Hotel manager asked us money for parking and city tax while it was included when I booked it , I never book any hotel via booking.com as im not satisfied at all

We had such a lovely stay here! The setting was elegant and the hosts were so gracious and welcoming. It was close to walk to the market square and all of the places we wanted to see. Our room was on the top floor, so lots of stairs, which we were aware of from the description when booking. The breakfast was delicious and so beautifully displayed- it really started each day off perfectly, and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel much exceeded our expectations. Fleur was very accommodating and was a great host. She gave us great information and suggestions on what to do and where to eat in Bruges. She even prepared sandwiches for us to bring on our trip to the airport as we would have to leave before breakfast on our last day. The breakfast itself was excellent, as were the rooms and facilities.

Spent two unforgettable days here! This is exactly the place where you feel not just a guest, but a welcome friend. The hotel is small, but incredibly cozy and stylish. Silence, peace and a special home atmosphere, very tasty breakfasts are exactly what we were looking for for a short break. Special thanks to the staff for their sincere care. We will definitely come back again
