Great place would recommend

Every single person working there is SO friendly, warm and welcoming, wow! I felt immediately at home. It's tempting to just stay at Puri, because they have everything you need: a pool, a beautiful garden, a restaurant and even a coworking upstairs (PUCO rooftop). Also, it's so quiet. I was a bit afraid there would be a lot of talking at night, but everyone is so respectful. Daily cleaning is also included. Every now and then the wifi isn't the best in the room, but I had a simcard, which helped!

Cleanliness was below average, rooms were not cleaned well.

The staff and the atmosphere in general, it is an area for digital nomads and many guests are long-stay guests so you will be able to meet very nice people. Balinese friendliness and kindness at its best. Upstairs there's a restaurant and a co-working (additional charge), great food and good prices and offers for both. I was there as a couple with a baby and they couldn't have treated us better. It's not near the beach (10 min by bike) but so close to the main street and is far from the noise and businesses of the center of Canggu which I liked. There's a lot of good restaurants and gyms nearby. The cleaning and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, could be improved. The taps were white and dull, and looked very old, even though they weren't. Being a tropical area and having aircon, there can be a bit of humidity and a musty smell.

My toilet was faulty the whole time.

The pool area was nice, quite a peaceful place, great location, good value, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Didn't have a record of my booking on arrival, had to move rooms after 1 day because mine wasn't ready, only some rooms have smart TVs, original room I was in was overlooked by entrance and reception, not ideal for privacy.

I loved my stay at Puri Canggu Rooms II! The property was impeccably clean and serene, boasting a fantastic rooftop restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Nothing. I love everything about the property.

the outdoor area, pool and rooftop coworking space! this is perfect Guesthouse for solo traveller and need to work remotely. since the property is not that new, probably its time for some refurbishment. The bed and the pillow could be better

Don't know if it was the lack of ventilation, but every day I woke up exhausted there. Breakfast was so minimal, it was sad. Cheap components and no Indonesian dishes.

really poor cleaning and room downstairs was stinky and full of mold on the wall. I tried asking for another room and the only other room they had left has a worst smell than the first one. staff totally indifferent and cold and just saying that if they put spray to kill mosquitos in the room the smell would be bad as the room I didn’t like. there were lots of mosquitos and little spider and bugs inside the room. if they know that they should just use better products and not one that stinks and pretend that’s just what it is and not care about it. totally different experience from any other Bali see customer service I always had. too bad as it could actually be a great place!
