Room was clean and roomy. However, front desk staff wasn’t overly friendly. Seemed to be preoccupied with personal stuff.

Close to many many fast food restaurantes and supermarkets Walls are too thin, I could hear other guests doing all kind of things very clearly. Sheets didn’t feel as clean and my skin felt irritated when using them. Pillos were not comfortable.

Breakfast was too basic, eggs, potatoes and bacon. No gravy, sausage or patties.

It’s an okay hotel even thou we didn’t get clean service in any of the 3 nights we stayed. Front desk said…cleaning lady had wrote that we had the “no cleaning” sign on but that’s not true. I specifically put the sign away so we didn’t put it on at the door. She (front desk) gave me cleaned towels and trash bags for me to put trash outside the room. 😳 last day we had a roach in our bathroom.

The front desk is very unprofessional. They will not accommodate for an early check in even if you’re willing to pay fees. The bathroom in our hotel had black mold on the wall by the light. We booked a room with a kitchenette and there was a used sponge and dish soap.

Check in and breakfast were amazing! Staff was wonderful only thing it was a bit stuffy in pool area.

Room was clean and standard as expected. No ability on the TV to stream apps from home like Netflix, etc. and no premium channels for what it's worth, but complementary breakfast was exceptional, the entire facility was clean/tidy and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very kind and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. I wish the shower water pressure was better but no big deal. Everything we used in the room worked. Breakfast was nice. It was fresh, nicely labeled, and plenty of choices. They have the Texas waffle irons! :) We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

The bed wouldn't let me sleep; it had a metal-on-metal squeak coming from the box spring. The armchair was just as bad, making noises every time you sat down, and the ironing board was missing its cover.

I was disappointed in the room. The hair dryer case was torn up and it was broken. The ironing board would not stay up to use- had to iron on the bed. There was a stain on the bedspread, shower curtain, and towel. The room was not worth the value I paid!

The accommodation was great, breakfast was fresh and clean at all times, and someone was always available for assistance. The only issues were that the Internet was very slow and the room key was not working properly.

Room and elevators were very hot, drawers had stains and crumbs. Shower curtain STANK. Water pressure;not great. Bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, staff said they would send someone to check it out, they never did. Staff offered to move us to another room (nextdoor) when we went to check it out the conditions of the room were the same. Lastly a light bulb poped and it started to smoke up... Breakfast was alright...

The staff is wonderful, from reception to the breakfast kitchen, so nice, they recognize me, I stay often, the breakfast is very good, lots of variety, quick in and out

Very comfortable bed and the room was extra spacious. One of the cleanest breakfast buffet areas that I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast options were great and the Community Coffee was a nice surprise. 10/10!!!!

Early in the morning when you pay as much as I did to stay for 4 days it'd be nice if the staff was a little more quiet for the other people still sleeping. I get it they have jobs to do but yelling down the hall to one another outside of a room listening to music using their cell phones next to rooms that have do not disturb on the door at like 8:00 in the morning when some people might be sleeping was kind of annoying but I guess part of traveling. And having KKK wrote on the comforter so you know it's a king size might seem like an idea especially in the south You guys don't seem to think but to others using KKK writing on a comforter strings a little strange

When we got to hotel waiting to check in the lady at the counter had a line waiting for her. She was rushing around trying to get line taken care of but when i got to the counter i told her i had a reservation. She looked up my info got my card for deposit and then gave me my room keys. So i went to my car grabbed all of my things and me and my daughters went up to the room, hands full so we didnt have to make multiple trips. We opened the door to the room we where given and walked in to find people already in the room. Needless to say the people in the room where surprised our key opened the room door. Embarrassed and hands still full of our belongings we went back down to the check in counter and the lady looks at me and says oh i dont know how the room got switched. She told me all that was left was a king bed with pull out couch. I was extremely upset because the double queen room was more expensive and that is what i need for me and my daughters. I had no choice but to take the room as it was already past 10 pm and didnt want to be trying to find another hotel when my daughter had a tournament the next morning. I asked for the refund of the difference of what I paid for the queen room but she told me I had to come back down to request it. When i went back to the counter after taking my things to the room the lady finally apologized and told me that i would receive refund of the difference in 2 days. I would not be surprised if i never receive the refund back.

