Breakfast with a view was amazing. RIght on the beach. Pool area was lovely. Staff were so so friendly. The only thing I can think of was that I thought the breakfast menu was slightly limited and the shower water got out into main bathroom area

Its very far from the city almost nothing next to it they have one bad restaurant that I couldn’t enjoy the food at they’re staff will smile and tell you sorry we can’t or we don’t have with big ugly smile at anything simple I requested Very boor services

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful I have only limited mobility and this hotel has not provided any disabled access which made life difficult

I liked the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the beach, and the overall calm atmosphere despite the crowd. The team was very cooperative and helpful. The price was very high for what was offered. The window in the room was extremely small, and the suite didn’t have a proper window facing the room. I personally enjoy having the bed near a large window with natural light, and this was missing . Also, the beach was beautiful but only suitable for surfing, not for swimming

Wow - it is such a beautiful place - would stay there everytime, staff were so nice! Lagoon pool was so nice, quiet & refreshing! Amazing sunsets. My Room was stunning! Breakfast was great & also had lunch at the Beach Club - really yum. Special mention to Tina at breakfast & Bayu by the pool// beach club.

The surrounds, design, interiors are all beautiful. The Lobby smells great. The rooms have very comfortable beds. The food is so delicious. We requested a late checkout as our flight wasn’t till late and luckily it was available. The room we stayed in had some wear and tear - but nothing to disrupt the pleasant stay. The Como would be even better if it wasn’t in Canggu! There was a smell that would waft into the beach club area, which I think was either the creek or the garden ( usual bali smells that are not very easy to manage or avoid)

The location is very nice. Loads op food options close by. We were upgraded to a larger room. The basic twin rooms are too small and have no real window. As we were travelling as friends we wanted two beds. The basic twin rooms do not give you value for money. Luckily we were upgraded. Nothing
