Beautiful nature and statues everywhere
-
As shower is in outside we met snake, lizard, cockroaches etc. but staff helped to remove them .
-
The staff were nice and the design was very cool There was a rat in our room and there was no fridge.

Such a beautiful and peaceful property. The food at the restaurant was excellent. I loved my stay, thank you!

The place is beautiful, very Bali styled hotel, somehow tucked in the middle of a very busy road. The rooms are large, spacious and there are some activities that can be scheduled there like Yoga. It is also quite close to a nice super market so you can buy some stuff with ease. The mosquito "nets" on the beds. They are not really nets but more like thin fabric, which look great but they seem to absorb humidity and their smell is quite strong. having a little sofa or something similar would also be nice for such large rooms, especially for when traveling with the family.

The Rooms are simply amazing, beautifully decorated. Definitely the best in the property. Lobby areas and restaurants requires some revamping. At first when we see the Lobby we believe that the rooms will not reflect the photos. Only bad thing in Rooms is no mini bar and not good sound / overall isolation .. despite the dense vegetation around we could hear the traffic from main road - and too many mosquitos inside the room. There was never a manager on ground to assist. All requests I had to do via Booking. I did not like the location- due to heavy traffic around.

The place itself was really authentic. Big room with a nice outdoor bathroom. The staff was kind. The internet was really slow from our room. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

It has a very authentic feel. There is a pepitos next door, with a bakery that does very affordable meals. They have nice bathrobes No early check in or a change to leave the luggage while the room was ready. The first room I was given was extremely dirty, towels, Pillows and linen was very dirty, the room had a bed upstairs and the aircon would not reach that area, so it was impossibly hot. The room was swarming with flies. The location is not close to any tourist attractions, rather a local industrial area. There was not even a mini fridge in the room. No hot water. The water provided for the room from their water dispecer was hotter than the shower water. It would have been great to have a fridge to at least have some cold water. The pool is in a private property next door. I tried to cancel my booking, I was ready to go somewhere else straight after checking in, I contacted the property with no response.

The beautiful garden was the only thing we liked but couldn’t enjoy it that much because of the mosquitos and the bugs that keeps biting which is normal if you are in that much of nature On a very busy road very laud even at 6.30 am The rooms were very very dirty Even the sheets were torn and the pillows had mold. When we told this to the staff the only thing they said was sorry They didnt give us the room that we paid for our view was their laundry and construction and said the hotel was full and when we insisted suddenly free rooms appeared. Which obviously means they lied. The 2nd room was also bery dirt and dusty dead bugs everywhere. Very disappointed with the place. We couldn’t even use the pool which was very dirty.

Lovely scenery, nice vibe, staff good, breakfast delicious. There was no cold water, the TV didn’t work, no cocktails available, no fridge. Had to ask for ice to keep some drinks cold. Honestly a little pricey for what it actually was, I payed the same in Ubud for a beautiful large room with new amenities.

The staff were lovely and very friendly. They spoke English and it made communication easy. They had a service laundry which made life easier. One night, the electricity cut off and I woke up in a pool of sweat on my bed because the air conditioning stopped. I stored some bananas in my room and I think some bugs partially ate them. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows and sheets are too thick. The air conditioning is a must when sleeping here.

The staff are amazing. We got upgraded which was a beautiful gesture. The breakfast included is delicious The view from our bed was nice Rooms are nice and spacious Pool is nice and big and a good temp The location near the facilities we were wanting (gym and supermarket) The scenery. Trees and plants surrounding the place Some of the stairwells are narrow and steep. Would love to have a fridge in our room to keep our drinks cold TV in the rooms don't work

Exceptional

Great breakfast options, staff were helpful and although the accomodation was located off of a busy road, it felt secluded and had a beautiful tropical landscape surrounding the rooms and rest of the facilities. Although I loved having an outdoor shower, it wasn’t super cleanly, as we had squirrel poo on our basin some mornings and spiders and spider webs all around. The interior of the room was very Indonesian and nice, however the cleanliness was disappointing too as there was a stain on my pillow.

Loved everything about it

Despite being in Canggu, the hotel has an Ubud-style vibe, surrounded by greenery and very beautiful. The rooms have a great atmosphere. Awesome balcony and bed. The exit is inconvenient for those on a motorbike—you have to wait a long time for the huge flow of cars and bikes to pass, and it’s dangerous to leave. I am extremely dissatisfied with the hotel staff. When I asked them to store my medicine in the fridge, they put it in a second fridge that wasn’t working, and only apologized the next day. I stayed for three days. I requested breakfast at a specific time because I had to leave afterward. They replied, ‘Yes, of course,’ but never brought it. I waited for 40 minutes and had to leave without eating—this happened multiple times. When I had food poisoning (possibly from their water) and couldn’t leave the house, I asked them to buy medicine from a nearby pharmacy, offering to pay for both the medicine and their help. They simply said they ‘couldn’t do it,’ even though the pharmacy was close by, and it would have been easy to help, especially for money. On the third day, when I was too sick to check out and extended my stay by booking the hotel again, they caused me enormous stress. They messaged me on WhatsApp and told me in person that the hotel was fully booked and that I had to leave. In my weak state, instead of resting, I had to pack my suitcase. Once I finished packing, they simply deleted their WhatsApp messages and told me my booking did exist—even though I had already sent them my booking number from the start. Maybe I forgot something, but I think this is enough. The place is beautiful, but they need to fix the entrance/exit and replace the staff. Only one girl was competent—she spoke good English and was kind. But when I was sick, it must have been her day off.

The design of property and rooms looks great. The bed was very comfortable. The building I had my room in was build with a thin metal roof. It consists of large mostly hallow rooms - therefore, if it rains heavily it is insanely loud (as standing directly next to a heavy waterfall) - it's numbing and makes it impossible to sleep. In the beginning I thought the animal (rat?) in the walls would be a problem... I didn't hear that anymore once it started raining. As the hotel was fully booked I could not change rooms...I also didn't think it would help. So I left after the first night. There are many steps you have to take around the property which are super slippery, I would not recommend it to you if you're not a 100% mobile. Food was average at best.

Spacious rooms Location was absolutely terrible and dangerous main road. Furniture too old and in bad condition. Too noisy also
