Cleanliness, comfort and location. Noise. We stayed for only one night and couldnot sleep because of the noise coming from the other room. Contacted with the staff but they didnt reply quick, normally we liked the property but cant recommend and wouldnt stay there again.

It is a very big room with big bathroom, very convenient for many persons. Well ubicated. We had a very pleasant stay, the heating was strong for our cold days.

Very nice location and clean place.

Great location only 10mins from Markt. Bed was comfortable. Great for our 2 days in Bruges

Big rooms Not very close to the centre of town. At least a 15 minute walk

I liked the location I liked having Netflix on the tv The handle in the toilet was broken and difficult to close. The window was opened and we couldn’t get up to close it The stairs were a little difficult to get up and down

Very good location, about 15 mins walk to the town, and on a quiet road. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. Helpful communication. There was an unpleasant smell when entering the room, which appeared to be due to a blocked shower drain. This also led to flooding of the bathroom for anything more than a 5 minute shower. There are no spare plug sockets at all. The bedside lamps have to be unplugged to charge devices etc. There doesn't appear to be any insulation in the building for sound reduction. Hard flooring leads to significant noise - we could hear people loudly walking around and talking until the early hours of the morning from the room above. No screening for the large bathroom window, so curtains have to be closed (these are blackout, so lights have to be turned on and the window can't be easily opened).

The shower was nice and big The host provided a lot of information up front through messages, which was helpful. Being able to check in whenever was also greatly appreciated. The radiatiors were good for heating the room quickly The bed was surprisingly comfortable, so I was able to get some good rest The room wasn't very clean. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and the blanket still had hair on it from what I presume to be previous guests. The drain of the shower was also slightly clogged, so I had to cut my shower short to avoid flooding the bathroom. The location was a bit further from the city center than I expected. It's still walkable without a problem, but you do feel "oh, I've left the nice part of Brugge" before reaching the place. When it comes to amenities, I was quite disappointed. There's a TV which can supposedly be used for Netflix with a remote, but the remote was missing (I read a similar story in a previous review about this place too, so it doesn't seem incidental ). Other basic things like a toothbrush or a comb were also missing. The room itself also showed pretty severe wear and tear, for example on the walls and the lamps. Not deal breaking, but because of that the atmosphere wasn't as good as I hoped

We chose our stay at The Rose Suites (Wellness Suite) for a 4-day NY visit to Bruges as a couple. We wanted something a little special that we could retreat to after visiting attractions and historic ambience. The facilities were fantastic, the private "spa" represented a true spa experience, and we loved the jacuzzi and sauna. Lots of small details have been thought of by the owners to make it special and are attentive with communication. The Mark square is literally an 8 minute stroll away, with restaurants on route and attractions a short distance. There's a super little supermarket just down the road for essentials, too. If you visit, definitely try the El Churraso steak place on the T junction to centre! Highly recommended accommodation, and we'd love to stay again.

The position of the property was fantastic. The ongoing information provided by the owner was great & recommendations for restaurants & activities fantastic. Any queries were quickly answered . If booking check the configuration of the rooms. We booked a room that had a mezzanine floor f was not suitable for us as 70 year olds. Fortunately we were able to swap with family members. We were disappointed the common areas weren’t opened as we had travelled from Australia & London and were looking forward to a common meeting area. We had the kitchen but it was a bit small for the 8 of us.

Great location, big clean rooms, convenient check in and check out. Our apartment had a very creaky spiral staircase that felt a bit unsafe.
