Days Inn by Wyndham Burleson Ft. Worth

I usually read reviews and if it says bedbugs I leave I didn’t even get a chance to even get bitten by none. There are different kinds of insects right on the floor. The sofa chair looks like it’s been chewed on by a dozen pack wolves and the door in the bathroom, somebody had wiped two boogers on the door. This is in room 118 the roof about the cave in. I didn’t even unpack grab my belongings with my family and left. This was me trying to be cheap never again learned lesson.

Disappointing

There’s no way I was eating anything from there and the location was ok. The front desk person wasn’t the nicest and the flooring was broke up and not level in the least. Pretty much everything from check in, to not having any cameras in the parking lot, plus the whole place needs renovating.

This place was nasty dirty. Bed sheets were disgusting. I would it recommend this place to anyone.

The beds were comfortable, and the AC n fridge worked. Wifi worked most of the time. Where do I start... We toured 3 different rooms, and all were disgusting. One room had a full bathtub of dirty water!!!! There is severe mold in the bathrooms, hair all over, and rooms were NOT cleaned. All bedding was stained, holy, and dirty. After discussing with housekeeping and manager, we got attitude and were given "clean" bedding. We had to give them back said bedding multiple times until we got some bedding that was semi clean/not stained, and floors were not cleaned. The rooms were all musty and mildew, smelling, not to mention the smoke detector wasn't even used! It was covered in a plastic bag!!!! No, the room wasn't freshly painted.

Dead roaches in the room, key did not work and getting to the night window in the dark caused me to fall when planter blocked the walking path and markings from walkway to driveway were non-existent. Dangerous, saw some scraps of warning tape that were there before but not on my visit.

Was honestly very surprised with how nice this place was! Even has a beautifully fenced in area surrounded by the hotel with a pool (another fence) so its safe for kids & dogs to play! Highly recommend!!

Large Beatles in my room. One bed had filthy bedding. After I showered the floor was so dirty, my feet were brown with dirt. Back door poorly repaired; looked like someone had kicked it in. Bathroom had mold on baseboards. I have photos of all this and will not stay at Days Inn again.

Large clean rooms, but I reserved a single king bed and got a double queen

The room didn’t look like the pictures online . The breakfast was ridiculous but thankful for the food and they didn’t have toothpaste or toothbrushes, that was different for me.

Good location, nice walking trail avaliable, left hangars behind, none in unit, none provided. Large room, found 2 dead roaches under bed platform and large live one in bathroom, stepped in the dark.

The. building was in need of repairs, repainted. Having the name "by Wyndam" I expected a better care of the building & grounds.

Did NOT STAY A SECOND NIGHT. One night was bad enough. Moved in to next destination. Forgot to take pictures of bugs and dirt of place.

The lady working day shift was friendly and helpful. The night shift male worker didn't acknowledge us. The room was clean and the cleaning crew were very friendly.

1st room needed cleaning. Blow dryer dusty. Bugs on the floor. Some one knocked in the middle of the night. 2nd room had mold in restroom or dirty. Decided to go to Oklahoma instead of one more night. Night staff didn't know the breakfast hours too.

The room overall looked neglected and did not appear to have been cleaned between guests. To make matters worse, we saw cockroaches in the room, including a dead one in the bathtub. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. We contacted the front desk to request fresh linens due to the dirty bedding. We were told we would have to wait about an hour, which was already inconvenient. Shortly after, the staff member hung up on us, and no one ever came to replace the linens. There was no follow-up or attempt to resolve the issue. This experience was very disappointing and far below basic hotel standards. Cleanliness and customer service were both severely lacking. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee in the room was excellent. I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work even it had internet. No instruction to work it. Even though the air was on it was hot in the room.

All of it was bad the room didn’t have TV so I called the front she said there was nothing that could be done so I hung up said I’ll give her some time to figure it out called back changed rooms then no ashtray in new room called said there was nothing she could do for me it was just a terrible experience.

Waited almost 25 minutes to get checked in because nobody was in the lobby. The room was stinky smell like cigarettes and housekeeping. Tried to come in both doors at 10:00 a.m. when check-in was at 11:00 without knocking just opening the doors.

I have recently sprained my ankle, and the gentleman's on duty at the desk was able to arrange a ground floor room for me. To say that I’m grateful is an understatement.

I didn't like the customer service they're rude and disrespectful, it was no breakfast but says they have it any time I would go all of a sudden they just stop serving an hr ago, the rooms were dirty with bugs almost everywhere, the shower faucet was leaking the whole time no clean towels, red liquid stains on the beds box spring door bar was loose and could tell someone broke in they just used screws to try to cover it up I would never recommend this place now I don't think I would go to any days inn locations in the future

Upon arrival I knew I wasn’t staying there. It’s old, however the gentleman behind the counter told me the rooms have been renovated. I felt unsafe and asked for a cancellation, but it was not granted. I left and went to another hotel.

