The two pool areas were nice and well kept. The location was solid for that area, but overall I can't say I recommend Bali as a destination. The room cleanliness and level of comfort/maintenance was frankly, quite poor. Even the soap dispensers were in poor repair. The bed was rather uncomfortable. I had spent the prior two weeks in Thailand (Phuket) and Cambodia (Siem Reap), so my stays in those areas are my primary basis for comparison. Both of those destinations offered a more authentic experience with similar levels of overall cost and accommodation.

Lovely gardens and minimal street noise thanks to the walls. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff were helpful While perfectly OK the room will need a refresh in the next year or so. Mentioned this to the owner and he said they are planing a refurbishment in the next low season. A small bar fridge would also be a good idea.

Location only - Never again.. Worst shared villa EVER The photos used were taken over 15 yrs ago! The place was nothing like the photos.. The pool was moldy on the bottom my kids refused to use it. Worst 4 days and worst villa I ever went to. I visited Bali 8 times and this is sooooo bad. Never again. No kitchen facilities no tea/ coffee and it’s shared villa so no privacy. My teenagers wanted to tan but couldn’t cause people were entering often. The fridge mouldy couldn’t put food in if cause soo stinky. The lounge area is shared. NO HOT water in room # 2 .. The other room hot water cuts off after 15 min. No hot tub as stated. Breakfast included isn’t worth it. This should be 1 Star place. No basket for floating breakfast doesn’t exist. Staff very nice & laundry sent was returned clean but nothing else. Never again.. sooo smelly

I came here with my family and originally booked just one night — we ended up extending twice! This place is a true hidden gem in lively Canggu. It feels like a little slice of Ubud by the beach, with two beautiful pools, charming villas, and outdoor showers that reminded me of the Maldives. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were celebrating my parents’ anniversary, and they surprised us with a cake and a beautiful setup — such a thoughtful gesture! The restaurant out front is fantastic — I had the best breakfast and a fresh gojava juice I’m still dreaming about. After visiting Bali multiple times, this villa truly stands out. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at The Radian Villa Canggu! The place was clean, modern, and very peaceful. The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything I needed. I loved the private pool and the beautiful design of the villa. It’s also in a great location, close to cafes and beaches. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and stylish stay in Canggu!

The location was excellent. We liked that it was a smaller complex. We loved the pool. The property had a generator and air conditioning. The rooms were fairly spacious. The restaurant next-door was very convenient thank you. We would have preferred a desk and chair in the room.

The first room I was shown to was not what I was expecting. I asked to be moved and was accommodated. I did have to pay for an 'upgrade'. That said, the room I ended up in was very comfortable. The staff, reception and housekeeping, were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and the location was perfect for me. Bathroom could have used a revamp. It was spacious but the lovely big bath was badly stained and didn't look clean so unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable using it. The water from the handheld 'bidet' had a terrible odour. I've stayed in several places in Bali and Lombok over the last few months and have not encountered this anywhere else.

It’s a beautiful property with an amazing location in downtown Canggu. Opposite Penny Lane and 5mins walk from the beach. Audy the Manager and his entire team are the perfect example of excellence in hospitality

Excellent location. Close to beach, right in the thick of restaurants and shops, yet once inside hardly any noise even though we were front room. Staff very friendly. Pool was great for a swim. And the garden around pool well kept and nice plants. Aircon great. Shower great. Planned on two nights and stayed for three. Would stay again! Can’t think of anything

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. On arrival I was unhappy with the standard room I’d booked so approached the desk staff and was immediately provided with an upgrade at a very fair price. My new room was very comfortable. Staff were very attentive to daily cleaning of the room whilst also respecting my privacy. The garden/pool area was beautiful and relaxing … an oasis in the midst of the busyness of Canggu. By the same token, Radian Villa is in the heart of Canggu … step outside the doors and there are a myriad of restaurants, warungs, shops, day spas etc at your convenience. It’s also a very brief stroll to the beach. The bath and shower in the room I was provided with could use an upgrade and it would be great if there were coffee-making facilities and a bar fridge in the room.

The property was nice enough The property seemed understaffed and it was so loud at night (from other clubs/bars/etc) that it was extremely difficult to sleep. This is not the property’s fault but it is something to consider if you are a light sleeper considering staying here.