The room was not clean… dirty floors, stagnant air, and hallways that looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I’m not even sure the hallways had functioning air conditioning. I chose this hotel specifically because it had the highest ratings in the area. After staying here, I find that nearly impossible to believe. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Anywhere.

The bed was super squeaky and uncomfortable. Felt more like a stay at a motel compared to a hotel. I did not eat the breakfast, but plenty of others were taking advantage of it.

Room was clean, didn't have the breakfast; but, I really enjoyed the Hot Chocolate that was available in the lobby at night. There is a machine that makes multiple hot drinks (expresso, cappuccino, etc.) - great amenity.

Breakfast was good. But bed was uncomfortable, very firm couldn’t sleep well.Also, pillow was really tired and flat. They should change pillows. Kitchenette has not enough things, plate was tipped and just one fork and no spoon, just tea spoons. We did not use it after saw them. Kind of useless kitchenette. Full refrigerator was nice. But overall, I feel not value for the money.

the room was large, clean, quite everything was really nice, I think the breakfast is great for a hotel buffet, of course the Texas shaped waffles in 2 different flavors, eggs sausage potatoes cheese jalapenos and tortillas to make great taquitos, oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels, with any of the combinations available I can't imagine anyone being dissapointed, plus, the great coffee

The front desk and breakfast attendant were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast has something for everyone's taste and the dining room was always clean and well stocked. I enjoyed this hotel so much that I edited my future overnight stays in other cities to to BW Plus! The bed was too soft for me, but I'm picky.

Bed was comfortable. Walls were paper-thin. I could hear someone snoring in the next room over. Everything looks updated on the website, but everything was falling apart and outdated. Front desk staff wasn't super friendly. There was a girl in a wheelchair who was very nice. However, the other girl who checked me in had me wait about 5 mins before greeting me, she didnt apologize for the wait, and wasn't super friendly.

Over the past 2 years my wife and I have visited Austin a half dozen times and have found accommodations in the Buda area. Of the several different properties at which we've stayed, this Best Western is significantly better in all respects. Cleanliness, modernity, and a competent, friendly staff insure a pleasant stay.

Nice clean rooms. Clean lobby. Very thin walls though—we were on second floor and could hear TV and conversation in next room. Coffee/hot chocolate machine in lobby wonderful. Location right next to 35N. Overall stay was pleasant and affordable.

Had a great time I spent the night and got up the next morning. There was a microwave in my room. I had everything that I needed. The kitchen downstairs was perfect with the food for breakfast.

The breakfast was so plentiful and the bed was so comfortable and one of the best night sleep I've had in a long time.

I was going to a concert at an outdoor amphitheater. The location and the price were very good at the Best Western. I missed the free breakfast but there is a Starbucks and a McD just one block away. Nothing.

Rooms were big enough Staff not well engaged. My Son forgot his water mag which is engraved in the welcome area and it disappeared.

Room was clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. Bed was comfortable and the room/building was quiet at night when trying to sleep. There was a good variety of breakfast items. Overall it was a great value for the cost. Issues using the free Wifi. The connection was very week.

My truck was broken in to and front desk girl was really fast to let me know where the camera blind spots were all around the hotel. Front desk girl not very friendly and i felt like it was a bother when dealing with her. Had to ask to have room cleaned otherwise it would not get serviced. 5 trucks were vroken into during my stay.

Clean, courteous staff. Room was cleaned every day. The elevators could use some attention. Lights on controls were out on one and the other one had the controls taped up and propped up with a wet floor caution sign.

The air conditioning unit was being held up by two rocks underneath it. The bed had a huge dip in the middle and squeaks like the springs are shot. It was funny but also terrible. It was rated as a 3 star hotel with good customer rating. I don’t know why.

