Comfort Inn Hall of Fame

The property is quite outdated and did not feel well-maintained. The bed was old, and both the bed and sheets had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, staff members at the front desk appeared to smoke, and the smell of smoke was noticeable throughout the lobby, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Clean and the bed was comfortable. The biggest down fall was the breakfast. Not like what was shown in the pictures or the "top rated" claim in the description. There was no coffee cart as shown under the lobby spiral staircase. In fact, the coffee was not very good being distributed from a machine by pressing a button. Very small cups are used. The eggs seemed to be of the instant or powdered variety. The pastries offered were wrapped and did not taste very good. Staff was not keeping up with keeping the breakfast utensils supplied. No forks, ate waffle with difficulty using a knife and a spoon.

Easy for a one night stay, staff was pleasant.

This is a simple property, with friendly staff, clean rooms, easy access, and a nice breakfast.

1. Don’t put a sign out that is not correct. 2. Have a phone on your person that will ring when someone calls the hotel like I did 3. Make sure staff can at a minimum communicate in English.
