The location is great at a walking distance from La Brisa and the beach The staff were really nice and helpful the reception was cute with a nice work space The AC kept making a lot of noise everytime it was on

Great staff and location - easy walk to most things. Great cafe food and coffee - I will be back. Personally not a fan of open shower setup. No big deal though. I will reserve my next room with a balcony too.

It became a bit ran down compared to my previous visits. Towels, bedsheets and pillow covers are really aged. Also often urine smells lingers in the room.

The staff were nice and tried very hard. But they had to work with weird rules like you had to check out a bottle of shampoo from the front desk and we had to pay the morning crew and not the evening crew when we check in. It was pleasant but not exceptional. The property and rooms showed some disrepair and wear, but if you looked past this you could see this place’s former glory. A facelift or deep clean would do wonders. Also the included breakfast was a disaster. Skip it and save yourself the frustration.

The room was tidy enough, everything you need, located right next to the beach, bunch of convenience stores and restaurants around, the lobby was aesthetic, super quiet The room was rather dated. The furniture and items were old. The AC was old and very weak. The TV had streaming services but the TV itself was so old that it couldn't keep up so the lag was unbearable, it takes about 10 minutes to put on something you want to watch, the shower was covered with mineral buildup and some mold and not isolated, no full length mirror in the room to check outfits

+ Nice staff + Clean rooms + Nice pool on the roof - During our 4 day stay, there were 2 super loud parties in a hotel nearby. It was almost impossible to sleep well.

Simple, clean, great breakfast and very very helpful and kind staff! The only downside is, it is a bit far from the main road and there are no lights while walking at night. Grab bikes/cars also can not inside, so you have to walk to the main road for it. Also, beware of the exchange offices in Canggu in general. I was scammed on my first day there, they simply did not give me ~$30 out of $100 but the cutest receptionist came with me when I told them what happened and asked them to give my money back. Go to the exchange offices recommended by the hotel only! Exchange offices scam tourists a lot in Canggu. I have been to Bali multiple times and this is the first time I experienced it! The one that scammed me is the first on your LHS when you get to the main road from the hotel. Receptionist was very very helpful but better avoid than need help, so beware! Nothing at all except the noise on party nights! You can not do anything about it if you are staying in any of the hotels around the beach tho.

Super convenient location, clean and beautifully modern rooms, the staff were really friendly There's a club right outside the window that plays very loud music on Tues and Fri nights. I could still sleep with earplugs