The only thing I like about the property is that the room doors opened directly to outside. The night check in lady was very rude & not friendly at all. We had to rent to rooms for our family size and in both rooms the internet was not working on the tvs. So we were unable to watch tv as we went to bed. We asked the lady if she could reset the WiFi box in the office and she said she was not able to help us, it just is what it is. The air conditioning in our room would not cool down past 75 and we were hot all night. My daughter woke the next morning with a roach crawling on her in the bed. We will never stay here again!

We have stayed many times here. The price is always good This was pretty bad…. The room was dirty. The front desk would not answer the phone. My husband had to go to the desk.The AC was leaking water on the floor, they just put towels on the floor. The floors were dirty, I don’t think they mop in a very long time. The bathroom had mold ….

And when the guy brought us new keys, he tried to barge in while my daughter was literally naked but we had the privacy thing engage so he couldn’t open the door all the way. He tried to barge in again the next day to ask if we wanted to stay another night!! Where’s the privacy?! Also, my kids and swam in the pool and they tracked water thru the room, wiped it up with towels and the floors were DISGUSTING! My kids feet got gross within 10 mins of being barefoot! AND TO TOP IT OFF, there was a joint on the top of the bathroom door frame even tho it was supposed to be non smoking! I have pictures of this and I’m not happy and not coming back. Only good thing about this place was the pool. Highly upset.

Issues with pool time pool hours posted in room state it is open till 9pm went to swim at 7:45pm and the pool was locked went and asked and the guy said hours have changed it closes at 8pm not 9 and its 7:45 so thats close enough but it was not posted anywhere that it closes at 8 just very unprofessional.

I left a great review on last visit..this time my room was not very clean, floor was dirty, covers stained on both beds..had 2 towels.. there were 4 of us and 4 were included in reservation...requested more towels, they said they didn't have any. The breakfast was laughable. There were literally 6 pre-packed danishes. 10 small packaged muffins. A handful of granola bars and 2 types of cereal. I saw a toaster but no bread or bagels

Pool was perfect for our toddler! Just wish was opened longer. Gentleman at front desk was straight to the point and dedicated. Weird neighbors walking from three different rooms, smoking weed and talking at 7:30am.

The clerk at PM Check in said they had breakfast till 9:30 everyday. On Friday it was open till 9:45. But on Saturday it was closed by 9:00 am. When I arrived at 9:10 am on Saturday the clerk said it was till 9 am. But he was kind enough to get me a banana and a Danish for me. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

It was a nice stay, but the last time I stayed at this hotel, the bathroom walls were in a much better condition than this room. Even though it has a sign saying "totally renovated", seems like they hadn't gotten to the room I was in. The breakfast options were ok. Adding an unsweetened protein option would make it better.

The room was very clean and much bigger than we expected. It had a front and back door. The pool was clean but not open for some reason. The only complaint I have is that the hotel cancelled my reservation at 9:30 (I had called to let them know it would be late) and then tried to give me the room for 102 when it was reserved for $64/nite. So I came onto hotels and booked it and got it at the original $64/nite.

I ordered a non-smoking King-sized bed room and was given 2 queens instead. The room was clean and well stocked. The continental breakfast was good and the staff that I met was friendly. The restaurant in front on the hotel was exceptional and convenient.

The bed was nasty the sheets and comforter was very nasty. I had to go your local Walmart to purchase a bed in a bag. I would not recommend any one too stay here they do not change their Lenen out properly very uncomfortable stay

I also noticed a "sink" or dip in the middle of the bed but again I didn't have time to address it. When I returned I decided to make the best of it and tried to lay down, I immediately rolled to the middle! The sink was so big that I couldn't even sleep close to the edge of the bed where I like to sleep because I have bladder issues and it's easier access to the restroom. Instead I had to climb up and out of the bed all night. It was such a pain! This morning, everything I brought with me smelled like smoke! For a non-smoker it was awful! Even if I mistakenly booked a smoking room (which I don't think I did), the property could have done more to air out those rooms in-between guests. I can't believe even a smoker would want to stay in a room that smelled that bad! I brought the `sink' in the bed to the Manager's attention when I checked out and he just non-chalantly said, he'd look into it. But, honestly, I think he already knew and gave me the room on purpose because I'm black!

Even if I mistakenly booked a smoking room (which I don't think I did), the property could have done more to air out those rooms in-between guests. I can't believe even a smoker would want to stay in a room that smelled that bad! I brought the `sink' in the bed to the Manager's attention when I checked out and he just non-chalantly said, he'd look into it. But, honestly, I think he already knew and gave me the room on purpose because I'm black!

The staff was pleasant the room was big and had beach vibes. The pool was crystal clear. Property well maintained and quiet. . Will definitely stay here in the future.

The cold food I brought ultimately had to be thrown away. We let the front desk know and they said they would switch the fridge out but never did.

