The only issue was that my room was on the top floor(my choice), and there’s a club next to the hotel that hosts a big party on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you’re a light sleeper, it could be a problem, but it didn’t bother me. Just be aware that there’s a club on Tuesdays and Fridays, and they stop around 2:00.--not a problem just something to be aware of, they also make you aware.

The staff were the most friendly and accommodating i’ve ever experienced. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Also very clean!!

We LOVE this hotel.... we will continue to stay here over and over... Only down side is the club but it isnt too much of an issue given all the other positives.

Hotel is very beautiful few meters away from a beach and night life around it is impeccable. Very flexible while checking and checking out . Amazing experience ??

Great location Room was not ready even though I received confirmation it was ready. A/C never got to desired temperature. Elevator was constantly broken which caused me to have to walk up and down up to the 6th floor

There is a nightclub next door to the hotel who have loud music two nights per week. We were kindly informed by staff of this upon our arrival. As a young couple this music didn't actually phase us, and we were provided with disposable ear plugs which helped to drown out the noise.

The room itself was spacious and generally clean. However, the pillows were a big issue-they had a strong unpleasant smell. Even after changing the pillowcases and bedsheets, the smell was still there, which made me realize it was coming from the pillows themselves. The staff kindly offered to replace them, but unfortunately, the new pillows had the same issue. Overall, while the service was great, there are some areas that definitely need improvement. Another downside was the noise. You can clearly hear traffic from the road, and it gets worse during parties held every Tuesday and Friday, which made it hard to rest.

One of my friends was celebrating a birthday, and even though it was a last-minute request made the day before, you kindly accommodated us. We truly appreciate that you prepared a message card and a cake for the occasion. If we have the opportunity to visit Bali again, we would definitely love to stay at your hotel again. Overall, I had a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the location was very convenient. Everything was generally comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast felt a bit rushed. We arrived late and were told it was okay to eat by a girl staff, but it didn’t feel relaxed. However, one male staff member was very kind and helpful, offering more food and water, which I really appreciated. I wished if I know his name but seriously thanks bro ??. My room was on the top floor, and there is a nearby nightclub, so the noise was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. However, I really appreciated that the hotel contacted me immediately after booking to inform me about this in advance that honesty was great, I’m not complaining I am actually thankful for The Noise Notice (Appreciated Transparency of The Hotel).

The bed was very comfortable, the housekeeping staff very respectful of belongings and cleaned room nicely. Reception staff and restaurant staff also very welcoming. It’s in a good location and close to everything. The equipment in the gym is well maintained and regularly cleaned. The breakfast is good, you can order pancakes/waffles with toppings and eggs how you like them along with a buffet. Although they pre-warn you about the party on Friday and Tuesday nights dont underestimate how loud it is. It will keep you up to 2/3am! However they do provide you free tickets and the party is at a really cool place. The pool area needs some care, lots of tiles are loose in the pool and decking very worn. Breakfast is almost the same everyday, the coffee is not great.

Excellent location, staff, and cleanliness, pool lounge area, gym. The staff was especially great- always detail-oriented, always maintaining cleanliness in rooms, hallways, pool and gym area, grass area, etc.-very good maintenance Breakfast buffet and staff were excellent, but restaurant food outside of the buffet was just ok. Cafe pastries could be better quality, although the coffee was excellent.

Location is superb! Lots of eateries, marts, cafe, pubs, bars everything you name it you have it. All within walking distance. Room is comfy and we had pleasant sleep. They only provide one key card, that’s so old school.

Great location with access to beach and close by restaurants!! Clean room and facilities! The fact that washing sink is inside the room and not washroom was a bit annoying!

Noisy environment at night. Loud music were playing from neighbouring venue
