The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Ubud with restaurants/shops/massage right on your doorstep, but being set back from the road it feels like a little oasis! Very easy walking distance to the Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, market streets, and all the best eateries in town. So picturesque overlooking the rice fields, with two wonderful swimming pools, and onsite spa. Rooms were spacious with your own private balcony and bottled water delivered daily. Exceptional value for money!! Not a huge selection at breakfast but the omelettes were delicious. We had a few days with patchy wifi with not much action from reception. Big thanks to Putu the porter, who followed this up immediately and resolved the issue. A neighbouring restaurant has a live band 7 nights a week which is a little loud, but they are all done by around 11pm

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations. There were noticeable gaps between the window and the wall, which allowed insects and reptiles to enter the room. Additionally, there was an insufficient supply of insect spray provided by the hotel. The lighting in the room was also quite dark, which impacted overall comfort.

The location of the property was awesome and the facilities were very good. Pool was nice. At my particular time when I did the resort, the staff didn’t speak hardly any English and weren’t that helpful but it didn’t make any difference to my stay. The hotel was awesome.

The absence of a refrigerator, wardrobe, and dryer caused some inconvenience.

nice pool, clean comfortable rooms with nice balcony overlooking pool. Rooms have mini-fridge. Located near convenience stores for snacks and beer. Located roughly halfway between Sacred Monkey Forest to the south, and Ubud Palace to the north - walkable location. Hotel provided umbrellasgr to use while it was raining. The ceramic tile stairways leading to second story rooms get really slippery (DANGEROUS) when it rains. Wifi sometimes disconnected, but not a major problem. Rooms are dark with minimal lighting.

free water refills, no monkeys, We got sick from either a daiquiri or the food. Feeling it even now, days later. A long walk to our room, but we were by a stream. Had to change our room-- nothing worked in 34 and ants on beds

The location was close to a lot of shopping, restaurants, and sights. The outside bar needs a face lift, redo or something. The bartender was very nice and I enjoyed hanging out with him but the bar it self is out dated.

The staff are very hospitable and the location is very good, closer to the monkey forest. The resort itself is like a calm and oepeaceful village We booked a room with bathtub but the room given to us was without bathtub, but it didnt bother us much.

The first bungalow given to me was nice. Hood design of door and looked very authentic Balinese. I was moved to the farthest bungalow because nobody could fix the air conditioner in my room. It was quite a walk from the entrance and there were stairs going down, hurt my legs.

Very comfortable beds, we loved the swimmingpools to. It's asia, don't compare to europian hotels. The staff was exquisite, we loved them! ?? We would stay here again! We cannot complain. If you travel you should be flexible a bit ??

Quaint glamping style wooden pods; near airport; staff trying to be pleasant; wifi was good The wooden pods were full of cracks in the wood which meant that you could hear literally everything in the next pod and insects came in in abundance; weak water strength in shower; staff speak little English; no kettle in room; tiny swimming pool, TV didn't work

Amazing property, spacious room, amazing grounds and very friendly staff. Location was fantastic and I’d highly recommended for anyone to stay here. I had a room with a view of the rice fields and it was so dreamy! Only thing I’d advise is the breakfast menu wasn’t for me, but there are so many options locally, I just went next door to watercress for breakfast/ brunch and that was fab too!

Warning Warning ?At 7:30 AM, while we ?were at the restaurant for breakfast, someone went into our room and stole $100. There was no camera to show our room.
