Perfect location. Lovely people. Gardens were lush and the pool lovely Room was smaller than what we were expecting, but was sufficient for our needs.

Location and staff and their support and flexibility when I asked to change rooms A bit of noise at night as I was initially in the room nearest the road. Once I mentioned to them I was immediately upgraded to a more quiet room

Great quiet refugee for a stay in Ubud. Although the hotel is very close to the center, it is hidden away from the road so it is relatively calm compared to the busy street outside. What we loved most, is the helpfulness of the staff. Especially Juliana was super friendly, and he helped us arrange multiple trips from the hotel as well as just give general tips about the area, do's and don't's etc The only occasional noise is from live music in nearby cafes, but that always stops at a reasonable time. The breakfast could be improved on. The asian breakfast was great, but the other options were a bit limiting after a few days.

The pool was awesome, the food was awesome, the Breakfast they include was amazing. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Definitely go back. The rooms need a little upgrading. But the bed was comfortable

Peace and quiet, poolside room clean comfy room good AC and electricity options. Friendly relaxed social bibe by the pool chatting with young Aussies and a Hungarian. All this just half a block from the main tourist street and walkable to Palace and Monkey forest. Coffee all day and poolside drinks. The mini-mart was only 2 minutes away for beers.

On the main monkey forest street, yet very calm inside. Walking distance from attractions such as the Ubud Palace, Saraswati Temple, Ubud market, Monkey Forest, good restaurants, etc. Very friendly staff, they help with arranging tours to different places around Ubud at reasonable rates. Rooms and overall decor is Balinese. There's a bathtub in the bathroom, and a separate glasstop shower area which was a different experience. Vegan options for breakfast. Everything else was awesome.

This property was good value for price but an older style accommodation with quite basic rooms. The location was great, as was the outside breakfast area and gardens. Staff were very friendly and helpful for all requests. The bed was quite small for two people to sleep comfortably, the shower was very old fashioned with bathtub and shower curtain. Pretty door to the room but a bit awkward to lock or unlock.

The property was so central to the main part of Ubud, everything was on our doorstep. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was kitted out with a safe, robes and a lovely terrace with traditional wood carving doors. The pool was a lovely relaxing space to be in. I cannot fault this place and the staff were fantastic. It is also such good value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Nothing!

Location, pool, suroundings. A bit of noise comes from the street from music playing in bars nearby but it didnt bother us. Also be aware of the monkeys who come inside the garden, on the roof and the balconies. Not sure if its a positive or a negative for some :D we found it exciting Room was very dark, not as in pictures, a bit outdated.

Location, garden, pool and quite comfortable bed. Juliana at the front desk was very helpful. Not enough room and lounges to cater for all the guests around the pool.

Nice serene setting in Ubud. Pond with fish and turtles was very dirty
