Staff. Location. Warm shower. Comfortable beds. Coffee available all day long. Stairs are difficult if you are not fit and have good balance. No AC.

We arrived during an unexpected heat wave so our room on the top floor was very warm without air conditioning

The accommodation was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. Just a short walk away from all attractions and parking is near by in a secured car park. The breakfast was plentiful and freshly made. N/A

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the bed!

The room was very clean and tidy, the location is very good for exploring Brugge. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The noise isolation was quite poor in our room, you could hear cars passing by on the cobblestones really well, I would advise earplugs for sleeping.

Small treats were amazing like biscuits and candies on a plate in the corridor or chocolate on the bed. It was so nice that drinks were complimentary. The room was so clean and smelled heavenly. It was a lovely experience for me. Thanks for your generosity and hospitality. The room size was a little small. It was hard to walk towards the bathroom.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and cozy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

It was a lovely quaint B&B and perfectly located. The breakfast each morning was amazing. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. It was great to have access to tea and coffee outside of breakfast. Really nothing but it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Breakfast was amazing! The owner was wonderful and even had little treats set around for guests. She also had a mini bar set up. Bed was a little too soft and the stairs were very steep.

Comfortable room, bathroom great bed. Check in was at 14hs, we arrive at 12 and can drop luggage until check in hour. The stairs is a little narrow

The White Queen is in an amazing location right in the centre of the old town. We were able to walk to everything. The hostess was extremely welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

The location is good and not far from the main attractions. The room is very clean and beautiful. The wind fan is available to cool down the room for the warm summer days!

This is our second visit and we love this beautiful B&B. Breakfast is amazing with an elegant table setting. We love that it is a short walk to The Markt. Communication with the B&B was great. We had changes in our travel plans and the owner was very helpful with our inquiries. Sophie welcomed us when we arrived with a smile and conversation. She is very warm and hugged us when we left like old friends. Highly recommend this B&B for your stay in Bruges.

So well appointed. Lovely hostess and amazing location. No air conditioning which wasn’t awful this time of year but if it was much warmer, it might have been uncomfortable.
