The front desk was always empty.
