The elevators, wifi, cable, breakfast, pool and hot tub are all shut off, and the staff is short. The gall to a) not notify us and b) pretend that's normal is astounding. Everything is stained, leaking, and in complete disarray. I cannot stress how potent the smell of weed is, even in our room- blasting through the AC. If you're into that it's fine, but I absolutely could not stay there with my toddlers. Expedia was not very helpful, especially since they could not reach the manager (or any employee for that matter) to try to resolve things. We had to find a new place at our own expense and hope we get a refund.

No WiFi no cable then in the room no towels at all a half roll of tp. A coffee pot no coffee maker a tissue box cover no tissues the top to the ice bucket no actual bucket. This hotel sucks. The pictures on line are lies and would never stay again

Nothing. I It was creepy. No name on hotel. Sign at Check-in says no WiFi, no cable so no tv stations. Up for Sale and was not Listed booking. Lady said to be careful. We didn’t stay. Thank goodness I just was in timeframe to cancel. Felt unsafe

I didn’t have towels, wash rags, or soap and shampoo in bc my room things were broken.

Building was just sold and no cable or elevator. Couple floors were being remodeled so we didn’t stay. It happens.

NOTHING - TERRIBLE to CLOSE the facility and not tell me ! I had a RESERVATION . The facility was CLOSED when I arrived at 5:00 pm. SURPRISE CLOSING ! Refunds were given but it was difficult to find another room at 5:00PM !! Terrible to CLOSE the place and not notify all those with reservations! MANY others were quite annoyed too.

We made a reservation. Paid for the room, but we were turned away when we arrived. They said they had no rooms and could not accommodate.

nothing had to leave EVERYTHING, we could not stay and want a refund ASAP. The place was VERY VERY dirty. The elevator was not working. There was no WIFI, cable or anything else. We were advised to contact the booking website and request a refund.

This is an owner rundown hotel. They have no Wi-Fi they have no elevator. I have a husband with a disability and we were expected to take our luggage up to the third floor on the exit steps. We did not stay there. We had to find another hotel in a very busy area we had we had actually to drive to another town to get into a comfort Inn.

Eventually another employee came out. A man with a scrub brush in one hand a a rum bottle in the other. He said there were no rooms so I left. Other customers were on their phones, trying to get refunds. The lobby and the building were nothing like the photographs on Expedia. Fortunately I had not paid through Expedi for this booking This taught me to never prepay Expedia and to always elect to pay on arrival. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in that cesspool.

There are no employees, hotel operates by tenants. They only accept cash. No amenities didn’t even have clean towels or any shampoo. There are too many things to list. Hotel should not be listed on Expedia. Expedia refused to give me a refund. I’m extremely disappointed, they offered no help or credit to use towards another hotel.

I received no help finding a replacement hotel and received no explanation of how they could t have emailed me that news before I arrived from out of town. I booked the hotel the same day I planned to stay and AFTER I left the hotel was still showing available room online and through the hotels.com app. Very frustrating experience that cost me 4.5 hours of lost time and money. That loss is valued at over 400 dollars

Elevator was broken and remodeling was going on with old carpet and other material in the lobby. The place was very dated and not at all maintained well.

Location Owner sold in April per staff. No WiFi no cable and the elevators didn’t work. Staff was trying to keep rooms clean but struggles.

It was really discombobbled no internet no elevators owner had walked out dust cobweb stuff all in the lobby it was terrible.. did not check in there was no internet but it still looks like they're billing me for it
