    Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.

    I cannot recommend this hotel! There are no mattress covers, housekeeping never came to our room, so we had to chase folks down for towels. I called before I booked to ensure the pool/hot tub was functioning, as the hot tub was the reason I chose this hotel, I was assured they were "good to go" the day before...NOPE! The hot tub was broken! The elevator was also broken. I had to get new keys for our room 6, YES! 6 times, as they stopped working constantly. I was told that this was a common issue. We found a huge roach in our room. We were informed it was a water roach. I found 1 in the swimming pool area that lay dead on the floor the entire stay, it was never cleaned up! No apology, nothing, just ya, our pest man says we just have to deal with them!" Everywhere you looked, there were scuffs, ripped carpet, and just an overall poor-looking hotel. The staff did not smile, hardly speak, or offer any understanding regarding the hot tub, the bugs, our keys... nothing. We have stayed at numerous Comfort Inns, but this stay will make us second-guess our next stay..

    I would not recommend this hotel. The room was old and dingy. Had a running toilet and leaking shower even though I selected a more expensive room, I was given a cheaper room. The room connected to another room and the other guest tried to enter our room in the middle of the night, they also seemed to be having an all night party. Walls are thin we could hear not only the loud TV but also all the yelling. Continental breakfast was out of waffle mix , I was told they changed companies therefore no mix was available. I will not stay here again.

    Everything was fine other then they allowed from the bottom floor by elevators very loud pounding music that went on from atleast 5p to 10p. Had a bad miagraine so that was really annoying being able to hear it in wall loudly for hours on the 3rd floor.

    Eventually, staff managed to unlock the door, propped it open, and left the room unattended with all her belongings inside while they came to find us. This was a serious security concern. The next morning made things worse - my mither was locked inside her room and unable to get out because the latch was getting stuck on the door. She had to finagle the lock while i pushed from the outside to resolve the issue. The door looked like somebody had tried to open it with a crowbar in the past. The entire situation was stressful, unsafe, and handled with veryblittle urgency or care. Issues with room access, especially when medications are involved, should be treated as emergencies. Unfortunately, this hotel fell far short in basic service, safety, and professionalism.

    The keycards didn’t work when I checked in even after going to the room twice. Maintenance finally let me in the room and said they were replacing the batteries. I showered quickly and left for an all day event. When I returned around 9:00 the key still didn’t work. Thank goodness my daughter and family were in the same hotel. I stayed in their room for several hours until my room was opened. I stayed in the room but there still wasn’t a working lock. My first visit to a hotel by myself as a 63 year old it was horrible. I should’ve known since the door jamb and door were both messed up where someone had tried to break in before.

    The room was clean and well equipped. Lighting was more than adequate and the climate control worked perfectly. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. Great breakfast variety and good quality, with food continually replenished by the staff. I'd suggest adding some bottled water, as I had to ask for it. The card system could use some attention. Of the two cards I was issued, only one worked. And it is not particularly intuitive which way the card should be inserted. This has been my first experience with a hotel in many years and overall, I feel like it was a very good one!

    For the last two times we've stayed here, the rooms we had were recently updated with new carpet and paint. We have stayed here several times because it is close to the relatives we visit, and it is the only property in the area that accepts pets.

    The room was advertised as 2 queen size beds. The beds were full size. That made the sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. The A/C was the biggest issue. The unit would turn off every 5-10 minutes and wouldn't turn back on without having to adjust the settings. We called the front desk and they came to take a look but didn't really do anything outside of what we had already tried, so the issue was never resolved. Lastly the toilet wasn't flushing properly the water would just spin and not go anywhere. We had to call the front desk to ask for a plunger. After using the plunger it seemed to be fixed, but started acting up again later. This was enough of a negative experience that we will not be staying at Comfort Inn any longer.

We arrived late so we made peace with it but they later charged me extra for a towel that supposedly was way too dirty. The towel got dirty with their floor. That’s where we placed it.     My family and I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our visit.     This property is in poor condition as compared to the Comfort Suites in Kyle. The floors in the bathroom were dirty & one of the bathroom tiles was sunken in & felt unsafe. The carpet was also dirty & I had to take a second bath in the morning to wash my feet. The AC unit was very noisy & it didn’t cool the room very efficiently. I definitely won’t be back. Also , the breakfast area was not good in the AM. I went down at 6 AM & the fruit that was put out wasn’t edible.

    My card was charged THREE TIMES, they stated that they have to do a deposit and that the money would be returned after check out, wish I would have known that before booking. The other charge they said I would have to dispute with my bank if the charge didn’t go back in, basically it felt like I got charged almost $700 for a one night stay, the money did end up back in my account after a week, it was very inconvenient.

    This was a repeat visit because the first time we were here the place was immaculate . This time you can see the wear and tear. Our room smelled muggy/mildewy. The bathroom looked like it probably flooded at one point. It was clean but there was some minor mold showing through . We were in 405 so it took forever to get hot water in shower. Beds were very comfy and room was clean but I think it needs a whole deep clean to get rid of mildew smell. The shower curtain was on its last thread. Literally. You couldn't shower with out causing a mess. The employees were awesome. Very nice . I visit Austin a lot so I may give it one more try.

    We have stayed here several times over the last few years, since our two cats are welcome. The room was nice, but there are signs of wear that need to be addressed. The shower head looked like it needs to be cleaned, some trim on the walls was missing, and the carpet had a few small stains. But the room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable.     Hotel has clean rooms and good breakfast. Our saty invol ed waitinng two days to repair the toilet. Three days we had to go down to office because the card would demagnetize each day. We were on the fourth floor. While waiting for toilet repair we were told to use the lobby restroom. At 1;30 am this was inconvenient for two seniors. Weve stayed her 5 times. This was our worst experience. I say check that toilet flushes.

    From the front desk staff to the custodial/house keeping staff, to the cooks for breakfast- every person I saw or spoke to was friendly, professional and appeared to be invested in making the property inviting and welcoming. Bravo!!

    The lounge and customer service was good BUT there was a nasty musky smell coming from the room we stayed in. We only stayed a night and left. Wouldn’t recommend longer than that.

    We requested early(1:00) check in when making the reservation and were toldwas told no problem. When we arrived manager said no but would allow a 2:00 vs 3:00 checkin so we waited in the lobby until 2:00. Pretty rude

    Tried changing the aircon to heat to try and avoid hyperthermia but got a very strong burning smell do abandoned that plan and put layers on to sleep in! First and last time in Comfort Inn

    Everything was fine for the exception of the room keys getting deactivated. Rooms were nice and clean, beds are comfortable location was excellent breakfast was decent. Staff was very attentive. Stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again.

    Have stayed at this hotel for years during the Lone Star Le Mans weekend at Circuit of the Americas. Staff always goes above and beyond. The hotel and its property is very well kept. Highly recommend this establishment!

    Check in was fast and quick. Location was good. It was very neat and clean. Coffee maker in room didnt work contacted desk and brought a new piece to fit but still didnt work so just let it go and went down to lobby and some there but wasnt fresh. Pool and hot tub was good other then a younger couple making out in it and didnt care to see that while relaxing. We stayed in for awhile then just left. Overall it was closer to location we needed to be at the next morning but a bit pricey.

    Our rooms were not ready upon arrival. We were told housekeeping was “still cleaning several rooms” so there was no way to know exactly when our rooms would be ready. This was well after the provided check-in time. Additionally, the heater was accidentally turned on in one of our rooms and the smell was vomit inducing. Our group collectively described the smell as “burnt urine.” We will not be a returning guest to this hotel.
