Nice little hotel with a small pool. Near many gyms

It’s close to all the beach clubs and many many restaurants and things to do. Ede from the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were having a great stay. The entire team and bellman were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you to all My room was next to the pool, at 7am daily I can hear kids screaming and yelling and much more noise.

The area is very nice and it gives off a modern Bali vibe. Staffs were helpful and respectful too. Mosquitoes inside the room are annoying and uncontrollable. I got multiple leg bites too i think it’s from the bed (bed bugs/mites)

The property is located in great location. Room lighting is nice + good amenities & accommodating staffs. After staying on this hotel, we got lots of red itchy bites on our arms & legs. We are suspecting bed bugs or insects inside the room. Im 100% sure that it is from the vill coz they appeared overnight. Mosquitoes & flies are present too lol. CR wasn’t super cleaned prior our checkin as well

Bathroom was dirty and it smells. Toilet takes time before you can flush it. Can easily hear neighbors from other rooms so not good for a light sleeper.

It’s a pretty property and they had a water refill station which is always helpful in Bali! Friendly cats ? we got double booked and ended up staying 10 nights - our room was right by the pool which was EXTREMELY loud because of other guests (playing music w a speaker, children etc.), there was also no curtain for the top window so it was bright and difficult to sleep. We asked to change rooms and were told there wasn’t any open even though we could see availability through the website. Had one friendly staff member and the rest were awful (I’m used to really great customer service in Bali so this was surprising!) no hand towels or soap in the bathroom & really tiny rooms even with the deluxe.

We booked and paid for the room, but when we arrived at the hotel they told us that all the rooms were occupied and refused to check in. After which I had to look for another hotel and wait a long time for a refund

Nice room, good bed, good pillows, clean, close to Nirvana Life Construction works right behind my bathroom, very loud.
