Room is clean, staff is friendly and helpful Bathroom has a very bad smell that doesn’t goes away, We found a small lizard behind the A/C and staff couldn’t remove it There is no balcony to dry out clothes and swim wear Also our room was next to a construction site so there is noise in the morning

There were noises through the window at the superior double room. I brought earplugs to help reduce the noise level.

The villa was very good. It is a newly commissioned villa, so everything was new, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly. The villa is quite large, with multiple rooms, beds, and furniture. We stayed there as two families, and the children liked it very much. It was very comfortable, in a nice location, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. If we come to Bali again, we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff can’t do enough for you, pool is amazing as well. Very reasonably priced stay, highly recommended! The only thing I would say I’d change is the towels they give for the pool have seen better days, other than that absolutely great place.

The room was spacious and lovely. Staff were 11/10 for helpfulness and friendliness. Buffet breakfast was always so satisfying especially because I was working out everyday it fueled me well. Rooftop pool and view was a highlight

Really clean hotel, service is brilliant staff are so nice located about 20 minutes from the main town but taxis are easy got or else you can rent scooter from the hotel which is what we did. We would definitely stay here again Couldn’t fault

Food, customer service and facilities worth the value of money. Staff were friendly Could smell the cigarette smell outside our window when outsider would smoke outside but overall good.

First of all the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and clean. We also used the pool area quite a bit and it was relaxing and quiet. The view was great from rooftop pool (especially during sunset)! It was a bit further away from the beach, all the shops and restaurants but we knew this so it was okay.