Everything!! Rooms have always been clean, well stocked with towels. Front desk ladies have always been super nice and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable, really enjoy the breakfast, partying lot nice and lug lite up for safety, plenty parking. Would be nice to have the breakfast eggs be warm, usually cold when I have had them. Dont really like the entrance to hotel.

Guest came out their rooms disappointed and said to not waste my time checking in that was the 3rd night of alarm going at 10pm. Another guest got stuff in elevator. Requested a refund before checking in said I needed to call Expedia because I 3rd party booked. 5 days later no refund and I didn’t even use the hotel. Expedia told me they been reaching out to this hotel, but hotel doesn’t get back to them. Just want my money back I didn’t use the hotel because why would I want to stay at a hotel with alarms going off and guest getting stuck in elevator. Expedia should give me back my money and fight them on getting the money back. This is ridiculous.

I checked into room 211 and was immediately greeted by over half a dozen roaches. After killing seven of them, I gave up and went to the front desk and asked to be moved to the top floor. I was moved to 417 and did not have any roach issues the rest of the stay.

Did not have coffeemaker in room. Told by desk clerk all BW took the coffee makers from rooms. Had them by request. I had to go to desk to retrieve. When I mentioned I never had been a hotel that did not have a coffeemaker, she advised me ( in a rather passive aggressive way) to file a complaint. Stayed in 3 BW thus far on this trip. Will avoid them in the future.

The hotel itself was good, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was there were 2 crickets that kept getting into my room. I eventually put a towel under the door and that helped keep them out. I was on the 3rd floor. Overall, fine stay.

Have stayed here twice. Unfortunately had to kill 6 roaches in the bathroom. Would have left but late night arrival from football game. Told staff upon checkout and hopefully they will handle. Staff is always friendly.

This was very clean and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an added bonus, and the lady in charge in the breakfast room was lovely!

Nice place. Room was big. Ac was not great and air quality wasn’t ideal. Water pressure was weak. But overall staff was fine and stay was comfortable. For the price however I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

The reason I say comfort was 2/5 is because the hallways were hot and as were the elevators. It’s not typically a big deal but it was unbearable at times. Furthermore the rooms were impossible to regulate in temperature. Lying next to the old fashioned ac unit, you’d freeze while the rest of the room would cook. Tv in each room was different some with the good remote and some with cheap universal ones with 3 buttons. So a lot of inconsistency. The bathrooms still have tubs and curtains *gross*. Breakfast was normal for inclusive type breakfasts. Service was very friendly and helpful and the pool was great for the kids.

We checked in and went into our room…took a shower and the drain was clogged….saw at least 3 roaches and took a video of them…hairs on the bed…told the front desk all the issues and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it since l made the reservation through a third party (travelocity) very disappointed with the place and with the staff…do not recommend it and definitely never coming back here

This room has a kitchenette. The freezer and refrigerator do not work. I had to throw away food because of this. There were commercial trucks parked at the entrance. This made it difficult to enter the property.

The king bed was a bit stiff, but adequate. One switch in the bathroom (room 403) needs to be replaced - it still functions, but it appears to be broken inside the mounting box. The air conditioner worked very well, but every time the fan cycled off, we could hear water running (probably condensation) inside the unit.

Staff took the time to correct a reservation error immediately.

Friendly service. Property is dated and needs repair. Shower was backed up making for a fall hazard. Missing hair dryer was replaced by staff within 30 min.

Room was okay but the property was not kept up properly. Trash sitting in the middle of the walk way. Our check in employee was great but the rent the staff do not want to be there. Did not get a friendly vibe at all.

For the price point, it was an acceptable stay. Just sharing the details of our experience in case it’s helpful for future guests.

Hotel was clean and in a great location. Only thing disappointing was that their lobby shop did not have any cold beverages because their cooler was broken.

The hotel was nice and relatively clean. Strangely, there was no one at the front desk for a while when we arrived and also when we left. We had to wait to check in and just leave our room cards on the counter. The spicket in the shower was loose and ready to fall off. We had two rooms and both beds made a weird metalic squeeky sound when you moved around. I have never heard such a strange sound coming from box springs.