The customer service is trash. I had a room where the TV/cable service didn’t work. I notified the front desk and they said someone was working on it but it was already 7-8 o’clock in the evening. As the night went on I asked several other guest and they said they had no problem with the TV, a couple of them I saw the TV working for myself. I asked the front desk to change rooms and they said told me theycouldn’t do anything about it until the morning when the manager came in. So I went the whole night in complete silence besides hearing cars zoom by on the highway and people walking by the room. I went to talk to the manager and he act like he wasn’t the manager to avoid having to deal with me. Real p**sy, to say the least. I asked for a refund but it was nothing they can do. They property is decent though, very clean and spacious. But they people at the front desk bring the property down. I wouldn’t give them my business if I had to make that decision again. I recommend you spend your money else where.

Very nice to stay

The breakfast that they serve is very minimal and not kept stocked very well, even with an hour left of breakfast. Overall, our stay was fine. The breakfast and light were really the only things that didn't meet my expectations.

Kind of scary but quiet

He was kind and gave us choices because of my husband health. Late arriving people (2am) didn't think that others may be sleeping and watched TV until about 4am. Just loud enough to disturb a sleep pattern. The renovation is very nice but additional insulation could truly help.

I always enjoy my stay at Days Inn. A GREAT facility and AMAZING staff. I look forward to my next stay there.

There were roaches and ants in tje hotel room. The doors dont connect making it very difficult to lock your door.

Upon arriving four guests were outside by the locked pool smoking dope. Room smelled like the day old wet mildewy socks and feet. Customer service was not professional. Asked for a different room due to the door lock shutting properly. Actually left this hotel and stayed at a different hotel due to the complete nasty dirty feeling upon arriving at this location. Should be ZERO stars. HORRIBLE

There where two doors to get in and out this room it was so loud outside the door. We gotin late so our card was given to us through a window i actually wanted a refund but they dont give them.

As soon as we were checking in we noticed a displeasurable odor around the lobby and pool. We got checked into a smoking room, which i tried to change. Receptionist wasn't particular unfriendly, but would not chamge our room to a non-smoking room. Smell of tobaco was so bad in the room we ended up checking out and going to another hotel.

This hotel has been he potential. They have remodeled it. If you just need a place to sleep for the price it’s good. The pool is ok too.

The cover on the bed was very dirty looked used and when they made up the bed on my second day of stay they seen the dirtiness on the cover and sheets and just made the bed with the same covers!

So I packed my bags and left.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Days Inn. The hotel manager was very helpful and switched my room to nonsmoking even though I was willing to accept my mistake when I booked my stay. It almost felt as if I had moved into an apartment complex with an exceptionally cool property manager.

Parking was not the best as it was not enough lighting. The room was overall clean but the sheets had blood stains. Yes they were washed but stain remover was not used. Bathroom was not wiped down well as hair was on the walls of the shower.

Needs better air conditioning, rooms consistently hot. Needs Better breakfast bar.

Ac did not work in room

Shower rod n steel brick fell in on us during shower. Coke machine ate our money. Owner charged us 50 cents to get 4 quarters for laundry area. Pool and hot tub were VERY dirty

room was updated, but the towels very thin. motel has seen better days.

Property was very clean but at 9:30 pm we had to stand outside and check in through a tiny luttle window that nothing could be heard through.

Better than expected. The room was mostly clean except for dust and the towels had hair on them and felt dirty, luckily we brought our own. It could use a new ceiling as there was obvious water damage.

It was clean and that was our main requirement but not much for amenities like breakfast, or a working drink machine, pool was locked and had to ask for it to be unlocked. Overall not impressed

The room was very clean. We basically only slept there. The room was very large and spacious. The only thing was on the second day of my trip, my key card didn't work and I had to have it reprogram.

Room was nice, no continental breakfast as promised, area around hotel needs some upkeep.

The room was as expected, though a little sticky likely from cleaner build up. Bedding was fresh and clean and pleasant stay overall. Only disappointment was the "full breakfast" which was granola bars, oatmeal packets and cold cereal. I expected hot food and more protein. Other than that I liked that I could check in late and have no other complaints.

HVAC loud, blinds blocked no light at night. Parking terrible. Beds uncomfortable. Loud noisy. We left and went to Best Western of all places and it was 110% better.

We arrived late and the girl working the desk told me I didn't have a reservation, I had to show her my confirmation. She finally found it. The website said there was breakfast, when we went down for breakfast there was none. Definitely not as described online, i wouldn't stay here again.

I lived in the Fort Worth area for 10 years, and a lot of hotels around the same prices aren't in super safe locations. Burleson is a great option to have. The staff were friendly and efficient, they were great! Room was clean, I saw a couple of complaints on here about that, but the sheets WERE clean, they're just on the older side, and they were comfy. The only thing that might be negative for some people is that is right off a busy interstate, so you can hear it. That kind of noise doesn't bother me, so i saw it as a positive to easily get to and from the hotel. If noise does bother you though, you might want to keep that in mind. Overall great stay for me!

Pictures were deceiving, hotel needs some major reno and out dated. Towels has mold residue and they smell. Water pressure was horrible for shower. Won’t be staying here again
