Despite room changes I couldn’t sleep as all the noise from the street and restaurants around comes in no matter in which room you are located. In addition the WiFi does not work. I would not book it again.

Excellent value for money. Most notable service point - I forgot an item in the room after checking out and when I reached out about it they happily arranged a scooter to bring it to me at the airport. So helpful. Keep up the good work.

Location is perfect. Great combination of features including a very pretty center pool surrounded by a floral tropical garden, easy to enter & use spa, lively onsite street facing café w local vibe. Friendly, accommodating staff. Conveniences across the street. The standard rooms are too low key. I was given a wonderful upgrade to a ground level garden room which was amazing, spacious and relaxing .

The staff were warm and helpful. The location is also convenient, close to the beach and La Brisa Bali. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, while it worked well in reception area but most of the time wasn't working in the room.

The location is great, close to the beach, the staff is kind, the pool area looks nice. There is onsite spa. Unfortunately my room smelled bad (like mold/old furniture) and there were stains on the bedsheets, didn’t feel super clean. The whole room could use renovation.

Breakfast was Good although no Indonesian Options and a Bit Overwhelming having Eggs and Avocado Each Day. Staff were Fantastic and a Credit to the Organization, they could not be more Helpful. Location was Great, plenty around and withing walking distance The Wi-Fi was the WORST I have ever experienced in a Hotel overseas. There was also Construction going on next door from 7.30am each day, including the Sunday. The Hotel did give us Free Massages in compensation.

Very close to the beach and all the Canggu main touristic locations, and the staff is nice. The spa ladies were phenomenal, I've had a bunch of massages in Bali, but nothing as good as what these ladies do! The bathrooms smelled very strongly of naftalin.

I love the location of this hotel and how close it is to everything! 1 min walk from La brisa Beach club, there are 3 mini marts right in front and a pharmacy and a spa. There is also 2 souvenir centers within walking distance and a lot of restaurants around it!

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. Sure, the hotel is a bit dated, but we're not staying in a 5* hotel. The staff is excellent. We had the family room, which was right next to the construction site. We briefly complained about it, and we were immediately upgraded to a suite for free. Thank you for that. The only thing that could be included in breakfast is drinks like juice, etc. The coffee isn't suitable for children. A juice with it costs about half the price of breakfast, which is rather unusual for Bali.

Lots of restaurants near by Extremely dirty. The toilet was extremely dirty. I told the staff about out but they did do anything about it. The shower was bad as well. You could see mold on the wall