Better than okay

I didn’t like the facts that I had to change rooms due to the shower head not working. A day later the toilet wouldn’t flush in the new room and I had to use the plunger myself because front desk said there was no one on site to do it. Hallway was extremely hot and breakfast was always left overs from the morning before.

We stayed here because it had a kitchenette and a pool. The pool was dirty and used towels everywhere and no clean towels to use after the pool. As for the kitchenette. It had two plates. Two bowls. Two pots, two forks. There were three of us. I had to buy a sharp knife, paper towels and paper plates. Which was a little inconvenient. If I would ever known I needed to bring all the essentials that I needed in the kitchen , we could have just stayed at an Airbnb. I know now for next time

This hotel was very nice and clean. I have no issues there. my biggest issue was that the walls are not soundproof. Both neighbors on each side of me were incredibly loud. Especially the ones who were having their "fun" at night,.I shouldn't be able to dictacte your conversation. I was really pleased with its location to where I needed to be for the weekend. I recommend the Taco place if you need a fast quick bitem

What I liked about the hotel was its well-preserved condition, the decoration, the spacious areas, the cleanliness, the variety at breakfast, and the kindness of the staff. There was nothing I didn't like.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent. Community brand coffee on demand 24/7. Would have preferred pool to be outdoor.

Was just ok. Bed was very creaky and you could kind of feel the springs. Could hear people in next room and hall. The room was very clean -- but something happened with the mopping and the floor in the living area was super sticky. Maybe the last person spilled soda or something. Wouldn't stay there again due to the bed quality.

Front desk not friendly upon arrival. Seemed like guests checking in were a bother. No explanation of WiFi or breakfast times etc. put on first floor when hotel clearly wasn’t full. Hotel seems worn down. Stains on couch, chunks missing from furniture. Coffee machine in lobby broken. Would not stay here again.

The coffee machine in the lobby was broken & they had no breakfast options until 7AM on Saturdays. I was given a room on the first floor near the lobby & it was very noisy. I was there for work & too tired to ask to move to another room, but I was exhausted from being woken up all night. It was an OK property, but it could use a deep cleaning, and things need to be repaired.

Staff was great.

We had no clean towels in our room when we arrived. We had to go back to the desk to get some. They were very nice about it but still a hassle. My main complaint is we reserved a handicap room with a walk-in shower. We had a room with a tub shower combo. This situation was very hard on my disabled husband.

The front desk attendant was warm, efficient, and friendly. I watched her check in several of us in record time.

We went down to speak with the manager about all the issues and he indicated he would make an adjustment on our bill. When it was time to check out of course the manager was not in and he only deducted $39 off our bill. We left a message for the manager whose name is Hiren Patel, to call us because we had to leave and catch a flight. $39 was not enough deduction for all the problems we invited. He didn't call. We called the following day and left another message and he still didn't get back to us. Left a message a third time and he still hasn't returned our calls. This hotel and the manager Hiren Patel do not know the meaning of customer service. I would not be staying there ever again and would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent value for the price point!

The Wi-Fi was sketchy, but otherwise, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were much better than most other hotels where we have stayed.

Room 406 had no telephone service - used my cell phone and called hotel operator to report and said problem would be reported. Otherwise, very nice facilities..

There was a bag of garbage in the closet. There were other room keys in the room. The bed was not properly made. Breakfast offerings were limited. Probably would not stay at this location again.

We celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday here we rented a room here specifically for the indoor pool! He loves to swim but due to cold weather we can never celebrate outside. This place was great!!! Super clean, friendly staff, and very comfortable beds!!

Really nice upscale Hotel. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and rooms are spacious with plenty of closet space and furniture has extra drawers for storage. Modern style bathroom has wonderful walk in shower and sink also has ample storage underneath. I highly recommend this Hotel for a pleasant stay for a night or a long vacation. Delicious Complimentary Breakfast is also included at no extra charge.
