Nothing like the photos, mold and water damange everywhere and stains on the beds. No refund even after not staying there.

The staff members are very friendly, very clean and nice location, excellent value for the price. Nice spa inside and outside almost next door to the hotel. The taps were a little old in couple of the rooms (we had 3 rooms) and not all showers were working properly. Also constructions site next door, like almost everywhere in Bali.

The location is very convenient, close to the beach and many restaurants, and the hotel offers bike parking. Cleaning was done daily at a reasonable hour; towels were changed, water was refilled, and overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The staff were very polite and friendly. Check-in was smooth, and they kindly stored our luggage free of charge for a couple of days before check-in while we were away. The hotel looks much better in photos and from the outside than it does in reality. It seems a bit older and not as well maintained as I expected. We stayed in a Double Room with Pool Access, and the humidity level in the room was very high. At times before falling asleep, it was difficult to breathe for me. I haven’t experienced this issue in other accommodations in Canggu. As expected, the room window faces a passage area near the pool, so there is limited privacy when the thick curtains are open. And the lighting in the room is very poor.
