The key card locked me out daily. I had to go to the front desk every day and have them fix it. This facility is currently going through a renovation but I canceled my upcoming stay and made reservations elsewhere. A dirty room is unacceptable let alone a bathroom.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is not only near the NFL Hall of Fame but also a Dave and Busters, many nice shops, nice restaurants, and other amusements. Front desk was very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, affordable, and the free breakfast had a decent variety of things.

the entry light did not work, the pillow cases were stained and the bathroom tub was so nasty i stood on a towel to shower. Had It not been midnight I would have left. I only stayed one night and checked out the next morning despite having two nights booked. The room looked nothing like the picture… It was terrible!

The shower walls and tub was filthy. The bed linen had stains. The receptionist was never at the front desk to help customers. We would have to wait a long time before they came out.

Overall ok, in a decent area and mostly average on maintenance and cleanliness aside from the bathroom which was very outdated and stained or like it hadn't been cleaned very well.
